Total iCloud back up size does not match

Hello,
I just noticed that my "next icloud backup size" is only 8.6 gb, however, I have a 120GB iphone 6, 114gb which is being used. How is my icloud backup only 8.5 gb?  I have the 200gb icloud storage plan.

My Windows computer has 3 terabyte hard drive. I use only 750 gigs partition. There are about 500 gigs of music, movies and tv shows, but all of them would not be included in icloud backup. Documents and settings would. So if I did computer backup it would take over 500 gigs, but if I did icloud backup of the phone with the same info, media (movies, songs apps) would not be included.
Here is what is included.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get rid of the message 'Could not use the history eraser because the current canvas size does not match that of the history state'?. It comes up if I hit the alt/option key while I have the eraser selected. Something I do by accident all the time.

The way you've described it, one gets the distinct impression you do not have a clue as to what the history brush does and how to use it.
You need to read up on it.  Read the Help files and google for tutorials.
First you need to create an image (with actual pixels in it), edit it as desired, then make a snapshot of the edited image, then target the snapshot with the history brush tool, then go back in the History panel to the step before your edits and selectively paint your edits in with the History Brush.

The default settings mostly likely use an audio sample rate of 32k. This doesn't work probably in FCP. You're probably better off capturing the tape in iMovie.

  • Cannot submit widget to Apple Downloads : File size does not match

    Hello all,
    I made a widget to play Go that I finalized yesterday ( http://lesiteajulien.free.fr ).
Unfortunately, I have not succeeded to uploading it to the Apple widget repository, since the submit page keeps returning the following error :
"The filesize from the file you uploaded and the file that is downloaded from the given download URL do NOT match."
But I am absolutely sure that both zip files are the SAME. I downloaded it from my server a few times and compared the size with the original file I'm sending to Apple: they match. So I guess my server is not the cause.
I tryied from various places and with various browsers.
Did anybody have any similar problem while trying to upload a widget ?
    Any idea ?
    Thanks for your help.

So I'm surprised when the backup runs through to a reported completion but the final backup size does not match the stated estimate for a "full backup" which is the same as the Macintosh HD used space.
Time Machine automatically excludes some things that aren't needed for a full system restore:  system work files, most logs & caches, trash, some indexes, etc.  So it should be a few GBs less than what's on your system, but of course varies a lot from one Mac to another.

  • Final print size does not match screen view.

    Hi
I am having problems getting my final prints to match the screen view.  Most recently I have had this problem:  I have an image that is sized to 5X7.  I have it on a 5X7 template in the print module of Lightroom.  The image dimensions in Lightroom say 5X7.  I print on 5X7 paper (I actually measured it to be sure).  ON the screen they look perfect, match the the templates and measure out fime with the onscreen rulers.  Without fail a portion of the print is cut off on the final print.  The long side of the print is the most effected.  This is not just limited to 5X7's, it happens across the board.  Is this a common problem or I am I doing something wrong?  In the 5X7 example above the print comes out 5.2 X 7.3 give or take.  I am using Lightroom 5.3 on an iMac running OS 10.9.1.  The printer is a Canon Pro 100.
I welcome any help with this.
    Thank you
    Joe

If the problem is that the printed image is being scaled larger, this is a very common side effect with borderless mode settings in print drivers. Typically, (though sometimes you can prevent this where alternative borderless options are given) - an extra unrequested scaling % ensures that any physical mis-registration or inaccuracy of the paper size, does not leave any accidental white edges.
That's nothing to do with LR's end of the process, if so.

  • Data type size does not match values returned

I've tried searching but couldn't find what I was looking for, sorry if this has been answered or is a duplicate.
I am using the (Java) method below to get the column definitions of a table. I am doing this through an ODBC connection (using Oracle ODBC driver) and I have NO CHOICE in the matter.
The problem I am having is that one particular column has a column size is smaller than the size of the data it purportedly holds (ie attendance_code = varchar size 3 but data value is "Absent". I suspect the data is actually a look up to situation, where my attendance_code column has a value of 'ABS' and Oracle goes and fetchs the "Absent" value.
My issue is that the meta data returned from ODBC is the actual column definition (ie varchar(3) and not varchar2(10) for example).
How do I resolve this? I do not have access to all_columns table etc. I have to do it using ODBC metadata only.
    TIA.

