Too much email GB usage

I have an iPhone 5 with iOS 7.0.6 recently updated.
I'm getting messages that I'm running out of memory. When I check the "usage" in the General section, I find that I have a a huge GB usage (2.2 GB of 11.4 GB used) in email despite the fact that I regularly delete old email and then "Empty all" items in the "Trash."
I have a similar problem with my iPad2 - 4.2GB of 13.0 GB used.
In each case, I have lots of photos & videos stored and I'm going to start eliminating many.
What am I doing wrong to have so much email usage? How can I fix the problem?

What is the extent size and min extents for the rollback segment? Does it matter?

CCMS Sending too much Email (every few min from the same alert).

Hi everyone,
We have recently setup CCMS in SOLMAN to monitor all of our ECC6 systems. Using auto-reactions we have any critical alerts sent to our pagers via email (SMTP).
Setting this up worked fine, however, we are finding ourselves in this mess:
When we trigger an alert, it seems that the alert just keeps producing hundreds of email messages...
Is there a way to have each alert found produce 1 or 3 email messages - then stop? It may take some time to correct an alert, but, we do not want to be paged every 2-5 min with tons of email (one per first time triggering it would be awesome).

Too much email from iPhoto

Last night I asked the community to stop sending an overwhelming amount of email relating to problems in I photo from others. I sign in to one of the e-mails late yesterday and under action I request "Stop e-mail notifications". Today I have received at least a dozen...I value the community and the intelect that you provide but how can I make all this non stop e-mail go away.

My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

Starting earlier today, this also became my problem - can receive but not send in Entourage. The account settings are correct in Entourage - I even created a new account. My Mac running 10.7.5 won't read the original Office : MAC 2008 disk, so I can't do a fix or reinstall from the disk.
This is not an issue if I log onto the Comcast site.
And so, I started using Mail but, unlike Entourage, Mail won't import my Entourage info.
Argh... :-(

I have many problem when update Mountain Lion.

There are usage too much cpu , so iMac too slow!!!

I have the same problem here, my MacBook Air barely goes to 60ºC while doing normal tasks, but as I edit video in iMovie (or even just letting iMovie open without doing anything) is gets near 100ºC because my CPU load is always very high!

You can check you Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered under your account. If not then your only option will likely be to contact Adobe Support directly thru chat to see if they can provide you with a/the serial number. For them to do so will require you being able to prove ownership.

Without knowing the excat model or what software, hardware or external components are running CPU usage is just an average measurement. If you have alot of background components/software running can cause a high reading, as it you allowed updating to runn consistently, or IM Messenger to consistently gain access.

If your phone was NEVER jailbroken or hacked to unlock, try these steps as needed:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): Press both home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears.
2. Restore phone in iTunes using a backup (no data loss)
3. Restore phone in iTunes as new, without using a backup.

FF4 Beta 10 - Too much memory usage

It started with 200 MB. I don't think it's an addon issue.

It turned out this is a bug in Java. It will be fixed in 1.4.2_04, which
is not available as of today.
One of our java processes just crashed(over 2G mem), and we will disable the
new thread libary.

that a pthread_getattr_np() call just failed with ENOMEM. JVM relies on
pthread_getattr_np(), so it has no choice but to abort if the call fails.
Starting from Redhat AS-3 (NPTL-0.60 and later), pthread_getattr_np() will
allocate memory through malloc(), the memory is freed by
pthread_attr_destroy().
In JVM, we didn't call pthread_attr_destroy() after pthread_getattr_np(), this
causes a small memory leak whenever pthread_getattr_np() is called (it is
called during thread creation).
In a long running application, especially when it has created lots of
threads, the memory leaks could add up and cause an out-of-memory error.
A temporary workaround is to disable NPTL by setting LD_ASSUME_KERNEL to
2.4.1.

Report taking too much time in the portal

Hi freiends,
we have developed a report on the ods,and we publish the same on the portal.
the problem is when the users are executing the report at the same time it is taking too much time.because of this the perfoemance is very poor.
is there any way to sort out this issue,like can we send the report to the individual user's mail id
so that they can not log in to the portal
or can we create the same report on the cube.
what could be the main difference if the report made on the cube or ods?
please help me

Try table rsddstats to get the statistics
Using cache memory will decrease the loading time of the report.
Run reporting agent at night and sending results to email. This will ensure use of OLAP cache. So later report execution will retrieve the result faster from the OLAP cache.
Also try
1. Use different parameters in ST03 to see the two important parameters aggregation ratio and records transferred to F/E to DB selected.
2. Use the program SAP_INFOCUBE_DESIGNS (Performance of BW infocubes) to see the aggregation ratio for the cube. If the cube does not appear in the list of this report, try to run RSRV checks on the cube and aggregates.
Go to SE38 > Run the program SAP_INFOCUBE_DESIGNS
It will shown dimension Vs Fact tables Size in percent.If you mean speed of queries on a cube as performance metric of cube,measure query runtime.
3. To check the performance of the aggregates,see the columns valuation and usage in aggregates.
Open the Aggregates...and observe VALUATION and USAGE columns.
"---" sign is the valuation of the aggregate. You can say -3 is the valuation of the aggregate design and usage. ++ means that its compression is good and access is also more (in effect, performance is good). If you check its compression ratio, it must be good. -- means the compression ratio is not so good and access is also not so good (performance is not so good).The more is the positives...more is useful the aggregate and more it satisfies the number of queries. The greater the number of minus signs, the worse the evaluation of the aggregate. The larger the number of plus signs, the better the evaluation of the aggregate.
if "-----" then it means it just an overhead. Aggregate can potentially be deleted and "+++++" means Aggregate is potentially very useful.
In valuation column,if there are more positive sign it means that the aggregate performance is good and it is useful to have this aggregate.But if it has more negative sign it means we need not better use that aggregate.
In usage column,we will come to know how far the aggregate has been used in query.
Thus we can check the performance of the aggregate.

4. Run your query in RSRT and run the query in the debug mode. Select "Display Aggregates Found" and "Do not use cache" in the debug mode. This will tell you if it hit any aggregates while running. If it does not show any aggregates, you might want to redesign your aggregates for the query.
Also your query performance can depend upon criteria and since you have given selection only on one infoprovider...just check if you are selecting huge amount of data in the report
Check for the query read mode in RSRT.(whether its A,X or H)..advisable read mode is X.
5. In BI 7 statistics need to be activated for ST03 and BI admin cockpit to work.
By implementing BW Statistics Business Content - you need to install, feed data and through ready made reports which for analysis.

You can find out whether an aggregate is usefull or useless you can find out through a proccess of checking the tables RSDDSTATAGGRDEF*
Run the query in RSRT with statistics execute and come back you will get STATUID... copy this and check in the table...
This gives you exactly which infoobjects it's hitting, if any one of the object is missing it's useless aggregate.
