Top 25 Help
the top 25 list is not working anymore. it is perfectly fine in itunes but when i sync the playlist it shows completely different songs on the ipod touch. i tried deleting and resyncing but that didnt work

I'm having the same problem with my iPod Touch. Like you said, the playlist is fine in iTunes but it gets messed up when i sync it. When that first happened I was shocked and angry.
Tip: Keep playing your favorite songs that are on the Top 25 playlist in iTunes over and over and they might show up. Its working with my Recently Played playlist. (finally I might add)

I Downloaded something onto my computer and now when I click onto safari yahoo pops up instead of top sites I know certain changes come along with downloading but if there is a way back to top sites and google as my search engine I need it!! I'm not one for change and I love the whole original display that the macs have to offer when you first get your mac so thats why I really want top sites back also it was great when your in and rush and so much easier!! Please HELP immediately this is urgent!!

Bottom image showing thru top image, help
hi,
i received a pdf, looking at it thru preview looks fine. placed pdf in indesign file (cs3) and can see bottom image coming thru top image. Want bottom image (globe) behind top image, but showing thru. If I check off Overprint Previes it looks fine but still looks bad in indesign file and still prints (from printer) that way. How do I fix this?
thanksA bit confused by the question without seeing an example but I'll try and help. If you want the image top image to overprint (making the bottom one show through) you could select the image in InDesign and set the Effect (effects panel) to multiply.

Formula to select top defect help
My boss want me to design a report that will select the top 2 functional areas that has the most defects per Customer. I'm trying to figure out how to create this report w/o using filtering. I think I would need an formula but dont know how to write it. Can anybody help me? Please see example below.

"Help" window - unable to impose another window on top of help window
Why isn't it possible to put another application's window, on top of a Help window?
It becomes quite obtrusive when you are reading the Help for an application, and you wish to open another window, and have it sit on top of the Help window, without being able to do so.
If somebody knows a workaround on this, please let me know. I have had this internal complaint on this issue ever since Tiger, and still on Leopard, I don't understand the logic of "Help" windows trying to control your Desktop view. You can basically have only a Help window minimized or as a top layer window, it's impossible (that I am aware of) to have it behind another application's window, etc.

Message was edited by: orlandoldNo, what should be the case is that the Help window behaves like any other window: click on another window and it comes forward, click on the Help window and it comes forward, and so on. Truthfully I did not read the article V.K. cited, just clicked the link and saw the default write command was there, and assumed it was the same as the original discovery--which I have used on my own system.
defaults write com.apple.helpviewer NormalWindow -bool true
That's all I did. AFAIK nothing else is necessary and the Help window then behaves like any other window. I copied the command from the original MacOSXHints discussion:

I have used it, and only it, on both my Leopard installs and it worked exactly as expected.

'Show' appears near top of help screen
I've inheritied the project for help and am not very proficient with robohelp so please be patient. When help pages appear, there is a link at the top called 'show', which when you click on it, expands and shows Contents, Search etc. Can anyone tell me how to:
a) turn this option on/off
b) Change the word 'Show' to something of my choosing?

a) You can turn this off in the properties of your Single Source Layout. Uncheck "Show Navigation Pane Link in Topic":
b) You can change this by modifying your language file. File > Project Settings > Advance > LNG File. You can also edit robohrre.lng using notepad. You're looking for the element named "Display" in the section WebHelp.
Note: This will disable the link. This will not display the entire skin when loading the help. For that, you need to call the help differently.

We have iPhone 4 and I plugged phone into after market hardwired plug in car (that we have used successfully for two years). The screen has gone black and wont turn on. Phone was charged. I have tried force quit- home screen and top button. iTunes is not recognizing phone when I plug into computer. help pls
FIRST charge with an Apple charger for at least 15 minutes. Then hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. Hold for up to 30 seconds. If nothing happens the phone hardware has failed.

Everything was working fine until today. I don't like having tabs on top, and I'd like to have them in the classic firefox position, like many people as well.
I hope you'll fix this with the next update.I won't swap to Chrome, but lot of people just might will, and this is pissing me off... Really, the reason not to allow having tabs on bottom is very stupid. And there is nothing in the addons...

I am trying to get a window to be on top of a game application called "halo". The problem is that the game always want to be on top and I have tried to use a program called AutoIt, but I have to keep on setting the window to be ontop which cause a flickering effect. I would also like to make the window invisable and some buttons/images on it transparent. How would I do this?

My iPod touch stuck in recovery mode and can not be detected by my lap top. HELP PLEASE!! Thanks
It stopped chargin and now is not being recognized by my computer, it says that the device has malfunction. It also is stuck in recovery mode but since it is not recognized by my computer it does not appear in iTunes either.
- See if placing the iPod in DFU mode will allow iTunes to see the iPod.

I have opened Photoshop and at the top under help I clicked on check for up dates and it comes up for about 5 seconds saying checking for up dates and then it cuts out and brings up a message that says Adobe Application Manager quite unexpectedly.
I have tried to reboot everything and install Creative Cloud desk top and it gets half way and then stops, just sits in one place unable to down load.Nzdmalan the Adobe Creative Cloud application can be found in your Applications folder. Are you able to access the application itself? Is your computer managed by an I.T. department?

Help a newbie with Keyboard events
Right so I'm just getting started with ActionScript (and Flash) and I'm getting a bit confused. I've got quite a bit of experience programming in other languages but I've never touched either actionscript or flash before.
I've got various books and have tried searching around the internet but I can't find anything to help me with this problem... it looks to me like it SHOULD work (but obviously I'm wrong because it doesn't!) I'm just trying to get the base for a game set up, and want to be able to take in user input via the keyboard (I will want mouse control as well, but let's focus on this problem first).

The errors it is generating refer to the OnKeyPressed function, and say that I have tried to access the undefined properties Keyboard, escape and default. I thought I imported all the keyboard stuff at the top? Help would be much appreciated here, I'll be fine once I'm up and running but at the moment I'm feeling somewhat lost.Right, well at least part of my problem was that I had

but it still doesn't like the word "default"? This is strange as it's coming up in blue so it's obviosly recognising it as a keyword...
If I comment out the 'default' section of te switch case statement it get's stuck in an infinite loop, even if I press escape... which should set 'isRunning' false therefore exiting the loop...
