Torch 9860 - Does not allow me into options
My Torch will not let me into option. When I click on options it just hangs unless I press the hang-up button.
Each time I reboot it I get an uncaught exception error - No Application.
Its running the latest approved version of the OS from Orange. It also did this with he previous OS bundle so I do not suspect its a patch issue.

Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB):
With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
Obtain a known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem.

Torch 9860 does not disconnect after ending call
Hi,
I have been having this peculiar problem with my blackberry torch 9860 smartphone for the past 1 week. After finishing a voicecall, in many situations the phone does not disconnect even if I press the end call button repeatedly. It just seems to "hang" for 30-40 seconds and then disconnect. Sometimes it dosconnects only if the person at the other end hangs up.
Kindly help out in solving this issueTry a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.

Torch 9860 does not show saved photos, music, video

I am unable to see the pictures taken on my phone Torch 9860, or synched music/video. However, i can see them through the desktop software and copy them.
I am using phone memory only no additional SD card being used.

What version of iPhoto? Is OS X 10.6.8 as you state correct for your OS? Do you have a default "managed" library (the iPhoto preference to "copy imported items to the iPhoto library is in its checked state)? Were is your iPhoto library located? If it is on your external drive what format is the external drive? If it is on your external drive did you safely and correctly disconnect your external drive while iPhoto was not running? What ese can you tell a total strange that might assist them in heling you?

Calendar does not allow 2nd alert option
I'm using an iphone5 with the latest update (6.1.4) on AT&T network, as does my coworker. She can set an alert then a 2nd alert for a calendar event (ie: 1hr before and 1 day before). I can only set one.
I see the Default event alert option in Settings but I used to be able to set 2 alerts in the event. How do I get both alert options back?Hi KT,

With 10.7.2 update iCal does not allow you to set "Reminders" by draging events from "All Day Events" into "Reminders" is there another way to do this instead of having to type out the entire reminder with date, time, and type?
With Lion 10.7.1. you where able to drag events from "All Day Events" into the "Reminders" bar to create upcoming reminders.Exactly the same question I was about to post!
Great being able to sync reminders (well overdue) however if I have to re-type a calener envent into reminders it's a waste of time!!

I have had MyWebSearch install itself as my primary browser....I have needed to reset Firefox in safe mode but I am not sure that the changes have actually been done! In Options in the Options menu the window displays all the add on's and features that are on Firefox....I have two zipped folders here One allows me to see inside the other does not. How do I access this one that does not give me the option to as I want to know what is inside...as this "MyWebSearch has been an enormous hassle...and needless to say has compromised my PC and the security of all of my passwords.....I want to be sure that the resetting the browser default has actually worked and that MyWebSearch is gone!

I have updated my iphone software to ios5 and everything is working perfectly except for the wireless sync. When I plug my phone into my computer (I'm using a MacBook Pro running leopard) it does not give me the option to check the box in the summary section to sync wirelessly. Can anyone help? In the old pages you could simply copy the thumbnail and past a certain page into a different document.
The new pages does not allow you to do this.That and 95 other things it does not let you do.
Pages '09 should still be in your Applications/iWork folder, use that instead.

Doug's got it right. It sounds like you are trying to open a later version file in an earlier version. This will always be handled as opening the PDF portion of the file. Try Googling AI_openMultiPagePDF for a script to open these or Resave from the newer version to the older.

I am trying to delete photos off my photostream. I have logged on icloud.com and clicked advanced and then I was told to click on reset photo stream. When I click on advanced, it does not give me the option for reset photo stream. Any suggestions?

That option was removed some time ago. You can delete any photo from photo stream on any device where you are logged into your account. -
