Hi. The basic SQLException means that the query/update being sent by the PreparedStatementused by com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.control.DatabaseControlImpl.invoke() is referring toa Sybase temporary table named "#access" and that table doesn't exist (for this connection). If you are writing JDBC that refers to temporary tables, you need to know that if oneJDBC connection creates a temporary table in Sybase, it will only be visible to thatconnection, and will not exist for any other JDBC connection. Because you are usingWebLogic connection pools, your code would have to test for a temp table and create itif it's not there, every time before using it. If you aren't knowingly using temporary tables (maybe in procedures?) then you shouldfile an official support case. I can give you more debug options.Joe> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.DispMethod.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(DispMethod.java:377)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.container.Invocable.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;Ljava.lang.String;Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.DispMethod;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Invocable.java:423)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.container.Invocable.invoke(Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.DispMethod;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Invocable.java:396)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.jcs.container.JcsProxy.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;Ljava.lang.reflect.Method;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(JcsProxy.java:388)> at $Proxy12.getTaskSummaryLineData(Ljava.lang.String;)[LITM.control.internal.TaskSummaryLineData;(Unknown Source)> at ITM.control.internal.ItmDaoImplX.getTaskSummaryLines(Ljava.lang.String;)[LITM.TaskSummaryLine;(ItmDaoImplX.java:59)> at ITM.service.ItmService.getTaskSummary(Ljava.lang.String;)LITM.valueObjects.TaskSummaryVO;(ItmService.java:74)> at ITM.control.ITMBusinessImpl.getTaskSummary(Ljava.lang.String;)LITM.valueObjects.TaskSummaryVO;(ITMBusinessImpl.jcs:86)> at jrockit.reflect.NativeMethodInvoker.invoke0(Ljava.lang.Object;ILjava.lang.Object;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Unknown Source)> at jrockit.reflect.NativeMethodInvoker.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Unknown Source)> at jrockit.reflect.VirtualNativeMethodInvoker.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Unknown Source)> at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;[Ljava.lang.Object;I)Ljava.lang.Object;(Unknown Source)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.DispMethod.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(DispMethod.java:371)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.container.Invocable.invoke(Ljava.lang.Object;Ljava.lang.String;Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.DispMethod;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Invocable.java:423)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.container.Invocable.invoke(Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.DispMethod;[Ljava.lang.Object;)Ljava.lang.Object;(Invocable.java:396)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.container.Invocable.invoke(Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.request.Request;)Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.InvokeResult;(Invocable.java:248)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.jcs.container.JcsContainer.invoke(Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.request.Request;)Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.InvokeResult;(JcsContainer.java:85)> at com.bea.wlw.runtime.core.bean.BaseContainerBean.invokeBase(Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.request.Request;)Lcom.bea.wlw.runtime.core.dispatcher.InvokeResult;(BaseContainerBean.java:224)> > > Message was edited by: > tomboxfan

I am totally frustrated by the fact that now i have gone to iCloud and after a few synchs, my contacts are all mixed up with the wrong information. For instance, my email and phone number comes up under someone else's name (a thousand contacts). I dont know how to repair this. what a nightmare
An icloud account is designed to be used by just one user. If you have given your ID or set up your account on someone else's device, then their data will be mingled with your or worse.

Hi,
Experts,
I am able to get the subtotal text but i am not able to get the grand total text please pass some code or idea on it.
ex:
2510 gopi 10
2511 gopi 20
subtotal 30
2521 anand 20
2522 anand 10
2523 anand 50
subtotal 80
2512 vikram 30
subtotal 30
(blank----) 140.
Here i want to get text as 'COMPANY TOTAL'. by using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY FM.
Thanks,
Shabeer ahmed.Hi,
you can get the 'COMPANY TOTAL' by using the following code:
LOOP AT i_main INTO w_main.* Storing the Total text need to be displayed in
ALV
w_final-total = 'COMPANY TOTAL'.
w_final-field1 = w_main-field1.
w_final-field2 = w_main-field2.
w_final-field3 = w_main-field3 .
APPEND w_final TO i_final. ENDLOOP.

