I only want to see the ToDo's of today even if my calender shows me the whole month or week. Is this possoble? I can not find a way to do this.
Oliver, if you (left) click on the heading above the "To Dos" pane, you get a menu which has a "Hide Items Outside of Calendar View" option. If you also set the calendar display to show only today, you would get as close as I believe you can get.
You have to remember that the beauty of iCal is the simplicity. Though this limits customization, it makes using it easy.

Looking for a todo app that puts new todos at the top of the list
I've been using Appigo's ToDo for several years now. It's elegant, fast, intuitive, and feature packed. One of the best things it has is the ability to drag todos around manually and their due dates change.
There is one thing, however, that I wish it did. I would like the new todos to appear at the top of the todo list instead of the bottom, so I do not have to scroll through a long list to check if anything new has shown up.
Are there any todo apps that do things this way?Maybe Clear can do that for you?

Lack of Task/ToDo Sync to iPhone and iPad
This has been a long standing problem that Apple seems to have no interest in fixing let alone acknowledging. I have sent them the following complaint and encourage others who feel that the lack of any type of sync option to share Tasks between iCal and a mobile smart device is total crap. The recent modifications to iCal has made my PAID FOR work around app "ToDo" by Appigo, which USED TO BE awesome, is now almost totally non-functional.
I am STILL quite amazed that Apple has put neither thought nor worry into making iCall FULLY functional between all of the devices that Apple sells. I don't understand why software that comes native to any Mac OS device (in this case iCal) doesn't have ALL of its functionality shared. And yes, I am talking about To Do's or Tasks. How can there not possibly be any way to share this particular aspect of the iCal software to an iPhone or iCal. To me that is like not being able to share a custom playlist created on a laptop with my iPhone. Or sharing bookmarks via my .me account but only if it is a .com website and not a .gov or .net. Why would you only incorporate part of a software's functionality?
I did have a nice third-party software/iPad app all purchased and running to help me work around a problem you have no interest in solving. But then you had to change to the caldav thing and I backed to being screwed without tasks or todo's on my phone or pad. Thanks for that. Now what am I supposed to do with the app (that i PAID for by the way) that can't run because you changed your native software??

É um absurdo TOTAL! e para piorar agora o programa nem aceita por itens na biblioteca para enviar para o ipad, e quando envia o livro fica sincronizando automatico sem parar e não envia para o ibook, nunca pensei que comprar um produto que era sinalizado como o MELHOR dentre todos os tablets me desse um prejuizo destes! Naão falo em dinheiro mais os conteudos que tinha nele para mim eram insubstituíveis!!! Não compro mais produtos desta empresa!

O ipod estava cheio e eu não queria mais as musicas nem os apps dele, fui em configurações e tentei restaurar usando o "apagar todo conteúdo e configurações", porem ele começou o processo e reiniciou, mas ao tentar ligar ele trava e reinicia de novo, fica nesse loop infinito e não sai, a bateria esta cheia e ja tentei usar o reset segurando os botões dele. não sei o que faço, conecto no computador e ele nao aparece no itunes. não sei mais o que posso tentar. alguem tem alguma dica?

Tenho o iTunes versão 10.4 para windows x64. Tudo instalado corretamente e estou tendo muita dificuldade para sincronizar o iPhone4. A cerca de 1 ano adquiri um Iphone 4 e um Ipad 1, durante cerca de 8 meses comprei mais de 300 dolares de aplicativos na Apple Store.
Ocorre que vendi este Iphone e o Ipad em questao, mas mesmo aswsim tive o cuidado de desinstalar os aplicativos para poder reinstala-los em outro equipamento caso fosse necessário.
Neste intervalo de tempo, ocorreu um problema no meu computador pessoal e tive que formatar a maquina perdendo o backup feito por meio do Itunes, recentemente comprei um Iphone 4S desbloqueado de fabrica e fui obrigado a redefinir minha senha na Apple Store uma vez que sequer lembrava dela.
Ao entrar no site pelo Itunes, minha surpresa foi que todos os aplicativos comprados anteriormente não constavam na sessão (minhas compras) estando apenas os adquiridos a partir de entao.
Como devo fazer para não perder mais de 300 dolares gastos em apolicativos lá?? Como reaver os aplicativos comprados?Por favor, perceber que este é um usuário fórum de usuários. Estamos todos os usuários de produtos da Apple como você. Se você teve dificuldade com a Apple os serviços de tecnologia, então você precisa falar com alguém mais acima na cadeia como umrepresentante do cliente. Ter todos os seus fatos, mas ser breve. Uma história com longas tiradas é tedioso.

