I have a Toshiba JournE and I need help with Virtualstore (blanc screen when starting) please do an account reset, account number is 32644

*P.S. Please explain what is "restart" and "reboot" for this devise. I was supposed to restart and reboot after downloading the update file but i got confused and probaly did something that got my app store stuck again.*