I keep getting the following message "some items (meaning all of them) were not transferred because iTunes match is enabled." when I try to drag and drop a playlist, song, or album to my iPhone. This was NEVER a problem before iTunes match or the last iOS update. So what is the deal? Why can't i just add music to my phone from the mac? There is space on the phone. The only way I have found to get the music i want to the phone is to have it download from the phone. This is not something i want to have to do: go through and manually add every album and recreate a playlist on the phone when its there on the mac. And, even more irritating, since the new update, when the phone is plugged into the mac i can't actually view from the mac what music is on the phone. This is incredibly frustrating and any help would be much appreciated in managing my music libraries for each device.
Hi,
You cannot manually manage music with match turned on on your iOS device. If you want to manage music manually, you will need to turn off match on your iPhone.

I dont recall when I have been more frustrated.... the "loops" I am in on the web for support are endless. After downloading Yosemite on my Mac my CS6 no longer works. On your support web site you state the following for downloading and installing previous versions of apps, such as CS6 " 1. open CC for desktop and go to the apps panel (no link is provided so I explored until I could download a trial version of "application manager" as that was required. When I attempted to open it to download "Previous Versions" I could not. I have my license number, my CS6 will not open in Yosemite and after over 2 hours I am really frustrated.... Rich@
When I go to that link, download and then attempt to install I get the message "Webe encountered the following issues, Installer failed to initialize. Please down load Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem" I then select the link "get adobe support advisor" that takes me to a site that describes a better support link since the one I have been sent to is no longer available. I then go to that site and am told to go to CC for desktop apps, that requires me to download CC... I don't want CC.. just want to have my CS6 PS work again.... so frustrating...

I just sent the following to the President of Verizon
Dear Mr. Mead,
Thank you for taking the time to read this email. I wanted to let you know what has transpired with my account in the last few months. I currently use a phone provided by my company, therefore, we only have two phones on our account. My wife has one and my son the other. They were starting to have problems with their phones, and my wife needed to have email on her phone for her new position. So two months ago, I called Verizon and asked how long was left on my contract. I then asked what plans were available for data. I gathered the information and then started investigating the other cellular providers. T-mobile is not available in my area, so they were out immediately. Sprint is available, however, I was not a fan after reading the small print. AT&T is most widely used in my area as they have strong 4G everywhere. However, their plans were very similar to Verizon. So we thought why change to ATT when we have been happy with Verizon for years. While in the midst of my search, someone mentioned Straight Talk to me. I investigated them rather intensely. I was going to make the switch. They were able to offer unlimited talk and text and 3 Gig of data at $45 a line. Since I would have 2 lines, this was going to be a total of $90 a month. This was after all taxes and fees. Even though my family was wanting the iPhone 6 plus, I went ahead and was able to get a 4s and 5s very cheaply used. I checked and both phones were good and were clean to be activated. They were Verizon phones but would work on Straight Talk.
This brings us to last week. Last Wednesday, I called in and said that I was going to go to Straight Talk and wanted to port my numbers. I was calling to ask if I cancelled the account prior to porting the numbers or after as this is something that I was not familiar with since I have been with Verizon for several years. The representative I spoke to asked me to not be so rash, that she would see if she could offer me something that would keep me with Verizon. I explained all of the above to her. I explained that we currently had the 2 basic phones, that we wanted 6 plus but due to costs I had bought the used phones, and that we were switching to keep our costs affordable. I was told that if I would stay with Verizon, that I could use both of my smart phones have unlimited talk and text and 4 Gig data shared for $81.38 a month. This would be before my company discount, taxes, and surcharges.
I told the lady that I would have to talk to my wife about it as after all the taxes the prices would be nearly the same as Straight Talk, however, I would be losing a total of 2 gig of data. I also asked the rep how long I would be able to have the plan? She said I would have that plan at that price for as long as I stayed with Verizon. She also told me that I would not be under any contract. The only way that I would be under contract is if I upgraded to new phones, but I would still have the same pricing. The rep told me that she would notate everything and if I decided to go with the plan, I could just call back in and the person would see everything.
I talked to my wife that night and we agreed to stay with Verizon. This was due to the fact that we have been loyal to your company for several years and have never had any issues. The next day, I called back to Verizon. I spoke to the rep and said that I would like to go with the plan that was offered to me. I asked if we could add the plan at that time and then I could activate the phones when I was at home and had the phones in front of me. This rep told me that would not be a problem at all. She told me, I see that you are going to unlimited talk and text and 4 gig shared data for $81.38 a month. I said yes that was exactly what I was offered yesterday. I hung up, and then received two email from Verizon. The first one said this.
Hi JACOB ,
This email confirms your requested price plan change that will be effective on 01/15/2015.
Your next bill will be $126.72, before any overage charges, taxes, and fees. This total includes the following:
Credit for the unused portion of your previous plan
Charge for your new plan through the rest of
your current billing cycle
Charge for your new plan one month in advance
Going forward, your new monthly bill will be $118.10, which includes your plan and features before taxes and fees
Once we complete your plan change, you will receive an additional email confirmation.
The second one sent 3 minutes later said this.

