Trace movement type 105 for MBLNR

Hi all,
I m generating a report in which i have to capture mblnr whose movement type 103 has been done but movement type 105 has not been done.
For ex:
PO(ebeln)    GR No(mblnr)        Movement Type(bwart)
23000774     5000473054          103
PO(ebeln)    GR No(mblnr)        Movement Type(bwart)
23000774     5000473055         105
How can i trace that Movement Type 105 has been done for mblnr 5000473054 .Is there any field/reference doc populated,
when 103 movement type is converted into movement type 103.

We too have been dealing with the same problem. In fact my report gives me the expected result for local POs but not for Import POs. Reason bieng the LFBNR field of MSEG gets populated with the MBLNR in case of local POs but not for Import POs, because in case of Import POs MIRO for Custom Duty etc. takes place before 103 and 105.
This seems to be a problem with the configuration of these movement types or business process with most of the Indian industries. In my view it requires change in the business process in case of Import POs.

In PO History, I have three line items with movement type 103 (Blocked Stock) and one with movement type 105 (From blocked stock to unrestricted stock). I would like to know the material document with movement type 105 document that has the movement type 103.

Hi,
you can get the material documents (mblnr) for the movement type(bwart) in table AUFK.
But i think you need to pass some other data along with bwart like matnr or aufnr for getting the correct mblnr.

Function modules to create a movement type 105 and 104

Hi folks,
I have created a custom screen and attached to MIGO Transaction. If my user enter data and click 'PASS' on my screen, a movement type 105 to be triggered in back ground. And if he click 'FAIL', movement type 104 need to be triggered. is there any BAPI or Function Module to create goods movement type. I have searched some function modules in SE37 and found some stuff. But i am confused which one to use...Could you pls guide me regarding this...
for ur information, i am thinking to use these FM's
MB_READ_GOODS_MOVEMENT
MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT
MB_CANCEL_GOODS_MOVEMENT
Will it be useful for me.

Invoice is referring to mov type 105 instead of 103

Dear SAP gurus,
In my company, when we receive goods from PO we first post material doc 103 and then release it afterward using mov.type 105, and the accounting document is created. We just found out that when we post the invoice, actually SAP is doing reference to material doc 103 instead of 105. This is a problem for us as we want to build an interface for the invoicing process. In the process, only material doc 105 will be printed, signed and given to vendor for proof of delivery, thus this is the document that will be used by vendor to invoice.
The problem is that during the interface coding, when it is posted actually SAP is looking for the 103 doc number instead of the 105 doc number, while the only doc input to the application is the 105.
Is there any way we can set so that the invoice will be referring to the doc 105 instead of 103?

As per my understanding you can do invoice for GRN with mvt type 103, but system will not propose the GRN quantity and value as default. You have to manually feed the data. If there is DQ tolerance limit (OMR6) set in system then you cannot post invoice. On otherhand once blocked stock is released then you can directly post MIRO without any problem.
All that you need is GR based IV check in PO and also DQ (GR quantity set limit on MIRO quantity) in OMR6.

Use of Movement type 103 for goods confirmation

Hi All,
In SRM, as I understand, It always picks up 101 as Goods Receipt movement type during goods confirmation. But we want to use 103 as movement type instead of 101. Also we want to release from GR blocked stock using movement type 105 from SRM itself. We dont want to go to SAP Backend to release the blocked stock.
SO can you help me with the following:
1. How to change the movement type for GR from 101 to 103.
2. Can the release of blocked stock using 105 can be carried out from SRM?

your requirement is not possible in SRM.
In SRM there is no movement type concept .It is only is ECC6.0. Even the movement type 101 is also not appearing in
SRM. In the ECS (Extended Classic Scenario) after confirmation is done in SRM ,the movement type 101 is reflected in ECC6.0
similarly 102 - Return dely can be done in SRM.
But you can try..
Check the program for doing the confirmation in SRM.Try to modify the Program to suit your requirement.

Make movement type relevant for BW Purchasing Extractor

How do I make a movement type relevant for a Purchasing extractor? Specifically 2lis_02_SGR.
The SAP functional team (I am on the BW team) started using movement type 161 and 162 for goods receipts. They set up the movement type in OMJJ in ECC. But it does not flow into BW via the 2lis_02_SGR extractor.
I went into the Transaction Key for BW and added 161 and 162 and now they show up in the table - V_TMCLVBW / TMCLVBW, but they are not flagged as statistically relevant. I have tried to go to tcodes MCB0 and MCB_ but get an SAP error "
View/table V_TMCLBW can only be displayed and maintained with restrictions
" and I do not know what this means or how to get past it so I can edit the table.
I have tried resetting up the initialization tables for Purchasing, but the movement types still do not come in the extractor. I think this is because the table still does not have these movement types flagged as statistically relevant.

