Toshiba Bluetooth API ( SDK )

Hi,
Does anyone here use the Toshiba Bluetooth API ?
I have the Toshiba USB Bluetooth Dongle (Adapter), and I am trying to initiate an audio connection with a remote headset, but the API only includes L2CAP and RFCOMM connection, whereas an SCO connection is needed for audio.
An audio connection can be create when the headset initiates the connection ( i.e. by pressing one of the buttons on the headset while the headset is enabled) , but I want the PC to initiate the connection.
Does anyone have any idea?

My company has been trying very hard to get access to the Toshiba SDK. We have followed the instructions listed at http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/?page=faq/sdk a couple of times now over the past 4 weeks and have yet to hear a response. As the site indicates as well I have checked to make sure that the message has not be blocked by SPAM.
My company has no problems signing an NDA.
Can somebody please help speed up this process?

Maybe you should try it again. I guess momentarly is holiday time and even I am on vacation. ;)
I already had contacted them in another case and that was last year around the same time. They responded me in september so I guess they should do the same in your case..

Looking for the Toshiba bluetooth SDK (with the HDP profile)

I have requested the bluetooth SDK 2 months ago, and I have not answer.
I would like to develop an application (for academic purposes) to connect with a A&D blood pressure monitor using the Thosiba bluetooth stack and the HDP profile. Has someone developed any similar application? Is there any person with the Bluetooth SDK that I can contact ???

I agree with MasterG. You have to contact Toshiba directly to obtain the Toshiba Bluetooth stack SDK. Just write an email and follow the link posted by the previous user then you will get it. :)

Unable send Toshiba Bluetooth SDK request

I am trying to send a request for downloading the Toshiba Bluetooth SDK using this interface . At the end of the page its asking me to enter the text from the Captcha image, but I dont see the image. I tried this from Firefox and IE it is not showing much in either of em. Any solutions?

On the Toshiba webpage you will get only the newest version of the Toshiba Bluetooth stack. Unfortunately I dont found any inforamtions about SDK.

Microsoft Wireless Presenter 8000 mouse and Toshiba Bluetooth Stack

Some of the specific functionalities of this MS Bluetooth Mouse do not work with the latest Toshiba Bluetooth Stack : magnifier, digital ink...
The other functions of this mouse (and the remote controller functions too) work perfectly. The magnifier, digital ink, etc..., are working only if the MS USB controller provided with this bluetooth mouse is plugged in.

Of course : I have installed the latest version of IntelliPoint software. A mouse/remote as sophisticated as the Wireless Presenter 8000 can't work without its software.
But one more time, I speak about a Bluetooth MS Mouse, and what I don't understand is that a few funtionnalities (magnifier, digital ink) only works with the MS USB plug delivered with the mouse.
What I'd like is to use ALL the functionnalities of my bluetooth mouse with only the bluetooth adapter integrated into my Toshiba Libretto U100.

These swf files are kept in some folder and during run time
we need to play these swf files inside our Mac / windows
application using flash player.
we don't need to play any swf file, but the same swf files
we need a api / sdk to implement this

Question about Toshiba Bluetooth stack V.4

We have a Fujitsu Siemens P7120 Laptop which requires the Toshiba Bluetooth stack located at http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/pages/download.php
When we install this in silent mode, the installation takes place however the Bluetooth does not initialise until the Toshiba Bluetooth information exchanger is launched!
Is there anyway to make the whole installation complete without this other step?

You should use the BT-stack of FSC. I also tried to install an OEM version of the Toshiba BT-stack, but in this case it was time limited. So check the "About" menu item to get get more details.

Portege S100: Can't install Toshiba SD Host to use Toshiba Bluetooth SD Card2

I'm trying to install the Toshiba Bluetooth SD Card2 onto my Portege S100 but I can't get it to work, i get the error
"Could not open the Bluetooth ACPI device driver (tosrfec.sys). Try again?)
which suggests that the SD slot is not reading the card. I then went onto the Toshiba bluetooth section and found the driver files for the Toshiba SD Host Controller Driver (at http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/). I believe that I should install this as the Host Controller Driver, and not the SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller.
However, when i try to update the Driver, selecting specifically the folder of the Toshiba Host Controller Driver, it says that it couldn't find a better match than the one installed already. Therefore, I decided to install it manually, but instead, i get the error
"The specific location does not contain any information about your hardware"
I've run out of ideas, can anyone help me please?

I am using Widcomm 5.01.1200 Bluetooth drivers for my desktop PC and Toshiba Bluetooth stack 4.00.30 for my notebook. Can I add a desktop PC printer for my notebook via Bluetooth? I would like to get a step-by-step tutorial about adding a printer. Both PCs are running on WinXP Pro SP2.
At this moment I am only able to browse the Internet from my notebook (using my desktop PC and bluetooth connection).

Trouble with Toshiba bluetooth stack

Hello, I'm having a trouble with toshiba bluetooth stack. I had windows vista installed in my laptop. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7. I had a bluetooth mouse attached to my toshiba bluetooth stack in windows vista. After upgrading to windows 7 my bluetooth mouse is not working any more and it is not listed in the devices list. But, when I switch my mouse on, the bluetooth stack icon tray turns green like when the device is connected, but it doesn't work and the device is still not listed. I'm trying to redetect it, but it is not detected. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth stack, but in the reinstalation, my devices are still listed.
Anyone can help me or tell me how to remove manually all the attached devices? Thanks in advance.

It seems that the mouse has still stored the pairing information (normally it should loose it if the battery was removed).
The mouse tries to connect to the last connection, but the other side (PC) has not the information anymore.
Could you try to pair the mouse with any other PC or notebook before you try to pair it with your notebook again ?
Furthermore increase the security for this test by enabling the following option:
Right click Bluetooth system tray icon > Options > Security > Custom Level > Mode: Link level enforced security