Havia um programa que já veio instalado no computador mas que depois de um tempo meu antivirus acusou que ter vírus. Deletei-o e então começou a aparecer os pop-ups. Baixei vários complementos como AdBlock, Avast online Security etc mas nada deu certo, eles continuavam a aparecer nas redes sociais, como em outros sites. Tive que recorrer ao Modo de Segurança do Firefox e desde então não aparece mais pop-ups. Queria saber se tem algum jeito de conseguir a mesma coisa sem ter o Modo de Segurança ativado.
Tente limpar todo o cache do firefox qualquer dúvida tente esse [[Como limpar o cache do Firefox|Tutorial]] . Se não resolver tente tirar um print e postar aqui o conteúdo do pop-up, dessa forma podemos ver o problema.

É possível criar cópia de segurança de todos os e-mails enviados pelo Thunderbird?
Eu gostaria que todos os e-mails enviados a partir de uma determinada conta (Vamos supor "Conta A") sejam também enviados para outra conta (Vamos supor "Conta B"). Eu sei que se eu for lá nas configurações da "Conta A", eu posso definir que sempre que "Conta A" enviar um e-mail, cópia deste e-mail vá também para "Conta B". O problema é que com essa configuração, quando "Conta A" abre a tela para começar a escrever, aparece o e-mail "Conta B". Se "Conta A" quiser ela poderá simplesmente apagar "Conta B" evitando assim que o e-mail que ela está escrevendo vá para "Conta B". Eu gostaria que o endereço de "Conta B" não pudesse ser alterado por "Conta A", assim "Conta A" ficaria sabendo que uma cópia do e-mail foi enviado para "Conta B", porém nunca poderia evitar a cópia porque "Conta A" não teria como apagar o endereço para onde a cópia está sendo enviada. O motivo da minha pergunta é simples: aqui na empresa, por questões de segurança, é preciso que fiquem cópias de todos os e-mails recebidos (Isso é feito direto no nosso provedor de Internet) e também dos e-mails enviados. Deste modo sempre teríamos certeza de ter documento todos os e-mails da empresa, de modo que se no futuro surgir alguma dúvida, será possível pesquisar no banco de e-mails para esclarecer essa dúvida. O problema é que se "Conta A" puder apagar o endereço para onde a cópia será enviada, isso sempre poderá ser usado como pretexto de que determinado e-mail nunca foi enviado, porém se "Conta A" não puder nunca apagar o endereço de "Conta B", então o pretexto do e-mail não ter sido enviado não é mais válido. Se alguém puder me ajudar, agradeço antecipadamente.
Isso pode ser feito no servidor, tanto com as mensagens recebidas como com as mensagens enviadas, é mais seguro e não importa qual cliente de e-mail está sendo usado.