I have gotten a developers key, so I was able to make V_TMCLVBW editable via MCB_ but this still brings me back to the change view for transaction key maintenance for transfer into BW. But I still can not figure out how to make the movement types relevant for BW.

Blocking Movement type 122 for T code MBRL

All SAP Gurus,
I want to block the movement type 122 for T code MBRL.
For this I used T code OMJJ, but here it is not showing MBRL as used T code.
If MBRL is not specified in OMJJ for 122, then how MBRL T- code is allowed for movement type 122.
Please give ur valuable inputs.

Check the all authorization roles you have created for inventory management. In there you can take out MBRL from the list. Then, create a new role for transaction MBRL only, and then you can allow other movement types for this role except 122. Assgin this role to your users.

Change the inspection stock of material 16 in QM only Movement type 105

Hello,
I am trying to do GR with Movement type 105 and gettig the error message " Change the inspection stock of material 16 in QM only"
When I change the stock type from Quality to Unrestricted during 105 movement type, then I do not get this error message.
Scenario : I want Inspection lot to get generated with movement type 103 and not with movement type 105. And with my current settings, Inspection lot is getting generated with 103 and not with 105.
I want that, if I do GR with movement type 105, then the stock should go directly to unrestricted stock and not to Quality stock. BUt currently, it is giving me above mentioned error message.

Can you explain your business scenario.
Here is how standard SAP process is
1. Use movement 103 movement to receive PO in GR blocked stock
No inspection lot is created
2. Move material from GR blocked to own stock using 105 movement
This movement is identical to 101 movement. SAP will create Inspection lot if QM is activated.

M_MSEG_BWA     Goods Movements: Movement Type
M_MSEG_LGO     Goods Movements: Storage Location

BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE with movement type 105

    notice below case
    For one po and item, there are 5 GI with mov. type '103' .
    1. 103 --   quantity: 1.
    2. 103 --   quantity: 1.
    3. 103 --   quantity: 1.
    4. 103 --   quantity: 1.
    5. 103 --   quantity: 1.
       now i want to use BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to create GI with 105 mov. type. then i put one item with quantity 3 in the 'GOODSMVT_ITEM' , but it gives error ' exceeded by 2 quantity' (Message ID: M7 - 022).
    so i want to know if i should put 3 items with quantity 1 independently in 'GOODSMVT_ITEM' , then it will create material document.

You need to populate these fields .
item-entry_qnt     = ls_ekbe_103-wesbs.
item-ref_doc_yr    = ls_ekbe_103-lfgja.
item-ref_doc       = ls_ekbe_103-belnr.
item-ref_doc_it    = ls_ekbe_103-buzei.
This will post 105 movement of purchase order taking against 103 material document as reference document.

Movement type error for Service Processes

Hi All,
We are working on service scenario with CRM5.0 and R/34.6c.
The problem that we face is as follows,
Whenever we make a service confirmation with products with item cat group BANC the movement type is correctly determined as 261 but whenever our service confirmation contains the products with item category NORM, the R/3 system returns the error that the movement type 291 is not found for the business area.

The error was due to the material type. We changed the material type and now it works fine

In Physical Inventory Check_Which movement type used for stock difference.

In Case of Physical Inventory we are getting the stock differences after count results, Help me in doing the transaction thru which the stock is adjusted and which Movement types are used for the difference posting, What all documents are created in the process.
The system has Warehouse Management in place, so please answer in reference to WM.
How the Bin is identified in that case if there is stock addition.

Check for your ware house physical inventory process in spro whether it is done through continuous inventory process or Through annual inventory process.

New movement types required for Consignment

Hi Friends,
Need help related to Consignment Movement Type:
in Fill up Process KB/CF my client wants the goods to be in 'Transit' and then next step to Fillup.
Similarly in returns, we wanted the goods to be first to be reflected in 'QI' (MMBE/MB58) and then to be moved to consignment stock.
unline 631/634..are there any movement types that can fix this issue?..if we have to create a new movement type what type can be copied and stored for my client specific requirement.

If the second comment cited above fulfills the first one, can you please let me know how you have achieved this. To the best of my knowledge, in consignment fillup process, we cannot see the "Stock in Transit". Once fillup delivery is made via 631 movement type, the unrestricted stock moves to "Cust.consignment".

Movement type authorisation for different storage locations

can we make the movement type restricted to any storage location
Ex: i have 2 storage locations 1110 and 1114 in plant 1100
and i have two end user mst1 mst2
if so i want to make sure that mst1 is responsible only for issue goods from 111o
and he should not able to issue goods from 1114 vice versa to mst2
is there any possible configuration please let me know.

u can achive this through authorization
First
You need to activate the storage location authorization check for goods movements in config
SPRO->Materials Management->Inventory Management and Physical Inventory->Authorization Management->Authoization check for storage locations.
Then required control is achieved via authorization object M_MSEG_LGO.
Get in touch with Basis and ask him to remove required storage location from user ID so that that user will not able to pass any movement to that storage location
