Is it possible someone to drive me to get the datasheet of the mention LCD which is coming from a Qosmio G50-11R
with SN:Y8062987H ?
And secondly are the LTN184HT01 and LTN184HT03 LCDs the same?
Any help will be very appreciated.

As far as I know something like this is not possible.
The cover is the same for all Qosmio G50 models but some of them are delivered with one HDD only. In this case the mainborad is not the same as in G50 with two HDDs. There is no connector for second HDD and it cannot be soldered additionally.

Qosmio G50-12K - LCD is only sharp at highest resolution

Hi!
I just bought Toshiba G50-12K and I have first problem. LCD resolution is 1920x1080 and on it everything is very nice and very sharp. But when I would like to use any other resolution screen is not very nice. So I have question:
1. It is normal that screen it is usable only in fullHD resolution?
2. I have my lcd instaled as standard pnp monitor maybe there is any drivers for this lcd? I didnt find nothing on thoshiba site.
3. Maybe graphic card have never drivers? I have last from toshiba site.
Maybe any other ideas.

Dont worry buddy, thats normal! :)
All LCD monitors only have a very good picture quality and highest sharpness on the highest screen resolution, in your case 1920x1080. All other resolutions are not very sharp due a hardware limitation of this monitor technology. Therefore I can recommend this Wikipedia article:

I think this says everything and so you dont need another monitor or graphic card driver.

Problem with my Toshiba Qosmio G50

Has you may have noticed by now by my name i bought the laptop at a canadian best buy for gaming and college use (modeling and such) about 3 months ago
the first week after i bought my laptop everything seemed fine even i had my motorola cable modem on my laptop everything worked great until that freeze which froze everything, even my mouse so what did i do? well that thing i did was simple (Alt+Ctrl+Del) and before the freeze happend again i quickly used system restore my laptop to a point before this freeze event.
After everything was back to normal the only thing that was not back to normal is my internet connection,your (Currently connected thing) ever time i put my internet cable modem on says that i have local only, but it shouldnt be showing local only, i dont know what happend to the net connection and yes i even went in safe mode to see if any of the drivers are showing yellow, but they werent.
And now my final problem is that my laptop came with no cd and which could fix all of the problems,
by just restoring my laptop back to its
factory condition, so how can i now fix my laptop now by just bringing it back to its factory condition without its cd?

Generally, if you have trouble, you can right click on your network option and select repair connection to see if that helps.
It should say " Diagnose and Repair "
All else fails, then Reinitializing the cable modem and applicable devices might be a good idea. If you continue to run into trouble, it be best to call Toshiba Canada directly.

Now, I bought Windows 7 Ultimate x 64 and I have a problem anywhere, not allowed to find this program of-saver to install on Windows 7 x64 with Toshiba and the Internet sites I tested everything I think.

To be honest its really difficult to understand what you try to install or what software you need.
You said something about Toshiba Quad Core HD CPU.
Please note that not all G50 Qosmio notebooks support this feature.
So it would be very interesting to know what G50-xxx you have exactly
PS; Toshiba European driver page provides the Win 7 drivers for G50 as well.
In order to use the Toshiba Quad Core HD CPU you need to install the HD Processor Driver and HD Console as well.
The Toshiba HD Processor is a co-processor specialized for media streaming processes (real-time image processing such as image processing and image recognition) and the Toshiba HD Console displays the usage for each core in the Toshiba HD Processor and allows applications which use the HD Processor to be started

How to install "YUAN FM100" on Qosmio G50?

I recently purchased a new Toshiba Qosmio G50 laptop.
From the first start up Windows keeps giving me a message saying 'Windows needs to install driver software for your YUAN FM100'.
Google suggests YUAN is the company that makes the TV Tuner software - I emailed their support centre a couple of weeks ago, but have had no response.
I can't find the driver anywhere - I've spent ages googling this.
I'm running 64 bit Windows Vista, if that's relevant?
In 'device manager', under 'other devices' Qosmio G50 comes up twice, both with the yellow warning exclamation mark.
Should I disable both of these?

