Totally empty prompt box

Question

I've somehow managed to screw up my installation and so far uninstalling/reinstalling (both the
SAP GUI 6.4 and Office 2003) hasn't helped.  My problem is that when I open anything in
BEx Analyzer and hit Refresh Query, the box that pops up normally with the various prompts
for the variables is totally white.  I do see the title bar at the top, but that's it.  No text, no fields,
nothing but a white background.  This appears to be isolated to one machine as I can use
a different box and everything works just fine.  I've tried pulling up a saved workbook using
Analyzer independent of going through Business Explorer as well as hitting the stock report
and both do the same thing.  I've tried uninstalling SAP GUI 6.4, running SAPSweep, uninstalling
Office 2003, then installing Office 2003 and SAP GUI 6.4 but still no joy.  Since I'm not sure
exactly when things stopped working on this system, I'm not sure what killed things but I'm
stuck.  Any thoughts?

Have you looked at the references I provided you a link for?
The 'app.alert' provides for different repsonse buttons, including a 'Yes' and 'No' button.
