Too many re-joins...

My wireless connection lasts only for a couple of hours. Cannot trust it! I have noticed that when the connection is lost, all the lights of the modem are still on and steady, and the Airport Express light is steady green. A manual re-join is in order, and it never fails. Unfortunately, my joy lasts only for a couple of hours until a successive re-join is needed...
1. They have checked, so I was told, that the ADSL line is free of disturbances.
2. Changing the channels does not solve the problem.
3. Putting the iPhone away does not seem to help either.
4. The radio mode in use is 802.11n (b/g compatible).
5. Bypassing the airport by a direct connection between the modem and my iMac keeps the connection fully alive and well, so the problem must be with the Airport Express.
Highly appreciate some help!

It is very possible that you may have some form of Wi-Fi interference in the immediate area that is preventing your wireless clients from getting a good clean signal from the AX.
I suggest you perform a simple site survey, using utilities like iStumbler, or AirRadar to determine potential areas of interference, and then, try to either eliminate or significantly reduce them where possible.
Look for other Wi-Fi operating nearby, especially those with the strongest signal value ... AND operating on the same radio channel as your AX. Also, if you use a portable phone system or baby monitor that operates in the 2.4 GHz band, these may cause clients to loose their connections.

peeps,
wonder if any of you have seen this before, trying to join an 1142 on a WLC_SRE version 7.4.
the AP can ping the controller and vice versa. In the controllers GUI: Monitor>Statisticc>AP join, I can find the mac of the AP that I am trying to get joined.
the details of this mac show:

Trying to join 1142N LAPs.    when getting the boot up process on the LAP, it endlessly loops in finding a valid WLC, although I have primed them to go to 192.168.7.1.
The WLC log shows:

The log you actually want to look at is %SystemRoot%\Debug\NetSetup.log. As Keith said, this file will tell you why a Domain Join is failing and should point you in the right direction to understand what's wrong. There's a

SQL question too many values?

Hey guys I have written an SQL script but it keeps erroring saying too many values I have this at the moment
SELECT DISTINCT Student.studentID, Student_medical.medical_complaint, Student_medical.medical_treatment
FROM Student, student_medical
IN (SELECT Student.studentID, Matron.staffno
FROM Student, Matron)
Group by Student.studentID;
Basically what I'm trying to do is match the student ID to the medical complaint and treatment they have had and then match the student ID to the Matron that gave the treatment

I'm a proud Oracle Apex developer. We have developed an Interactive Report that is generated from many joined tables in a remote system. I've read that to improve performances we can do the following:
1) Create a temporary table on our system that stores the app_user id and the colmun as a result of the query
2) Create a procedure that does:

param1:= :PXX_item
param2:= :PXY_item.
param3:= :V('APP_USER')
insert into <our_table>
(select param3, <query from remore system>)
commit;
3) Rediresct to a query page where IR reads from this temp table
On "Exit" button there's a procedure that purge table data of that user (delete from temp where user=V('app_user'), so the temp table is only filled with necessary data.
Do you see any inconvenience? Application will be used from about 500 users, about 50 concurrent users at a time.

1) We don't have a control on source syste, we can only perform query on itI was referring to a materialized view on the system where Apex is installed, not on the source database.
2) There are many tables involvedI don't understand why this is a problem. Too much data I can see, but too many tables... not so much.
3) Data has to be in real time, with no delayThis would a problem for MV or collections. The collections would store the data as of the initial query. Any IRs using the collection after the fact would be using stale data. If you absolutely have to have the data as of right now every time, then the full query must run on the remote system every time. Tuning that query is the only option to make it faster.
4) There are many transactions on the source tables (they are the core of the source system) and so MV could not be refreshed so fastProbably could be with fast refresh enabled, but not necessarily practical to do so. As I indicated in 3, you have painted yourself into a corner here. You have indicated a need for a real-time query and that eliminates a number of possibilities for query-once use-many performance solutions.

Too many SYS_EXPORT_FULL_tables

Hi Guys,
I take backup of one of my database using data pump on daily basis.
I have noticed that now my database contains too many SYS_EXPORT_FULL_ tables (i.e SYS_EXPORT_FULL_1... SYS_EXPORT_FULL_52 ...), and these tables are quite big. The size of the system tablespace has become quite big, due to these tables.
So my question is, can I drop these tables without affecting the normal operation. Or deleting these tables may have impact on the stability of the database.

There are some orphaned Data Pump jobs that have not been cleaned up after your exports are completed. You can clean up those tables.
You can get details from dba_lobs and dba_segments
select l.owner,
l.table_name,
l.segment_name,
s.bytes
from dba_lobs l,

where l.table_name like 'SYS_EXPORT_FULL%' and
l.table_name = s.segment_name;
You can get information from "dba_datapump_jobs" and join with dba_objects you will get the master tables and drop them.

Going through this forum, it is clear that there are too many whingers out there. From what I can understand there are a few people with genuine problems...like software issues but the vast majority are people who are trying to push competitor products like droid, samsung, android os etc, on our face.
It is sincerely suggested to those phoneys to leave this forum to us iphone customers & join the forum of the phones you like. We don't want you here. Now S. Jobs has given you the option...those who don't like it return it & goodbye to you sad folks.

As you see, the way to resolve it is clear, and you seem to have reached some folks in your attempts that were not able to resolve it. Nevertheless, you should not allow them to fob you off...insist that the KB instructs the resolution path and insist that they make good on that.

