Too mane Erro 83 (2000 errors !)

Question

GWCHECK with content check.
One user have more then 2000 errors: Error 83.
This example records:
- From: Petrov Sergey
- Date: Jan 10, 2006
- First archive attempt date: Jan 10, 2008
- Number of archive attempts: 1
- Error number on last Archive attempt: 0xC050
34070 ITEM_RECORD check
Error 83- Item failed to archive
- Subject: ?&
How i can repair this errors ?

POA-log file without error when user run Achive..
But in the GWCHECK, for this user, 2654 errore with code 83.
This first Error from the gwcheck-log:
Duplicate book check complete

- checking Data records
