MY TOUCHPAD WEBOS SHOWS THAT IT IS CHARGING BUT THE SCREEN NEVER TURNS ON.
IS THERE A RESET BUTTON THAT WILL TURN ON THE TOUCHPAD SCREEN?
tHE TOUCHPAD HAS ONLY BEEN USED ONE TIME. dECIDED TO TRY USING IT AGAIN AND THE SCREEN WILL NOT TURN ON

Have you held the power button down for 10+ seconds? That should turn it off.

from the information you provided i can't tell if it is a hardware problem or a software problem. I do have an idea though, try to press your home button and lock button at the same time.

No offense intended, it's just that we see thousands of posts where people have different reasons for trying to use a stolen or lost device.

When i charge my iphone it has the plug instead of the lightning bolt showing its fully charge but the percentage will stay the same or go down. when i plug it in it turns back on but turnes right back off because its at one percent and it keeps repeating

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

If you are having issues with recharging your iPhone's battery, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
iPhone and iPod touch: Charging the battery
In particular, this section -
Inspect the connector at the bottom of the phone:
Make sure that there are no bent pins in the connector.
Make sure that the connector is free from debris.
If there are bent pins or debris, please contact Apple Support.
Otherwise, continue troubleshooting.
Make sure that the outlet you're using works.
Make sure that the Apple USB cable and Apple USB power adapter work.
Plug the device in to power and let it charge until your device turns on. This could take between 10 and 30 minutes. If you don't have an Apple USB power adapter, try connecting to a computer's high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be on.
If the device still exhibits an issue, try turning your device off and then on again while connected to power.
If the issue persists, please contact Apple Support.

With the iPod still plugged into an external power source, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear. This may take 1 or 2 tries.

My Ipad2 wont charge but the charger works on an iphone, the ipad is in restore mode and its telling me to connect it to itunes every few minutes. When I connect it to itunes it works for a minute or two but then turns itself back to the screen with low battery (saying it needs to be on charge). But then it says it need to be connected to itunes again! Help? How can I fix this?

If you connect by WiFi, put the charger in the iPad.
If you connect by cable, try an other USB port, and/or use another cable.