Too many information in 1 table line - alternative solution ?

Hi,
Just join today since i am new to Adobe LifeCycle.
I am using Adobe Life Cycle 8.1.2
As the title explains, currently i am designing a interactive adobe form (orientation: Portrait) which has a table with "add/remove" button. The "add/remove" works perfect (i can add line or remove line from the table).
The problem is I have too many information (read: columns) in 1 table line. In results:
1. Table line is not sufficient to display all information, OR
2. I can squeeze all columns into 1 line and play around with smaller font size. But the form looks ugly.
Has anyone encountered this kind of situation before ?
Can you share your design (if possible attached the form) for similar situation ?
Any bright input/idea are most welcomed.

Suppose you have set the the no of columns to 6 for any row . 1st row has 6 columns. 2nd row has 6 columns intially. But you can merge some of the columns to make it one. Selects the columns you want to merge.Then Right Click -> Merge cells. But this may lead to another problem about the caption of the columns. But if it's text field or same type of field you can specify the option to set the caption as on top.

Error Message Too Many Associations on Mesh Node

I've been have trouble connecting one of my 1500 AP to my WLC4402. It was connected during testing to its root point but after installation it is giving the error Too Many Associations on Mesh Node in the Trap log and it cycles about every 10 minutes. It isn't any further away then when it was tested so I'm not sure what the problem is. I can see it as a neighbor from the root point but it will not join the mesh. I ran link test by searching for in clients by MAC address and it passes as well. Any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would suggest changing your power levels on your Access Points so that your AP does not see as many neighbors. You could also try using directional antennas on some of your radios, there by narrowing the transmit range to a smaller 'beam', instead of omni-directional transmission.

Help your readers help you. Remember that we cannot see your screen, do not know your data, do not understand your schema, and cannot test a query without a complete script. So - remove the derived table (to which you gave the alias "avs")
and the associated columns from your query. Does that generate the correct results? I have my doubts since you say "too many" and the derived table will generate a single row per ID. That suggests that your join between the first
2 tables is the source of the problem. In addition, the use of DISTINCT is generally a sign that the query logic is incorrect, that there is a schema issue, or that there is a misunderstanding of the schema.

Too many rows found

I have two data blocks, one data block joins two tables and second datablock is based on one table.
first datablock has all fields with 1:1 relationship with Packing_id and second data block details has multiple rows
for every Packing_id. I wrote 2 procs for 2 datablocks are called in respective Post-Query trigger.

I intentionally gave this message to see how far my code is working,if I don't give this message and execute query I get FRM-41050:You cannot update this record.
Even though I am not updating record(I am querying record) and data block UPdate Allowed is set to NO.
Some additional comments on your code:
What is the loop supposed to do? You just fill the same fields in forms repeating with the values of your cursor, so after the loop the last record from your query will be shown. In general, in POST-QUERY you read Lookup's, not details.
Sorry but I have no idea how to show detail records,thats why i tried with loop. In first proc I will have only 1 row returned so I guess I don't need loop in that proc?
In second there will be multiple rows for one packing_id(packing_id is common column for both block), please let me know how to do that?
Your exception-handler for NO_DATA_FOUND and TOO_MANY_ROWS are useless, for these errors cannot be raised using a cursor-for-loop

Too Many Concurrent AP Image Downloads

I have a new 5508 controller running 7.0.235.3 code in a lab setting, so currently there are no APs associated to it. I am trying to get a 3502 AP to join this controller. I configured the AP with the controller IP address and put it on the same subnet as the controller. The AP will boot, then gets to the point where is is trying to translate capwap-cisco-controller.domain. It seems to time out, then go through the whole process again. I checked the AP join statistics on the controller and it sees the AP try to join, but fails with the 'Too Many Concurrent AP Image Downloads' message. Since this is the only AP attempting to make a connection, I know this message is errant.
Any issues anyone is aware of or possibly a setting I overlooked?

So this error can be a little misleading. Is the license or eval license activated and in use to allow APs to join? If your number of supported APs is 0 often times I see this error. You can verify this by going into the Monitor section in the Web GUI and it will tell you how many Access Points are supported above the controller picture

Craberry "too many application loaded"

I come here just to express my anger to the stupid craberry becuase it show's the error "too many application loaded" again and again.
I am not searching for solution because the only way to solve it is to reinstall the OS. The craberry support would tell you won't lose your information (ONLY if you have backup), but they won't tell you it will take you a long time to re-install the applications you have owned. And you will lose all you status of your application. Everything has to start over again.
DO NOT install any new application!!! DO NOT try to upgrade application!!!! Any of this could lead you to reinstall the OS.
I would not choose blackberry again and it deserve to be abandoned.
A user has to reinstall OS for 12 times in 12 months.

Why Customer get too many "Connection reset by peer"

I have CSS 11503 V7.50 without SSL Module.
I have 4 real servers and LB method is Round Robin. Customer tests the methods by using two way.
First A requestor try to connect service via VIP address.Second requestor try to connect to real servers by using directly real server IP address (Bypass Load balacer)
Customer cheks the real server logs and sees that in first experiment (via VIP) there too many "connection reset by peer" messages. For second experiment there are few same messages.
I wonder why real servers get this messages. Plus, why CSS reset flows. I know flow timeout does that. But if there are too many idle flows, it says something wrong?

There is a command, but I was more thinking about the server side counter or log info.