Método CHECK SUBSEQUENT DOCUMENTS impede cancelamento de algumas NFe´s
Bom dia a todos,
Após implementarmos o método CHECK_SUBSEQUENT_DOCUMENTS no QA para impedir a solicitação de estorno cancelamento (através do usuário) de NFe´s do mês anterior, nos primeiros dias do mês subsequente, verificamos que algumas NF-e´s geradas e aprovadas num mesmo dia, são impedidas também de se requisitar o cancelamento, ou seja não se permite nem disparar a solicitação de cancelamento através da J1BNFE para algumas NF-e, sendo assim, ainda não estamos seguros em nossos testes para mover este método para o PRD.
Como parâmetros, implementos este método com base no código ABAP sugerido no material de treinamento de NF-e elaborado no Workshop de NF-e realizado pela SAP (WBRNFE 6.0 Português de 2008).
Alguém já passou por este problema?

Sim, esta data de NF-e que estamos tentanto estornar encontra-se dentro de perído aberto, foi gerada em 26.07.2010.
Isso acontece também quando você faz uma nova venda+fatura e tenta cancelar?
Sim, está ocorrendo em alguns casos para NF-e emitida e faturada no mesmo dia.
Que mensagens você obtem ao tentar o cancelamento?

Prezados,
Venho por meio desta informar todos os Protocolos abertos na TIM / ITAUTEC para garantir os meus direitos. Meu telefone pifou no dia 28 de outubro e, desde então, estou sem serviço de telefonia móvel. Tentei restaurar via itunes e não tive sucesso. Só na minha família, utilizamos cinco linhas da TIM. Portanto, ficar sem o meu contato está me causando enormes despesas extras. Desde que informei à TIM do meu problema, há quase 15 dias, não tive uma solução. Os atendentes do SAC e da loja própria da TIM no shopping Rio Sul divergiram de conduta todas as vezes que liguei solicitando uma solução para o meu caso. Somente depois de inúmeras tentativas – como se pode ver abaixo, pelo número de protocolos , fui contactado pela área responsável pela garantia do iPhone como deveria proceder.
De todo modo, já acionei meu advogado, que está ciente de todas as minhas tentativas de comunicação com a TIM /ITAUTEC para resolver meu problema. O iPhone não é um aparelho barato – inclusive, ainda estou pagando por ele – e, como consumidor, estou me sentindo extremamente lesado e mal orientado. Tenho cinco aparelhos da Apple e, em todas as ocasiões em que necessitei suporte da autorizada da empresa no Brasil, fui prontamente atendido. Lamento não estar tento a mesma sorte com o iPhone 4 16G que comprei no Brasil e espero que, a partir de agora, tenha meu direito de consumidor preservado. Conforme solicitado, o aparelho está sendo sem nenhum acessório – confirmo, nenhum arranhão. Desde já, agradeço a atenção e a brevidade na solução.

