That really doesn't help, it sounds like you're talking about web/browser/flash based games, I'd suggest you use their support since it's not really the computer that's the issue.

My iPhone 3Gs randomly shutting off at any given moment. I could be in the middle of a text, a call, or doing some games and it'll just shut off.
Now here's the unique part. When I go to turn it back on, the apple loading screen pops up but it takes somewhere from 3-5 minutes for it to boot up. Then the lock screen with the time and whatnot shows up. From this point on, my iPhone has a chance to shut itself back down and I have to repeat the process over and over again. Most of the time the lock screen flashes and then goes straight to black (shut down) but sometimes I can make it a few menus before it shuts itself down.
The only way to keep the iPhone on is to plug it into a charger of any sort. I'm fairly certain it isn't a battery charge issue because this happens at any % of power and sometimes my iPhone can use up all of its charge and not have this happen while other times I can be at 90-100% and it could randomly shut itself down. What can I do in this situation if some has some solution to this problem please let me know on [email protected] Thanks!

Some games in pogo will not fully load

certain games look like they are loading but then the game screen will not come up but yet i can play some games i have look at every thing and not sure how to fix it

Hard to say, but it may be his hard drive. Have him do do a hard shut down (hold the power key down for 5-10 seconds until it's off), try resetting the pram and SMC, then boot up with the 'Option' key down and hopefully his drive will appear as something to start up from. Failing this, I'd try starting to the Install DVD (hold C on startup with DVD in the drive) and when the top menu appears, run disc utility to verify/repair permissions and the drive itself. ....if the drive is recognized that is. If it's not, then that may be the issue. Seeing as you have an iMac, you could also try to access his drive via Target Disc Mode.

Some record doesnt load

hi all
some record in my select query in crystal report doesnt load!
I select from 2 table,the first table values load successfuly but the secound table values doenst load and the records is empty.
the tables have a relationship between id field.
this is my select query:
select * from pro inner join fac on pro.id=fac.id where fac.id=2 and pro.id=2
I have 2 table: fac and pro,fac is the parent table and pro is the child.

I had changed my Desktop image earlier but when the "Installing 1 item" window came up it changed back to the back ground that you first see on your desktop after installation.
Leopard installs updates a bit differently. If it's simply an application that does not change system files, it installs them like before, without having to restart. If the update is to the system, then you must immediately "restart," It then goes to that stars and purple screen to perform the installation. Before, it would do the installation while you still had control of the Mac and would prompt you to restart when it finished the installation. This change probably make things more secure and reliable, because you aren't allowed to do other things on the Mac while system updates are being installed.

Yes, the iBook should run even with no battery installed.
These are the four most common possibilities when the battery will not charge:
(1) there is something wrong with your battery
(2) there is something wrong with your power adapter
(3) there is something wrong with your power input board (the part that contains the port where you plug in the adapter)
(4) there is something wrong with your logic board
Since you have eliminated all the possibilities except (4), it is likely that your logic board is having problems. The PMU (Power Management Unit) is part of the logic board, and it may be going out (hence, temporarily working again when you reset it). Since the iBook is not running reliably without the battery in place (as it should), replacing the battery most likely would be futile.
When a computer gets to be five years old, it seems a bit short-sighted to pay very much for repairs, just to have something else go wrong sooner rather than later. Have you had a look at the hugely improved specs on the new MacBooks? Is it time for a new portable to avoid embarrassment during your presentations? It sounds like that could be your best option.

Firefox doesnt load an image when *lots* of tabs are open

An old website I created has a problem displaying a very large background image when *loads* of tabs are open (which makes me think its something to do with memory).

The white background image (which is super large for reasons not to discuss now) will show fine when, say, up to 10 tabs are open. However, if you have loads and loads of tabs open, this image doesn't display/render (even though firebug says it has).

The problem is when it doesnt load, the copy is hard to read (as you can imagine).
This doesnt seem unique to my computer. It happens to other peoples firefox browsers (and they have slightly different versions and different plug-ins).

I'm not having any problems on that page with over 80 tabs open and the number of tabs shouldn't matter.
Did you check if you can reproduce it with a clean new profile without extensions?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I am having problems being able to sign out of everything that requires a sign in and password can you help and some games only show have the page

I have been doing online banking with this bank for 7 months with no problems. About 2 weeks ago I started having problems with certain things within the account. I called the support team with the bank and told them the problem and they suggested to uninstall firefox and reinstall so I did. Now I can move around within the account but can not sign off. Also all my accounts that require a sign in I have the same problem and some games I play only load up part of the game. I play goldminer and now I can not see the little miner to play the game. That issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.

If clearing the cookies doesn't help then it is possible that the file cookies.sqlite that stores the cookies is corrupted. 
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox Profile Folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

0FI_GL_14 Doesnt load Document num 970000xx series

Dear All,
I have an issue regarding to the FI_GL_14 extract.
It doesnt load the Asset related douments which get posted via a program outside the standard Asset Module(not in a usual manner). The records appear in the FMGLFLEXA table in SE16, but when I do a INIT or Delta into BW it wont load the 97000xx series of documents.