    John, thanks for your reply.
As far as I know I'm not doing anything inaccurately/incorrectly.
The select I am using is SELECT * FROM <tableName>.
The resultset metadata has a size of 3 for the column in question, and querying the schema also yields 3 for that column.
I've tried recreating the situation using the Oracle XE DB, but as I am not familiar with Oracle, I do not know how to recreate this scenario (which would then lead me to test other options with ODBC).

I can't say I've ever seen a case where a column held more data than it was declared as, and would have to file that under "see it to believe it" category.
Even if that somehow were the case, I'd expect the ODBC driver to return what the column is defined as anyway, not the data. The data changes with every row, but I'd expect the table metadata to be consistent, and refer to the table definition.
For grins though, can you provide system.out.println output of the metadata, and also a "describe xxxx" from sqlplus if you can, where xxx is the table name?
    ie,
    while (rs.next()) {
    System.out.println("column name is " + rs.getString("COLUMN_NAME"));
    System.out.println("data type is " + rs.getInt("DATA_TYPE"));
    ..etc..

  • PDF Page Size does not match Canvas Size

    Hello,
I'm using Xcelsius 2008 Engage SP1 on Vista 64bit with Office 2007 installed. When I'm exporting a Xcelsius file to PDF, the resulting Page Size of the PDF file is 8.5in x 11in. However, the Canvas size in Xcelsius is 800x600 (pixels). The resulting PDF file has quite a bit of whitespace in the top and bottom sections of the file.
Is there anyway that I can export to PDF but with a file size that is in the same aspect ratio than the Canvas Size?
    Thanks for any input.
    Regards,
    Jon

We regularly export to PDF and face this issue.  I believe that the adjustments need to be made in Acrobat as there is, from my understanding, no way to change the default export in Xcelsius.  You are probably already be doing this, but if not ... our solution has been, once you have exported your model into Acrobat, to simply rotate the page before saving the file.  At 800 x 600 you may still have some white space at the top and bottom of your model.  We typically use an Xcelsius canvas size of 1100 x 850.  When exported (and rotated in Acrobat) this gives a nice crisp image that also fills the page.  I hope this helps you.

  • Icloud displayed free space does not match with the real one

Since Apple moved my storage to iCloud I have a wrong free space displayed on iCloud conrol panel.
Now "Mail" occupy space is 2.3 Go, "Pages" 280,8 Ko and iCloud is showing I used 22,7 Go.
I suppose something wrong occured when they moved my storage. I used to store my pictures but before the change I download all in my computer and I delete them in Apple storage.
What can I do because I do not found any way to contact iCloud assistance by mail.
    Best regards
    Jean-Luc OBACH

Hello Gentlemen, thank you to answered my question.
The problem came when Apple move my files from me.com to iCloud but I didn't take care before.
In me.com I stored araound 20 Go of pictures but I deleted these files before the moving
Now when I check my free storage I find 22.7 Go used but I have only Mail with 2.3 Go and Pages with 280.8 Ko.
I do not have any other program wich is using iCloud, no Photo Stream (I copy myself some picture from my mbp to my iPad) nor back up (I am using Time machine to copy in Time Capsule).
The problem look like when I deleted pictures from me.com, the files was not completly erased and when Apple moved to Icloud I had already more than 20 Go blocked by thi wrong record. And I cannot do anything from my computer or from my account.
Thank you for your help and sorry for my bad English, I am French

  • OVI backup .nbu file size does not match actual da...