I don`t know if you know this, but the warranty services for the Iphone in Brazil are the worst ever (that I have ever experienced) - something that I have never imagined from a company that is Apple's authorized warranty supplier. I buy Apple's products since 2008 and luckly I have never experienced any malfunction, but still, I always thought that if someday any of your products should show any trouble it would be very well cared by Apple. Unfortunately that's not what has been happening with iPhone warranty in Brazil. I`m sorry to tell you this, but I don`t know who else should I call, before going to the Justice to have my iPhone fixed. My story follows...
On the August, 28th of this year I bought an iPhone 4 16GB Black from a TIM store (TIM is a mobile company in Brazil) at BarraShoppingSul in Porto Alegre, Brazil. By November 21 or 22, the "Home" buttom stoped working, suddenly, without any drops or accidents - it just stopped working at all. So the following days I did two full formats through iTunes, turned on or off the phone several times and nothing happened.
I searched in Apple's web page what to do and I found out that I had to contact my phone operator and so I did. At November, 22th by 11:50 pm I called TIM (by the number *144) and asked them about what to do. The attendant told me that he didn't know because their system was off-line and that TIM would make contact the other day (protocol number: 2011254975382). The other day, they didn't call me by the morning and as I was already deeply annoyed by the problem of my phone I decided to call them again. So I called Tim at 1:11 pm at November, 23th (protocol number: 2011255278407), asked the attendant about what should I do to use my iPhone warranty and have it fixed. The atendant said I should go to a Tim store with the iPhone and all my documents, there they would make a call to Itautec (the company responsible for the iPhone warranty in Brazil), and that an Itautec member would make contact by the next following 48 HOURS, and that is what I did. At November, 26th I went to the shopping to exactly the same store that I had bought my iPhone, showed the iPhone with the problem. The attendant called Itautec, she told them all my data (address, iPhone model number, contact information), then she got a protocol number from Itautec. She gave me the number, and told me Itautec would make contact in 5 DAYS. The protocol number from Itautec is 12243392. It has passed 15 days and no contact has been made!
Deeply unsatisfied, annoyed and ungry with the malfunction in my iPhone, last week I did a google research about iPhone warranty in Brazil, and I`ve got surprised by the huge ammount of people complaining about it, extremely unsatisfied with Tim's and Itautec actions and lack of will to resolve their clients problems. You can look at "www.reclameaqui.com.br" that is a famous and very important brazilian site that allows people to publicise their problems with products, just make a search on the iPhone warranty subject, please (of course, in Portuguese).
After discovering so many complaints I decided I should not wait for their contact. First I tried the TIM store, I spoke to the seller of the iPhone about my problem, she felt sorry but she said she couldn`t do nothing: it's Itautec's responsibility now. OK, so I searched Itautec's web site about it, then I discovered something very "interesting": they only offer a phone number to speak about problems of iPhone out of warranty!!!
This is true! I have never seen such a company that only offers a phone number to products that are OUT of warranty! Nevertheless I called them (phone number: 08007727753), because I was deeply in need to speak to a human being of that company about my problem. I spoke with a woman called Rosangela and she repeated to me that she could only help if my iPhone was out of warranty - I told her I was desperate and so she told me that THE ONLY WAY I COULD MAKE CONTACT WITH ITAUTEC TO SPEAK ABOUT MY PROBLEM WAS THROUGH AN E-MAIL: "[email protected]". She also told me that probably a woman called Natalia would answer me. I sent the e-mail last week, until now, no contact.
I just don't know what else should I do. I spent a lot of money on this phone, I thought I was secure with Apple, but now I think different, and I`m telling everyone this sad story. Please help me, unfortunately Apple's image is being ruined with this too. I don`t trust TIM, nor ITAUTEC, but in Apple I still do. Please help me! -
ToDo's -- Why aren't they in iCal on my iMac and my iPod Touch?

I’ve been a devoted Apple user for years. I’ve owned 2 different palm pilots and did the best I could to sync them with my Mac (Palm Desktop, The Missing Sync) -- though always with only limited success.
I’ve always longed for the day Apple would come up with the perfect portable device that could flawlessly sync with my desktop. And after a very long wait, I have finally bought the iPod Touch -- thinking it would be everything I’d always hoped in terms of ease of use, synchronization, and all around perfection! Now, I do indeed believe that my new Touch can do anything -- it blows the buttons off of my old Palm device... BUT... why in the world would the desktop version of iCal, which holds all my very precious and plentiful ToDo’s, not perfectly sync with my Touch’s “Calendar” app so that it includes everything right where it deserves to be??? Why isn’t it just “iCal”??? I understand (after much searching) that apparently (and confusingly!?!) I can have my iCal ToDo’s sent to the Mail app on my Touch... if I have an IMAP email account... which I don’t... but why would you guys set it up that way in the first place?!? Everything else you’ve created is so elegant, so intuitive. What good are To Do’s to me in a mailbox? I’d like them right where I have them on my iMac!?! A beautiful little checklist...
Since last year, I’ve been looking at all sorts of “To Do” apps, pouring through reviews, hoping for something great to be there. And I could choose one... and I could use it, but... why in the world do I have to???
I guess this is less of a question and more of a request for the creators of the OS X and the iPhone OS, but could you please, PLEASE make these two wonderful calendars work together, in EVERY way? Could you make them sync wirelessly too? Could you update these two platforms together, and make this work for those of us that really deserve to see this major oversight corrected? I’ve read other’s comments on this subject, and it confounds everyone that it affects... in my mind, it’s simply so... un-Apple of you!
Don’t make it cost anything, and don’t make me wait long either -- this should have been correct from the start. I will consult with you and help you understand the problem better, if that’s what it takes. But please just get this one little HUGE thing right. For me, and everyone that loves everything Apple!
Thanks!totally agree. I ended up buying 3rd party to do list software, which I then have to synch via wifi with my desktop imac. Why couldn't a ToDo list be built into the ipod?

