Toonz - Please help me resolve Error 4261 issue

Had a lot of connection issues - finally got those resolved. iTunes working great now except for burning CDs. Error 4261 keeps coming up. Here's my diagnostics:

Does the iPod connect to other networks?
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:                 
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
Include changing the security on the router. Start with no security as a test.
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

    I think the error message is pretty clear, you have to setup authentication for the SMTP connection in Database Mail, see

    I really do not think it is the iPad or your network connection. Other users have reported this very same issue. Try this and see if it works for you - it may not work - but it's easy to try - harmless - and it has worked in the past for others.
    Try signing out of your account and restart your iPad.
    Go to Settings>Store>Apple ID and tap the ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button. Go back to Settings>Store> Apple ID and sign in again.

    I believe the issue is with the Apple ID that was used to purchase the App. If you download an App that was purchased under a different Appple ID then all updates will also be linked to the original purchaser's Apple ID. Your Apple ID is the the same ID as your iTunes, iCloud, etc. Some folks use different ID for the different Apple sites. No need for that One ID for all Apple Sites, and if someone else buys an App using their ID and they(you) download that App onto your device and that App requires an update it will ask for the purchasers Apple ID. This happens a lot when folks sell their iPad or give it to someone else and leave some purchased(free) Apps on the iOS device. You cannot change the original ID the App was purchased under. A suggestion would be if someone else has an App that you like but do not want to pay for use their ID or in the future have them gift the App to you.

    I am new to Oracle apps. So please help me to solve this issue. I have created new OC4J instance and changed my URL mapping to /MYApp but when i access application trough browser http://myapp.com/MYApp/../../help I am getting 404 error. If I change the URL http://myapp.com/forms/../../help it works fine. What am i doing wrong?
    Please help me to get raid of this issue.

    Have you attempted to backup and then clear the AIF_EBS_GL_CCID_STG table and then re-ran your data load rule with the "Full Refresh" option?
    If not, you will want to do this and then check the account type in the table after the data load rule run.

    (B) Try reset all settings
    Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

    1 . We updated OS to mavericks few machine in last december and still does't works SMTP (Out going mail) on those MAC.
    2.  After that most recently we updated OS to mavericks few machine those are working will with SMTP server .
             a)Not showing any SMTP connection in TCP trace ,
             b) Connection docter every time Says "Connecting to the server "
    3, Then we have installed thunderberd (another mail) client on maverick os, which OS related to apple mail client not woking . It seems other mail client is working well with SMTP server .