Short story - success!
Long story;
The driver isn't C:\TOSAPINS so I went to www.toshiba.ca (I'd already looked in the .au - Australia site, where I'd bought the machine).
The driver is available for 4 different variations of Qosmio G50 PQG55C, however, I have PQG55A. I downloaded the driver anyway (for the PQG55C 043049) but it didn't work. 'Windows could not find driver software for your device'.
So then I clicked setup in the downloaded utility, and it appeared to install the whole FM Tuner application. I have the impression my PC was asking me for a driver for a program which it didn't fully have, but then I'm a moron so what do I know.
Anyway, all installed now, and it's not asking me for any more drivers.
Haven't a clue how to open or use the FM tuner though...

Need new laptop charger for my Qosmio G50

I've got a Toshiba Qosmio G50 laptop that I bought quite a few years ago and the charger for it finally konked out on me from heavy use and bending of the cord.
I've been trying to search for a charger for it with the same specifications as the one I currently have. I think the product number for it is PA3658E-1AC3B and it's specs are like 120W, 6.3A, 19V, 5.5mm/2.5mm.
I have been unable to find a charger with these specs and when I search for other chargers with similar specs and so on, when lists of compatible laptops come up, my laptop is never in the list. Now I'm wondering if this is due to because the laptop is actually incompatible or due to the fact that it is rather quite old.
Also, does anyone know what laptop chargers I could be able to use or specs for them. Like would a charger with these specs work for my laptop?
Output: 19V 4.74A 90W
DC Barrel Tip: 5.5 x 2.5mm

I dont know where do you live but go to eBay and there you will find proper charger. As far as I know you can use any charger that is offered for Qosmio G50.
If you want to have original part for your model contact nearest Toshiba service provider in your country and order one.

Qosmio G50-12Q - Screen saver doesnt work if I use wireless mouse

I have a Toshiba Qosmio G50-12Q
If you use a wireless mouse does not work the screen saver.
If I disable the mouse instead of the screen saver runs regularly.
There is some way to run the screen saver also using a wireless mouse?

Well, in such case it can be a software bug too.
To be honest I dont see any connection to Toshiba here it seems to be an 3rd party software which does not start up when WLan mouse in connected maybe the screen saver developer could provide more details here

Qosmio G50-129 PQG55E - 64Bit Windows 7 Upgraded - How To Update BIOS?

Hello,
I have a Qosmio G50 that I have upgraded to Windows 7 64bit. My BIOS is unupdated from 6 months ago when I bought the machine.
I went to update the BIOS just to keep things up to date, so I went through the online driver wizard:

After unzipping and running P0060v210.exe, it extracts and then says:
" [Error] BIOS Update is not supported OS. Unsupported OS or service pack is installed. " (Word up to all my Googling friends!) "
Does Toshiba have a BIOS update for the Qosmio G50 that is supported on Windows 7? Specifically 64bit? They should fix this glitch that directs you to download this file when it clearly isn't supported by Windows 7.
Also, I tried to run it in compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2 and it ran fine -- but I was nervous about going through with the update if it originally doesn't support Windows 7, so I don't continue at the next prompt. Is it safe to do this? Has anyone else in this situation done it without issues? I've read that BIOS updates can go horribly wrong if not careful, so I'm hesitant to update the BIOS by running the updater in compatibility mode when it doesnt support Windows 7 on its own!

There are all of the BIOS what is available. The 2.1 BIOS exactly the same as on the European website just they used a zip file. If you guys open it you will find the same .exe file, the file size is the same, but don't use this one, instead of it you can find there an ISO file. Write a CD with this one, turn off the computer and boot from the CD, use the F12 button. This is a safety way update the BIOS. But I use the 2.3, this is newest one, for me this one is works much better, because the display is more bright. I hope this is a big help for you and you understand my English! :)

Cannot write anything to discs using Nero 2014 on Qosmio G50

I have no idea why, as a few months ago i had no troubles.
I have recently done a complete re install of my Qosmio, changing the OP from 32 bit to 64 bit.
I have convert x to dvd but will not burn using it, and i have nero 2014 but again, i cannot burn anything .