Verizon Wireless
This was not what I had agreed to. I called back to Verizon and the person I spoke to said that there was nothing that could be done about this. He said that he would submit something to the department that creates plans and see what they would say. It came back almost immediately that I could not have this plan. I told the gentleman that I was offered this plan and when I agreed to this plan I was again told I would have exactly what I was promised. This representative told me that "It is what it is. You can pay the $130 a month or you can go to Straight Talk." At this point, I asked for a supervisor.
The supervisor told me that he could see exactly what I was offered and that would not be a problem. I was told that I would have to phone in to activate the phones when I got home rather than online, as they would have to add the discounts on after the phones were activated. He said I am adding the notes to your account now so that anyone who you talk to can take care of this. I said ok that is great. That night, Thursday the 15th, I called in to activate the phones. I gentleman that I spoke to go the phones activated with ease. Afterwards, I asked him about the discounts. He said he did not see anything in the notes, but that he could call someone else. I told him that it is 10:30 p.m., I would just call back tomorrow.
This brings us to Friday. I called in on Friday and was told I don't know who you spoke to but this plan does not exist, there is no way to give it to you, you are out of luck, etc. I then asked to be transferred to your office. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes and someone identifying himself as a supervisor picked up. I explained the whole situation again (this is like the 10th time) and he put me on hold. He came back and said he had good news and bad news. Verizon could not reach the plan that was promised to me and that was listed in the notes. That this would normally be a $130 plan. I would have to pay that amount this month, but next month, my bill would come down to $91 a month after my company discount. I would also only have this plan for 12 months. I would also be put under a new 2 year contract. I told him that this was absolutely unacceptable. This goes against everything that I was told. This is now going to cost me more than Straight Talk, it was going to be less data, it was only going to be for 12 months, and it was going to put me under a new 2 year contract. I told him that if I wanted the contract I would have just taken the 6 plus offer from Verizon and had unlimited data for life and a new iphone every 24 months. I then asked to be put through to your office. I was again told there was no way to contact you.
At this point, while this "manager" was raising his voice, interrupting me, and telling me too bad, I put an electronic complaint through to the BBB. While he was still belittling me, I received the confirmation back from BBB that it was being investigated and I would be contacted by someone from that office within the next 10 days. I told your "manager" this and he said well do what you have to do but I can't help you. He then said that I would receive a call back from someone else from Verizon within the next 24-48 hours. I said ok, but I am still going to try to get through to your office.
I called back. I spoke to another supervisor who told me that a request had been put in for a call back, but could she help me. I went through the whole story again. She said that the credits that the last "manager" said he put on there were not there. She did put it at the $91 a month, but that I was still under a contract and that it only lasted 12 months. I said I would still like the call back from someone else.
It has now been 71 hours. I have not heard from anyone. I can tell that frankly nobody at Verizon cares about the customer. It is just as T-mobile says, they only care about the bottom line. I sincerely hope that you are able to work with me. I never agreed to any contract. I never agreed to the higher rate. I was told that I would have a certain rate. I know that these calls are recorded.
I am a manager at my company. I run a CSR call center. I know that if my team says something, even if it is beyond the norm, I will ensure that we give what is told to them. I then will do corrective action and coaching with my team. However, we do not deceive or lie to the customer. We give them what we tell them we will give them. Please give me assistance.
I am making a copy of this letter and I will be posting it on social media if I do not hear back from someone in your office today. Again, the number to reach me on is 217-xxx-xxxx
Thank you,
Jake xxxx
Extremely disgruntled customerI can tell you that this is some of the absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I found out from a store employee that when they are really busy with calls, they have third party companies taking overflow calls. One of those companies is Xerox. What can a Xerox call center rep possibly be able to authorize on a Verizon account? I'm Sure there is a ton of misinformation out there due to this. They don't note the accounts properly or so everyone can see them. I have been transferred before and have asked if they work for Verizon or a third party also and was refused an answer so, apparently they aren't required to disclose that information. I spent a long time in the store on my last visit and it's not just customers that get the runaround. It happens to the store employees as well and it's beyond frustrating.