Is there a way to hide todos without due dates?
I have gobs of items without due dates. iCal shows them all! Is there any way of having it hide those?
I am able to hide todos that have a due date in the future (past the view date of the calendar), but I cannot find an option for hiding the masses of chores, list items, things to read, etc. that have no dates on them. Fortunately, they do show up at the bottom of the list, but...
Also, is there a way to hide todos of medium or low priority? Again, I'd like to focus my attention on the most pressing items!Hi,
As far as I'm aware there is no way to do this.
If you'd like Apple to add this as a feature I suggest you send them feedback.

ICal - AppleScript To Convert ToDos To Events
I use a iMac G4 800MHz 15" running 10.4.11. I have used Chronos Personal Organizer 4.5.0 for quite some time. I want to transfer my approximately 21,000 CPO calendar items (all are To Dos) to iCal. This number includes approximately 5,000 items that I transferred from DateBook Pro to CPO a few years ago.
I downloaded the trial version of Chronos SOHO Organizer 6.5.4 and the accompanying converter. I converted my three CPO calendars and then imported them to SOHOO 6.5.4 successfully. Then, I exported each of them from SOHOO 6.5.4 as a ".ics" file. I imported each of these ".ics" files into iCal successfully. However, iCal does not display To Do items embedded in the calendar as does CPO and SOHOO. iCal segregates the To Do items into the To Do list window. Therefore, I wish to convert all of my 21,000 iCal calendar items from To Do items to Events, such that iCal will display them in the calendar display (day / week / month) on the original date that I assigned to each of them. During the conversion from To Do to Event, I wish to retain all text / remarks / notes.
Can anyone suggest an AppleScript that will perform this conversion? I have searched the web exhaustively without any success. Would anyone like to take a stab at writing an AppleScript that performs this conversion? I have read many postings on various forums that wish to do the same thing as me, eg. transfer data from either CPO or SOHOO to iCal but embed the To Do items in the Event calendar.

Kurt R. TodoroffThis is relatively straightforward, but you should be aware of a couple of issues:
A Task, "To Do" in iCal, has no duration and iCal does not seem to parse SOHOO's DUE parameter correctly so it cannot have a time or alarm either.
If you are prepared to have your tasks appear on their original days within iCal, this can be done, but you would either need to choose to have them appear as all day events or events of a fixed duration (e.g. none) and at a fixed time (e.g. 9am).
You could try this (which is the allday event version):
Make a new calendar in iCal called "Test"
Import your .ics file - choosing to add the events to the Test calendar.
Copy and paste the text between the lines (below) into Script Editor and press Run
If you're happy with the result, simply rename your Test calendar.
If not, or I have misunderstood what you want to do, post back.

ToDo app not syncing with iCloud to iPad and iPhone
I have the Appigo ToDo app on my ipad and was synching it successfuly with my Mac iCal reminders. Prefering to use ToDo i have now installed it on my Mac and on my iPhone but it won't sych them together via the iCloud as promised. Using the 'advanced' tab i managed to get all the info onto all three devices but when i change something on one device - its doesn't change on the others. I have followed the instructions and repeated them - is there something i am missing?

I am unable to launch the app store. It terminates with an error.