When I do a full load with Doc number selections 970000xxx-9799999xxx, it loads the data correctly.
My question is is there any problem with the extractor or do I need to do some setting??

I looked at the transformations and its all good.
The data doesn't come into BW PSA in the first place, so there is something wrong with the 0FI_GL_14 extractor on the R/3 side which fails to pick 97xxxxx series documents.

White Screen of Death - TouchSmart IQ506

Anybody out there encounter this problem?
Symptoms = When Touchsmart IQ506 is turned on......there is no video.....just a white screen. You can hear windows when it loads and if you know where you are clicking the screen is responsive to touch still.......just you can't see anything. You don't even see the 'HP' logo when intitialy booting.
So wishing the HP Engineers would have put a VGA out or at least a S-Video out on this unit....way to go HP.
I am leaning towards it being the NVIDIA graphics card (489548-001) but it could also be the cable or the LCD.....any thoughts on where to start if you have had the same problem and resolved it anyone?

So the connection to the motherboard I have found is usually always a good connection. It's the one that is to the LCD screen that I've seen sometimes come off, and it might be hard to tell if it isn't connected because even a slight pull on it will pull it out anyways.
If the screen is going white I believe the LCD screen to be fine, it's just not receiving proper video feeds to the screen.
Replacing the cable is probably the cheapest of anything to be wrong so I would start there.
Now with that being said I have worked on this issue before with someone else and it turned out to be a bad capicator that was causing the issue. Let me find that thread and I'll post back with it once I'm able to find that information.

System not suitable to install some games

hey im a relative novice, but had no problem when i bought my laptop satellite pro a40 back in october last year. over the past few months i ve had the problem that some games cannot be installed as the message:
'16 bit windows subsystem: the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications' pops up. the odd thing is that some games it allows me to run off the disk but obviously i cant save them, and games that i could previously install it now doesnt allow me.
the games attempted include: x-beyond the frontier, fifa road to world cup 98, sid meiers civ 2 and tachyon the fringe. so a selection of old and new...
any help would be much appreciated. thanks

TouchSmart IQ506 Touchscreen Problems

Our company recently got a TouchSmart IQ506 with Windows Vista 64bit, and everything was working fine. We did a fresh reformat, got it in the network and ran all the updates and such. As you may, or may not, know, the IQ506 doesn't have a VGA port to setup a second monitor or connect to a projector, so in order to use the TouchSmart mirroring an image to the projector we purchased StarTech's USB 2.0 to VGA Display Adapter. I installed the drivers and got it working and mirroring the image properly, however, now I am having a problem with the touchscreen.
The touchscreen is responding when I touch it, but the pointer is flushed all the way to the right. The mouse follows my stylus up and down with me, but it doesn't come to the left. It is as if the screen is only reading the y-coordinates of where I am touching, and the x-coordinates are stuck all the way to the right.
The touchscreen was working perfectly fine before I installed the graphics card driver, and the software to get the VGA display adapter to work. The mouse and keyboard is working fine, everything is perfect except for this touchscreen problem. I am 99% sure it is a software issue, and I wanted to know if there is a known issue, or if anyone else has had this kind of problem. I'm assuming it is the software for the VGA display adapter, and was wondering if that is the case, what alternatives I can make so the TouchSmart can support a second display without having touchscreen, or any other, problems.
Sorry in advance if there is already a topic on this issue, I went thorugh the forums and didn't find anything about this.

It sound like the calibration screen and the touch "focus" has been shifted to the "primary" display - which is the last added display adapter. I don't have the setup to test, but you might be able to fix by selecting the Touch panel as the primary display (maybe). You may be stuck because the USB adapter will always be enumerated as the last device.
Perhaps...
1) Plug in USB adapter to enable display.
2) Go into display options and select Touchscreen as Primary and make sure "extend desktop" is unchecked.
You may also be able to trick the system by going into DM and removing reinstalling the real primary display adapter.
If all fails, you should be able to unplug the USB device and use MS system restore to go back when it was working properly.
Of course, I am saying all this without having the hardware in front ofme. I've played around with mutiple displays enough to know that you get into some funny behaviour when you have two distinct video adapters installed in the system. The best multi-display solution are those driven from one adapter - one video card with an HDMI and a DVI for example.
If you figure this out, please reply back. I'd like to know if it is possible to keep touch while using another adapter.

Webcam doesnt load in 10.6.6

whenever I try to use my cam in flash (Safari, Chrome, and Firefox), it doesnt load. I have it set to Built in iSight (which is my built in webcam), but it never works within flash. it works in every other program, but not flash. any way to fix this issue? I have tried the two "google adaptors' as the setting too, but I get nothing! been trying to fix it for 2 weeks! thanks!

When I run some games like armagetronad (from community repo) or redeclipse (from AUR), I find myself after a few seconds (time variable) with a black screen and the system stopped responding, that's like it was a standby mode, impossible to return to the desktop or even to switch consoles.
I do not encounter this problem with other games like OpenArena or wormux.
Note that I have two monitors with the same resolution installed on my machine.