Hi,
starting a couple of weeks ago, we get the following error(s) when running applications from a network share. We don't know what causes this, we are not aware of any major changes in our network infrastructure or client/Server configuration. We did upgrade
a lot of machines to Windows 8, but the issue also occurs on older Win7 computers.
We figured out a workaround though: The applications run fine when launching from a FQDN share (like
\\share.domain.Company.com) and only cause problems when running from
\\share directly. They have worked fine for years without FQDN though.
Any ideas?

It sounds like a DNS suffix issue. When this issue occurs, please try to ping share on the client, then check if the corresponding IP address is correct. If the IP address is wrong, please adjust your settings of DNS to make sure that the client can resolve
the share correctly.
If it's very hard to change the settings of the DNS for some reason, as a work around, we can add the entry into the clients' hosts file.

When trying to update my Mail Account Mailbox Behaviours settings, after making the changes when I try to close the settings pane the following messages occur: Invalid Incoming Mail Server The “Incoming Mail Server” field cannot be empty. The incoming mail server box has in light grey colour: p02-imap.mail.me.com in it and I cannot edit its content. Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?
Hi all,
Mattreichenbach is probably on the right track here with a reset of settings. I think I've determined the issue has to do with cached account information and inconsistencies for the account name. This seems to crop up when I've changed my password and it hasn't propagated fully to all the servers, devices, certificates, etc.
Hopefully many here are on their way to restoration of service by now but it's clear that a lot of people are having the same issues. Very frustrating and definitely something Apple needs to resolve: incoming mail server field grayed out, incorrect autopopulation of different fields, other unanticipated behaviors. If you're still having issues, though, here's what worked for me...
First, head to the iCloud preferences pane in System Configuration and choose "Sign Out". When I did this it prompted me with a number of "are you sure" type questions about retaining information on my local machine. I chose to delete/remove the info each time simply because it should all be restored by the cloud and I didn't want to risk a massive duplication of my data... I will say, I'm back up and running with no issues so I suspect you can make the same delete/remove choices... But use your own judgment. I don't want you to lose any data (ie.. please use care as you do this because I cannot bear the thought of causing anyone to experience the pain of data loss).
Once you've signed out of iCloud, restart your system. When you get back in, head to the Mail, Contacts and Calendars section of your System Preferences and add your account back by choosing the brushed aluminum "iCloud" button. When it asks for your account name, use your @iCloud.com email address. I am all but certain my issue had started because one of my devices (iPhone or whatever) had been set up with an email alias specified instead of my @iCloud.com address.
Apple, if you're reading through any of these issues (there are TONS of users having this same problem). Take note, that your icloud service somewhat frequently is not responding and yet tells the user that the password is wrong and this prompts people to be changing their passwords unnecessarily. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. Also, I noticed that last week's outage corresponded to a VERY similar outage exactly one year ago to the day. Sounds like planned maintenance to me and I think you could do a better job notifying folks so we're not wasting HUGE amounts of time troubleshooting a problem that we have no hope of fixing.
Hope that helps some of you!

