Too few print apps for my country

Hello, I see a lot of print Apps in US.
Why there is only a few in my country here in Hong Kong.
Even I login as US still unable install the Apps in my printer.

Thanks for your question and interest in print apps!
We have agreements with our print app partners that determine where print apps may be offered, so not all print apps are available in all countries.
We are working with existing and new partners to expand the number of print apps available in all countries as quickly as possible - please check back again, hopefully more will be available for your use soon!

What is the best and easiest print app for the iPad?

    Richard-
The best and easiest is to use the iPad's built-in AirPrint system with an AirPrint-capable printer.  <iOS: AirPrint 101>
If you do not have an AirPrint-capable printer, all printing Apps are a compromise.  I have an HP non-AirPrint printer connected to my WiFi router.  The free HP App, ePrint Home & Biz works OK with photos.
Print n Share and PrintCentral each have their own browser, mail, text and photo programs that work well with the printer, but they can only be accessed from within other programs that have the "Open In" option.  (So far, I think GoodReader is the only App I have with that option.)
You can run a program like Printopia or FingerPrint on your computer that will share its printer as AirPrint over WiFi.  They both are reported to work well.  However your computer must be on and awake any time you want to print.  <Printopia for Macintosh>  <FingerPrint for PC and Mac>

    Hi,
    There are few apps,
    (a) the first one is HP ePrint, this allows you to print on a same network,
    (b) the second one called HP AiO Remote, it allows you to use Cloud print,
    (c) the third one called HP Scan and Capture, this allows you to Scan. It can run as stand alone app.
You can use Google Play/Store to install those apps.
    Regards.

  • Brother printer app for macbook air

For some reason i can get the app for my printer (brother) on the app store on my iphone but not on my macbooks app store

Brother printer drivers are usually included with the Mac OS, so you may not need one.
I suggest you connect the printer to the Mac, and try to set it up.
Go to:  Apple menu / System Preferences / Print & Scan. Click the + (bottom left), and follow the directions on the screen.

  • Best Printing App for iPad

I have an airport wireless network with 3 wireless HP printers. I'd like to be able to print (if necessary) from my iPad. I used Bonjour on my home computers to access them. Any suggestion for best app that will let my iPad print from those home wireless printers? I need something really easy to set up and use. I've seen some apps that you need a degree from MIT to use.
    Thanks in advance,
    Anne

I could get PrintCentral to print but only through my Macbook - not independently. I wanted to print directly from my iPad to one of the wireless printers over the wifi network. But, PrintCentral has absolutely AWESOME tech support and they ware working on apps now. She said that they only got their iPads yesterday too! I bet in the next few weeks there will be lots of great utility apps coming out. While I'm waiting I'll be reading the NY times, listening to NPR or watching Netflix movies. Gee, I love this iPad!!!

  • Can anyone compile the Louis braille print app for 10.9?

"Louis" is a free Mac based braille app that translates text files to a "braille.brl" suitable for output to a braille printer. My wife has a version (1.4) running under an older copy of OS/X, but in 10.9/10.8 the ".brl" output file does not seem to be generated. The source code is supposedly downloadable from http://www.cucat.org/projects/louis/ .
I'm an old ****, and my background is in Fortran 66, C, C++ and a tiny tiny bit of Windows. I have Xcode, but have not sat down to play with it as yet. While I intend to get into it, it would take me a fair bit of time to learn the ins and outs. I hate to put my wife in a "holding pattern" since she currently uses Louis  quite a bit.
If anyone could take a peek and give me an idea as to whether they could try to recompile and generate a workable executable for 10.9 I would appreciate the feedback  There may be reasons I have not found a more recent recompile of this source, so any input would be appreciated.
    <Email Edited by Host>

Program generates a file ( braille.brl by default) that is then output to the braille printer. Under 10.9 that file is not even initially created it would appear. I know that the actual text to braille library is open source with current version available (at http://www.liblouis.org). I have touched base with the original developer, but he is tied up with work/ life etc so he can't jump on this right away at this time. I think this might be something he did 7-8 yrs ago in younger less pressing days.
It runs runs fine under 10.6.8. It was originally downloaded as a precompiled program. It uses the Apple UI.
Here is is a link to a screen video of the app and it's problem

Adobe has not provided any application for that.
You can refer to Acrobat SDK : http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat.html

  • Unwanted faxes, Print Apps, Auto Printing. Manager Tools, Motley Fool

Many HP printers are Web Enabled and can connect to the 'cloud' to receive content or ‘Print Apps’.  These Print Apps can be setup to be delivered on a Scheduled Delivery schedule.  Some customers are inadvertently signing up for this service and think that they are getting a fax or unwanted print app sent to their printer.
There are two ways that you may have signed up to receive this content.
    1.  You can go to www.hpeprintcenter.com and login by creating an account, identifying your printer, and then selecting one of many print apps that will then appear on your printer panel.  You can then select a desired ‘Scheduled Delivery' for this app that allows your printer to automatically print selected print apps on a set schedule.  i.e. you could receive a news page, crossword puzzle, or article every morning at 7:00 am.
    2.  Web enabled printers have a few print apps located on the front panel out of the box and a customer can also initiate a print app to be delivered on a set scheduled from the front panel.  When any of these print apps are selected the customer is asked on the printer screen if they would like to subscribe to the print app.
***Some customers are either inadvertently selecting these print apps and subscribing to them without knowing or the printer is located in an environment where multiple users have access to the front panel of the printer and one user is selecting the print app while others may not.  Users who are unaware of how this Scheduled Delivery’s was set up will sometimes think that they are receiving a fax.
Methods of stopping a Scheduled Delivery Print App
    1.     From the printers front panel go to the 'Apps' section and scroll through until you find the desired print app.  Select the print app and then choose 'Pause' subscription.  This will pause the subscription until a user selects it again and 'resumes' printing.  If the print app is not visible on your printer it may have been removed, please go to method 2.
    2.  Go to www.hpeprintcenter.com and login to your account, create an account if necessary.  Go to the 'Apps' section and select the desired print app.  Select 'setup' and then 'update settings', at the bottom of the settings page you will see in blue text 'Cancel Scheduled Delivery'.

It sounds like you are trying to make the change from the application on your computer.
Instead, make the change directly on your printer.
At the home screen on the printer, press the Apps Icon, then press the icon of the particular App you wish to cease printing, when you see Pause, then you need to press Pause to stop your subscription. You should then see Resume and OK. Don't press Resume as that will restart your subscription. Press OK, then your Home button (looks like a house, located around the outside of the control panel) to get out.
Once you have pressed Pause you have stopped your subscription. You might receive one more issue but you shouldn't receive any more after that.

  • Officejet pro 8000 and HP Home & Biz print app

I have an Officejet Pro 8000 wireless that, according to HP's list, is compatible with the HP Home & Biz print app for the iPad 2.  However, the app does not find any printers on the wifi network.  I am running Win 7 and the printer is shared and works fine with printing wirelessly from the computer.  I followed the steps in the app to auto find any printer connected to the wifi, but it does not find anything at all.  The way I understand the app, it allows non-eprint capable printers to print using the app.  Am I missing something?

    Hi,
As you have mentioned the printer is shared from Windows 7, is the printer connected to the PC by USB?
In order to use the HP ePrint Home & Biz, the printer must be connected to your router by ethernet cable and then the up should detect it.
Please make sure both the iPad and the printer connected to your network.
Follow the steps below to access the printer EWS page:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01554589&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&product=3762364&tmp...
Once locating the printer IP address, type it into Safari.
    Can you access the page?
