Toshiba Qosmio X875-Q7390 HOT

I recently purchased 2 of the X875-7390 3D systems and both had to be returned.  The heat coming out when playing Battlefield 3  reached 158 degrees Fahrenheit.  I wrote to the corporate office and explained my findings and what needs to be done and that it was happening on all the units not just the one.  They sent me a form letter not even addressing my remarks and told me to call tec support.  Their answer was Send the entire machine in or return it to where I bought it !!!!!     I said enough is enough and called the consumer product safety commission and then filled out a form.   Weeks after Toshiba would not listen I got a call from them asking for my computer.  I found out that the consumer product safety commission contacted them about the danger of this much heat.  I told her I did not have it but to take any they have,  run one of the newer graphic games and they will get the same result.  I then wanted to thank Toshiba for not talking to the customer and having to go to such extreme measures to get someone to help.
I am about done with Toshiba and maybe when they start to listen to the customer and find better ways to help I may come back.  It is such a shame.
Am I the only person having problems with this heat?  the fan is running fast when playing the games but even then they reach this level.  If you don't run high graphics it is ok, but I bought it for the games...    Does anyone know how to get Toshiba to listen and admit there may be a problem?

I am still attempting to fix this issue. I have did a fresh install of windows 8, tried installing drivers from Toshiba, realtek drivers, also assorted other fixes that would seem to help. It does it both out of speakers and through headphones. You will be watching a movie, video, etc, randomly the sound level will drop to where you need to crank the app volume up over 80% and the system volume up above 80-90% and then you can mostly hear it. The only fix seems to be closing the application that is using the sound device (tried media player, media player classic, winamp, and Toshiba DVD player) then reopening the application which resets it, it may not drop again for the rest of the video or might drop immediately. Trying to use the laptop to listen to music and closing the lid can cause it to drop, but like I said it is random. Headphones, speakers, doesn't matter. Anyone else having this trouble? I use this laptop all the time therefore I really cannot be without it for weeks just for a diagnostics program to see the system is fine and still having it happen when I get it back.