I get nothing but error messages, -
"Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: 113 that mail is not available" or the same with: 364?
Now there are hundreds stacked up on my desktop.
I cannot find the answer anywhere. You need to give answers to how to fix these errors because when I "search" "error code" or the number there is NOTHING. NOTHING! Yet you give us these stupid error codes
then you do not give us ANYTHING on how to fix these. These error codes make me so mad it makes me hate outlook, and hate the developers and hate microsoft. How in the world can you give us ERROR codes without the explanation of what
to do or how to fix it. You need to add each error code number in your "search" then explain what it is and how to fix it. I am not a tech. I am a lawyer. I have googled the entire string of error code and nothing is clear.
So, for the last several years, I get these error codes. Also, there is another error code that won't go away--it is the password error code that asks if I want to store the password. Yes, so I say YES. but it pops back. I am sick of this. This is the reason
I hate Microsoft and I love google. #1 they respond to error, #2 them try to fix them you do not. I paid the full price to buy the OUtlook 2010, almost $500 just to get outlook, and all I got was error codes. I could not even open it because all I would get
was that error codes and NO ONE knew how to fix them. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM that you cannot fix the stupid error codes that you imbed? PLEASE HELPHi,
I understand how frustrated you are when facing such an issue, maybe I can provide some suggestions on the problem.
Based on the description, you should be using an IMAP account setup in Outlook. As for the error message, usually it's caused by a corrupted message on the Server. I suggest you logon the Webmail site, check if sending/receiving emails works well.
If you find any unusual emails that cannot be read or sent, try deleting them to try again.
I also suggest you create a new profile to setup the IMAP account:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829918/en-us
Contact your Email Service Provider to get the correct and latest account settings, since you have been using Outlook for years, some settings may have been changed while you haven't been informed.
For the steps to setup an account in Outlook 2010, please refer to:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/outlook-help/add-or-remove-an-email-account-HA010354414.aspx
I hope this helps.

Yesterday,I downloaded an update for Lightroom 5. Now when I try to import, I receive the following message: "An internal error has occurred: not enough memory". The message comes up right after I click import, before I choose a file to upload. Here is the information I can think of that might be needed to answer this question:
- I always download my photos onto an external hard drive. It is about 10 % full.
- It says I have Lightroom 5.6 64 bit
- I am working from a newer laptop (Windows). The internal drive on the laptop has 289 gb and I am using 61 gb total memory.
- I have edited 2794 photos in Lightroom and it is all in one catalog.
- I did not have this problem until I made the update. I did have my first "bug" earlier this week when one of my photos had a line show up through the middle of it when I exported it. I was able to export it a second time without the line.
If there is more info. needed, let me know. I do photography as a hobby and know enough about Lightroom to edit out blemishes and adjust color balance, but not too much more, so forgive my ignorance if this is an obvious fix.
Sincerely,
AdrianneNot Enough Memory typically refers to RAM. How much RAM do you have on your 64-bit OS computer? Do you have other programs running that may be using most of the memory?

Vishva's advice was correct but incomplete, the important part that was missing is that you need to replace ALL occurences of the word 'internal' with 'external' when you hexedit the file he recommended, I found the following web link with the full instructions.
http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13727_7-20070591-263.html
Incidentally, when I tried to edit the file directly I was given an error saying it was read only and wouldn't allow me to edit it, so what I did was save the file to a new name, make all the edits and then copy the new file into the correct directory, then using terminal issue the following commands
cd /System/Library/Frameworks/DVDPlayback.framework/Versions/A
then once you are in the directory containing the old and new framework file you need to copy the old file to a backup name for safe keeping, so issue the following command:
sudo cp DVDPlayback DVDPlayback-backup
Then rename the new file you created (replace {yourfile} with the name you stored it as!) to the live one using:
sudo cp {yourfile} DVDPlayback
If you list the files in this directory using the following command you should see all the files and their ownership and permissions:
ls -alh
all files should be owned by 'root', if the newly created file is owned by your username, in my case it was, then you can change its ownership by typing the following:
sudo chown root DVDPlayback
I then exited terminal, rebooted just to be on the safe side, and hey presto the DVD drive now works perfectly, shame apple didn't put something in place in mavericks to check for this, maybe they will in future updates...
Hope this helps anyone having the same issues, and thanks Vishva for pointing me in the right direction! -
