Top half of Extension Manager rendered off screen - how do I get it back into view?

I've tried many different approaches to solve this issue but none have helped. Some environment information:
- running OSX 10.9.1
- use an external monitor
I've tried to get the window to reposition itself by unplugging the external monitor - remains half hidden on my laptop screen
I've tried playing with screen resolution, but it stubbornly refuses to budge
I've also tried rotating the screen 90 degrees, but the extension manager remained stuck with the top portion of the window off screen

For EM CS6, please delete "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Extension Manager CS6/exman_uiPreferences.xml". For EM CC, delete "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/exman_uiPreferences.xml".
The "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library" folder is hidden in Finder. You have to hold down "option" key when you click the "Go" menu in the top menu bar, then click "Library" in the dropdown.

i googled for answer to resolve the zoom problem. all the anwers just told you to read links but didn't tell how to fix the screem back to normal then it can be able to go to Setting to fix the zoom funciton. HOWEVER, I accidentally found the solution myself by using a fingers or more
to draw circles clockwise on the screen....it will reset it normally. I spent hours trying to go diagonally, compressively still didn't work.

You can move apps around in iOS 7 the same as iOS 6. Press an app icon until you see it wiggle; then drag it to where ever you want it to be. Drag it onto another app to create a folder with the two apps. Tap the Home button to stop the wiggle.

To hide or show toolbars, you can use the old View menu.
If you have the orange Firefox button, tap the Alt key to temporarily display the classic menu bar.
View menu > Toolbars > ''check'' Navigation Toolbar
If you are viewing the navigation toolbar but it's incomplete or corrupted, you can reset your toolbars.
View menu > Toolbars > Customize
In the large dialog with the icons, toward the bottom, click Restore Default Set.

Hit the '''Alt''' key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. <br />
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.

How can I get my "Now Playing" screen back? I can't scroll or change screens at all. All I have is the album picture and the song list page. I can toggle between the two but nothing else. It did this all by itself. Now it's stuck.

Window corner is off-screen - how can I get to it?

I have a MacBook Pro. I just installed a game, OOTP10. The window that it opens has the bottom right corner off the screen and I can't grab it. My display is set at 1680 x 1050.

I ordered a laptop on the 7th and on the 8th they took $80 off! How do I get credit back?

On January 7th, 2008, I ordered a Thinkpad T61p. When I went on the website, the next day to look at the order status, I noticed that the same exact computer was $80 cheaper. It was less than 24 hrs after I had bought mine! Thats just not fair! Does anybody know what I have to do to get that $80 back, and credit back onto the credit card? Is there something I have to do online? I tried calling the Administrative support number, and I got put on the phone with somebody who sounded like they were calling directly from China... I could barely understand them due to them having such a thick accent. I'm not the most computer-savvy person, and if there is a quick fix to this, then any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
