Toolbar Canvas & icons

Hi All
i m usin form builder 6i,i 've created toolbar canvas and places a number of buttons on it the direction of the canvas is right to left and the main form too,the problem i m facing that when i run the form the buttons on the toolbar canvas are shown at the middle of the canvas not at the right??
my second problems that i need to know what Oracle locates its icons i did not find ant key in the registry that indicates where is the the icons?

i m not asking how to set my icons directory i m asking where oracle locates its own icons and default&samrt_bar
i tired to find any key in the registry but i found nothing..also i tired to look for it under orant/tools/ but i did not nothing either....any ideas where are these stuff located

Custom Toolbar - no icons showing

I'm trying to replace the existing DEFAULT&SMARTBAR, so that I can simplify and limit what the user can see/do. I'm on forms 10.1
So, I have downloaded the menudef.mmb (found link on this forum). I have then successfully gotten my form to work with my new menu mmx file.
So, I want to show some of the items as icons. For the Exit menu item, I set its properties to Visible in Horizontal Toolbar, and left the icon filename as rt_exit (it was already set).
But, no image is displayed. What's up? Is this the right filename for the Forms 10 default exit image?
Do I need to explicitly create a toolbar canvas myself? Does it need any special name, or how does the mmx know to use it?

How do I set my bookmark toolbar to text and all other toolbars to icons?

It seems I can change all toolbars to either be text or icons. I want the look of Firefox 3. In Firefox 3 the bookmarks toolbar was text only wile the navigation toolbar was icons. I can't figure out how to have my Back/Forward/Home buttons be icons with my Bookmarks in the toolbar be text only.

Bookmarks toolbar - site icons have appeared in FF4 - how to remove the icons?

I can find the option to disable all toolbar icons BUT specifically website icons have appeared in V4 in the bookmarks toolbar.
This is annoying as the icons take up so much space - I can only fit half as many toolbar bookmarks.
How can I disable the bookmarks toolbar website icons?

Toolbar Canvas Color

hi all,
i'm using form 6i. i can change the color of the canvas on runtime in my application thru set_canvas_property. when i select toolbar type of canvas then it cannot change the color or the canvas. content/tab is working fine but in toolbar canvas it is not working. the other thing is the buttons which i using in toolbar canvas it also not take the effect of the color. when i change the canvas of the button from toolbar ro tab/content canvas it work fine. can any body knows about it.

I don't see any workarounds listed in the bugs.

Toolbar Button Icons

Hello Forum,
When I create my toolbar with icons and click on the icon, it changes to the pushed state, this is done automatically. When I release the button it returns to normal. Is there a way to make the button stay down automatically until another button is pressed? Don't want to use another image.

You want to use the JToggleButton and ButtonGroup classes.

One Horizontal Toolbar Canvas and Multiple Windows

I have a form with multiple windows and canvases. All our forms have ONE horizontal toolbar canvas. We like to display this horizontal toolbar canvas on every window. Is there way to do this? We get FRM-30162, when we assign the horizontal toolbar canvas to any window other than the primary window of the horizontal toolbar canvas.

Hi,
we handled that with the following:
1.- create a DUMMY window with the following properties
title: null
Primary Canvas: null
Horizontal toolbar canvas: null
2.- On the Toolbar canvas properties:
Window : DUMMY
3.- On Form properties:
form Horizontal toolbar canvas : "your toolbar canvas"
This sets the toolbar on top and indepedent of your windows.

Once the Desktop shows up, then it is started up as far as it will go.
If it doesn't progress, then something is definitely wrong.
Do you know the capacity of the hard drive and how much space remains available on it? Sometimes operating anomalies such as this can happen if the hard drive is too full.
Do you have access to another Mac with FireWire?

ALV toolbar excel icon using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY

Ive created an ALV with using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY. In ALV out put on toolbar Ive excel, sort default icons.
If I sort my ALV on some column and press excel icon one row has got deleted and some column I dont get data in rows (where my rows are more than 20).
If anyone know any SAP not or patch or has faced this problem before please let me know on priority basis.

Developer toolbar hiding icons previously accessible

I used to have a number of icons at the bottom of my browser page such as Adobe Browser Lab, Downloadhelper. However the bar at the bottom of the page which is activated by clicking on Tools/Web Developer/Developer Toolbar has hidden them and even when I untick Developer Toolbar they do not reappear.
I have tried removing Web Developer as I assumed that was the culprit but that bar remains.
Can anyone help me find my icons again please?

You can try to delete it form the[http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder Profile folder] ,
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
inside the extensions folder, it is an xpi file but '''i do not known''' the specific number/name of that extension !

Display toolbar with icons - Show "File, Open..." icon.

This is a small issue, but it drives me insane. I want to be able to open a document with one click. In Fireworks, I have a toolbar below the application bar which gives me the option of clicking on a folder icon to open a file. I can't seem to find or enable a toolbar that gives me the same option in Illustrator.

When I open Illy, I elect to either double-click in the window which opens the Open dialog, or press ctrl-O. That is unless the file is a recent one and then I simply choose it from the recent file list.

Aurora 30.0a2 toolbar and icons are stretched vertically and out-of-proportion, how to fix this?

In the latest update changes Aurora 30.0a2, the UI shows the toolbar as stretched vertically. all the icons appear to be about (+/-) 1 to 1.5. This is no major issue and really just a minor visual nuisance but is a bug nonetheless.

Only the toolbar is affected, all other areas retain their 1 to 1 ratios.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Toolbars-no icons for import from scanner or undo

I'm using WIN XP Home Edition. I'm beginning to use PSE 5.0, after upgrading from PSE 2.0. In 2.0 there were useful icons in one of the toolbars at the top of the program: one was undo, and also return (to return from an undo); also, there was an icon for importing from a scanner. I don't find these icons in 5.0, and I have to use menu commands.
Is there any way in 5.0 to create a personalized toolbar with these helpful tools? Or are there toolbars I'm not seeing that can be enabled?

Can I place an image into a bookmarks toolbar site icon if it remains a blank folder after visting it's designated site?

after visiting most sites the icon changes to that site's logo, but some don't, and I would like to change the blank folder icon to some kind of graphic logo in order to shorten the amount of text occupying the toolbar but still be able to quickly distinguish which

FWIW, I use 1-4 character text directly on the bookmarks toolbar for bookmark(let)s/folders instead of site favicons which are meanlingless for bookmarks folders and bookmarklets.

Can You Alter The Contrast Of Toolbar, Sidebar Icons?

Especially in Mail and Safari. With the grey background of the toolbars and sidebars themselves the icons barely stand out. In Firefox most ot the toolbar icons are fairly bold and easier to see, but in the native Mac apps they are so dull it's difficult for me to make them out. I don't have a machine in the house that still has Snow Leopard to compare but it seems to me that all the icons got smaller and lost whatever color or contrast they had. Besides the current glitches in the OS I really don't like the look of the applications as they are now. The only things that stand out and are easily visible are the three red, yellow, green window buttons.

Thanks. i remember my first experience with an Apple computer was on OS 10.2 Jaguar. I remember thinking how much more vivid everything looked compared to Windows machines at the time. That really sold me on the whole Apple experince. This seems like a big step back, smaller, unalterable hard to read fonts and icons. Ugh!
