You can try the Call credit app to see if your network provider is supported.

How do I track my total call & data usage for Nokia Lumia 620. I had search for datasense from the store however unable to find? Is there any other applications that can be use to track.

Datasense requires network support so if you can't see it your network doesn't support it. Some networks have their own apps in the store for monitoring data and some have mobile websites for that purpose.
The only other app that can do it is "call credit" but it doesn't support every network, install it and see if yours is supported.

  • Total call duration

I'm looking for an aplication that can show me my total outgoing call duration for a certain contact or number (not for all my calls). Is there anything like that or similar.

Can't make out from which region you are..but most probably you may get the details thru' your Service provider's site. I am in India with Vodafone network and the site offers personal login and the user analise calls with different filters...

  • About the total call duration

Hey I have one X3-02. Just for sake of my personal reasons, I want to delete all the call durations from my phone. I don't want to see any of the "all call duration, received call duration, dialed calll duartion" anywhere in my phone. Please help me out with this.

Not sure if you have got this options.. but check under Log -->Call Duration-->Clear Timers and select When it prompts for the Security Code.. enter 12345 which is a default code. If you have set your own, enter that instead..and finally OK..

All you can do is reset the call duration, and for that you need the phone's security code.

  • Why is there call duration counter limit in s60?

    Hi,
That limit does NOT apply to low-cost s40 devices but s60 Symbian phones like my E55.
Problem: In Log menu > Call Duration > Total (All) Calls' Duration, the counter CANNOT exceed 99:99:99, which means 100 hours at total. When you have your total call duration counter over 100 hours, the counter returns back to track call durations from zero, 00:00:00.
    WHY?
Symbian lacks most of this basic features when compared to s40 which is a shame!
    Any comment is appreciated!

Probably beause someone at Nokia thought 10 years ago when it was first implemented that 99:99:99 would be enough, and because since then it never was important enough for anyone to bother changing because the priorities were elsewhere.
Now, with Symbian in, more or less, maintenance mode, I don't expect anyone to change it any longer (unless some Nokia engineer with the power to fix it does it without asking for permission from anyone).

  • Recents List - Can it show call duration?

On my old T-Mobile MDA phone (runs Windows Mobile 5), I could click once on the call in my Recents list and it would drop down a small window showing the call duration in minutes. A very handy feature!
Is there a way to do this on the iPhone?
    Thanks, Scott K.

I just sent this feedback to Apple:
On the Recents listing in the Phone app, can you please add an icon letting us know if the call was inbound or outbound (maybe an arrow pointing up or down).
Also, can you please add the calls duration in minutes. I had this feature on a WM5 device, and it was very handy. Maybe a single tap on the call could drop down a small window showing the call duration, date and time, and a double tap could make the call.
Thank you again for a great product!

  • Data usage totals

Why on my bills-paper or online -do Telstra NOT give a total for data use? The column is there with all the individual sessions data use but no total at the bottom. Price column is totalled.
Makes reviewing data use over the months difficult as I have to add up the usage.
Tried the app for monitoring total each month but the delay of hours updating the information is painful ...and can be expensive if you get it wrong. Similarly with the total showing on my modem screen
I had a letter from Telstra this week -a check in-and on this they gave me my usage by calander month not by my billing month. Why? Probably just to make their point that I go over some calendar months while my billing month will show I am within my data limits.
Seems that Telstra just want to make it hard for us to know our usage.
Just put a total at the bottom of the column of the kB used please.

The online version under my account shows your monthly usage and gives a detailed breakdown of the data usage. Have you had a look at that to see if it’s suitable?

  • Data usage recorded phone calls

Is there any way to stop the recorded phone calls from Comcast when you exceed your allotted data usage? I don't mind texts, but running to the phone to find out something I already know is a bit annoying.

        Hi reignman75056!
Thanks for the post! It's a great idea to monitor your data usage! Your actual phone calls will not take away from your monthly allowance. Do you check your usage by dialing #DATA, or on My Verizon? That would be the best way to monitor the usage that is taken from your allowance. Let us know if you need anything else!

  • Total outgoing Call Duration in iPhone4

How to identify the total outgoing call duration in iphone 4? As this is a very basic feature and even 10 years old models does have this. Is it purposely avoided?!!! Please let me know if there any tool to track this? or any possibility to find in itunes? Whether it has reset option every month/when needed. Without that I will recommend it is a big loss for consumers and very big profit for service provider.
If the answer is there is no option then does Apple have the connection with service provider and have share?

I don't think a application is aloud to use those api's

  • I have 2 significantly large data usages on my IPhone bill.

I received a text notice from ATT that I was over my monthly data allowance. My normal individual data usages range from 12kb to 25kb. Once in a while 600kb or so.  The 2 that put me over were 131775kb and 88906kb. I have contacted ATT and they told me they just receive date, time and duration from Apple.  I called Apple and they said there's no way to find out what caused these large usages. I need to find out what is causing these.  I have had the phone for over a year and never had this problem until now.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. FYI I do not use facebook or mail on my iphone.  They are both turned off.

AT&T does NOT receive any info from Apple regarding their own network utilization. If that's what you were told, whoever said that is totally full of ****.
The ONLY way you'll find out when these data surges occured is from AT&T.  There's no record of what the data was for, so you will have to correlate what you/the phone were doing at those times.