    Hi,
I just backed up my phone through the Ovi Suite. The backup was VERY fast (compared to previous backups doen in earlier versions of Ovi Suite) probably due to the new fixed version of Ovi Suite.
Anyway... The backup file (.nbu) is almost 1.85 GB but when I browse my phone (in My Computer folder) and do 'Select All' the size of the data on my Phone Mass Memory reads 2.44 GB.......
SO.... is the backup data in the .nbu file somehow compressed?? Or maybe incomplete?
    Thank you

Not sure but..My 1.7 GB (Phone) is equivalent to 0.6 GB (PC) .. but I have done restore without anything missing out..
The phones OS related files may not be getting Backed-up..

  • Home folder size does not match sum of its contents?

My Home folder using the Get Info command displays that it is around 550GB in size. In trying to find where the large files/folders might be so I can remove them, I Get Info on all the nested folders of the Home folder; Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Movies, Pictures, Music, etc. All these folders combined add up to around 25GB, which clearly isn't even close to 550 GB. I dont understand why there is such an enormous difference. What else can I do to find out what is taking up so much space? It's a fairly new iMac in recent months (not a MacBook Pro), and running 10.8.5. I dont have hardly any files on it since its so new.

    Hi Beau,
Without taking a look at any logs from your device, I strongly suggest to run a rescue CD.
Download the image called "The Accelerator Binary Image" for whatever WAAS version you currently run.
Burn the cd and follow this steps:
Insert the rescue CD on the box and reload the WAE
You should see the following menu automatically:
    -     Installer Main Menu: ( please do 2,3,5,8)
    -     >     1. Configure Network
    -     >     2. Manufacture flash
    -     >     3. Install flash cookie
    -     >     4. Install flash image from network
    -     >     5. Install flash image from cdrom
    -     >     6. Install flash image from disk
    -     >     7. Recreate RAID device (WAE-674/7341/7371 only)
    -     >     8. Wipe out disks and install .bin image
    -     >     9. Exit (Eject and reboot)
Remove the CD from the WAE –reboot it.
here are the steps again: ( this guide is for an old version 4.0 but the steps are the same for any version)
    http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/app_ntwk_services/waas/waas/v4013/configuration/guide/maint.html#wp1105207
I don't usually ask this but,, please do the steps above twice on your device ( just in case).
    best of luck!

My iphone 4 is reading 27 gigs of music as over 29 gigs of music. I don't understand why. Anyone else having an issue like this? My 3gs reads it as 27 gigs and so does my computer. I even set my 3gs to sync off a backup of my iphone 4 and it reads it as 2 less gigs. Why?

  • FAGLB03 Total does not match Drilldown total

    Hi Everyone,
We are a Candian Company, so when I run FAGLB03 for a certain account in a US Company Code, and change the view to Document Currency (Canadian), I get a total equal to $0.00.
However, when I drill down on that total, the line item display is reporting a significant balance.  I have changed my layout to include the different currencies - nothing matches the total of $0.00.
Im just concerned the FAGLB03 total on the main screen, does not match the line item total...which one is correct, and
    why would this be happening?

But for reconciled aging totals and trial balance total are same.
How to solve it ? or i need to do any settings ?
    Jeyakanthan

    Hai!
What version of SAP B1 u r using.
I do got the same problem for my  customer. I did this..
    1. Run Aging Report for all Vendors. Donot check Recon Transaction.
    2. Export to Excel
    3. Run TB for BP selecting Vendors alone.
    4. Export TB to Excel.
    5. Find vendors who is having mismatch in their balance. (use V-Lookup in Excel)
    6. Run Detail G/L Transaction report for those Vendors one by one.
*Selection from date: Age from date To date: Age To date *
             *Selection Reconcilled Transaction only
    7. Report Balance should be Zero. If not this problem is because of Internal Reconcillation.
    8. Open *Check and Restore Previous reconcillation * select the vendor, internal
    9. see the reconcillation details.
    10. see the posting dates. All should be in previous fiscal year. (I mean the reconcilled set should have same fiscal year ex: Recon -2 trans should be in same fiscal year)
    11. If, that is corrected and still difference exist means.
    12.Go to Manage Previous Reconcillation
    13. Select BP and Internal (Donot check system reconcill Trans)
    14. Check the Reconcillation wheather all in same fiscal year.