This firmware update has been released for
TEAC DVD Super Multi Drive (DV-W28S-RT3, DV-W28S-RT4): Version 7.0D and
TEAC DVD Super Multi Drive(DV-W28S-RT1): Version 7.1D
On the driver page (under More Info) you can find details about this update:

Qosmio G50-12Q: No audio while moving video files from camcorder

I have a portable PC Toshiba Qosmio G50-12Q with 640GB of HDD and 4GB Ram equipped with seen the Window system Completed modernized to service version pack 2
I connected the video camera Sony PC 115 to the PC through the I.Link IEEE 1394 cable while that I am importing a determined video to the Window Movie Maker in order to record it.
At this moment in which it comes reproduced in the screen of Movie Maker I see the reproduced video from the video camera but do not feel the audio. When then I have ended to import the video I go and it always see again in Movie Maker, the program regularly reproduces or the video that it has recorded or the audio that exactly I did not feel it was importing while it.
It' is to regular ?
Task that in phase of import I would have to feel and to see or that video audio. Not task that is the defective cable because when I see the recording of the video in Movie Maker I feel also the audio base, wants to say that the audio has exited from the video camera, entered in the PC through taken I.Link has recorded that it.
To the aim i can hear the audio in phase of transfer / import from video camera or any other audio apparatus / video I must for case to modify inside of Window Movie Maker or in Seen Window some formulation detail that it regards also the taken I.Link specifically ?
Or the cable goes connected between video camera and PC with details sagacities? Even if me it seems to have connected well it perche' as I repeat l' audio comes recorded.

I have Sony camcorder DCR-TRV520E to and in the past I have recorded several movies on my notebook.
I have used Ulead Movie studio application and everything was OK.
10 minutes ago I tested it with Windows Movie Maker (Vista) too. Here some facts:
- My Sony cam was recognized properly
- Started Windows Movie Maker and chosen option IMPORT > From digital video camera
- Browsed into right folder
- On next step from alone application started rewinding videotape
- Importing video started from alone and when finished I checked it and sound was there.
Later I chosen option "Publish to" > This computer and after 20 minutes everything was finished.
I use simply firewire cable. Nothing special.
I really don't understand what is wrong there.
Is this first time you do this?

Qosmio G50-12Q - Integrated recorder issue

I have Toshiba Qosmio G50-12Q, with Window Vista Ultimate 32 bit with integrated masterizze Teac. Every time that I try to masterize a cd or dvd the system says to me that does not find the masterizze.
In management dispositive it perfectly turns out installed and that it works correctly. Which could is the cause of this continuous not acknowledgment of the masterizze ?

I read something about CD/DVD drive (Teac) and masterizze what do you mean by masterizze?
Secondly; as far as I know this Qosmio notebook was equipped with Panasonic (UJ-841) DVD-SUPER-MULTI (+-R DL) drive I didnt find any info about Teac

My Qosmio G50-129 keeps overheating, extreme lag

i bought a Toshiba qosmio g50-129 and i have had it for about 9-10 months.
Now, every time i play a game, it overheats and i get so much lag that it gets down to 3-5 Frames per second.
This occurs every 1-2 minutes and lasts for 30-45 seconds, it makes a lot of noise and makes my computer lag a lot.
Is it " broken"?
I have always handled it very carefully, never got virus. i even formated the C: drive to see if it the problem was gone, it was gone for about 5 days, i only downloaded world of warcraft.
What ive tried:
Update all drivers.
Closing all other applications, all unnecessary processes.
Reducing graphics to abseloutely minimum.
It has 512 mb graphic card, nvidia gmt 9600 or smthing.
4gb ddr3 1k mhz RAM
2,66GHZ processor. intel core 2 duo t9550

What graphic card driver did you use?
You should always use the Toshiba graphic card driver since such driver supports an overheating protection!!
Last week I read on 3rd party page that original nVidia graphic card driver has been removed from nVidia page because it caused a GPU overheating
Hopefully you didnt use the graphic card driver from nVidia page
Second question;
Do you use latest BIOS?
If not, please update this!!!

New keyboard for Qosmio G50

I have a laptop Toshiba Qosmio G50-10T and I want to replace it with the keyboard on the Toshiba Qosmio X500-110.
I know the topic is niezabardzo forum but maybe someone knows where, how, where you can order the keyboard.

Qosmio X500-110 uses a A4+10key flat half glossy black keyboard.
Key Stroke 2.5mm
Keyboard Height 5.5mm
Key Pitch 19.05mm(W) x 19.05mm(L)
Unfortunately, I didnt find any details about the Qosmio G50-10T keyboard therefore I could not compare both keyboards.
However, you should always use the parts which are 100% compatible with the notebook. The ASP in your country could provide more information about available keyboards which support the illumination feature.
