'Track Size' in Behaviors Tab

Hey guys,
I just installed FCS2, and I've been reading up on some of the tracking procedures. In the behaviors tab after adding 'Analyze Motion' to my source footage, I don't have the 'Track Size' parameter. In video tutorials, I've found it directly above the Search Size parameter, which I have. But directly above it is the Position parameter. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks.

Setting paper size for multi-tab numbers file?

i have a (currently) 3 tab spreadsheet that someone is working with me on. two of the tabs i print to 12 x 18 and one of the tabs i print to 8 x11.
right now i have to open inspector, set paper size to 8 x 11, go to print view and slider-scale to appropriate size so it will print to single width, open print dialog, select 8 x 11 printer, print the pages from this tab. then i go back to inspector, select 12 x 18, select next tab, go to print view and slider-scale to appropriate size so it will print to single width, open print dialog, select 12 x 18 printer, print the pages. then i select the next tab, go to print view and slider-scale to appropriate size so it will print to single width, and run a print to 12 x 18 paper.
this gets me all three documents if i didn't make a mistake somewhere and forget to select the correct printer or open inspector or whatever.
can someone tell me whether in numbers i can set a PAGE SIZE for a TAB (as i have done above) and have it stick or does the selection of a page size in numbers apply to the whole document? i keep sending this to my bookkeeper and getting it back and this is a whole lot of aggravation that is really messing up my workflow and there seems like i should be able to find a way to streamline this.
note: i am actually /receiving/ xls from my bookkeeper (and exporting to xls when i send it to her) and we also need to keep the tabs together b/c one tab is pulling info from the others but i am wondering if there could be some kind of workaround.
i'd like to ask her to just print the pages to pdf before she sends it to me but this is an added layer of work on her end that is not going to happen. also, i /can/ open in excel (i have excel for the mac) so if this works easier by printing from excel i will do that.
any experience with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

hi Y. BIG time thank you for this. i was not aware this was such an issue. i definitely cannot have any ambiguities in my spreadsheet and customizing it in numbers is the whole reason i am spending this time formatting (i.e. to make it intuitive and visual).
that said, if accepting excel and then exporting to excel will cause problems i absolutely cannot have this.
can you help me a little more on what the problems are? i have already got a file with two tabs directly imported from Quickbooks (by my book keeper in excel) and a tab that she set up that pulls data from these tabs - and then i have MY tab that i have been customizing and proofing and fixing as i go along. more info on this work below.
are there commands i can run to clean this up?
what is considered OK to do in numbers if i am accepting excel (printing? adding new numerical entries)?

background: right now i am /mostly/ doing formatting things like adding bold outlines or adding color or whatever but i have /also/ been dragging and dropping some rows to put them in a better place and fixing some cell sums that were either left out by my book keeper or which needed to be added to check THEIR work. are you saying that by doing this i am setting myself up for various formatting issues such as merged cells?
if so, once i finish the format of the spreadsheet and the tabs i can only exclusively open in numbers if this is necessary. are there some commands i can run to "clean up" issues? for instance can i go around the various tabs and unmerge cells to clean things up?
also, i definitely cannot split up tabs into individual documents as the customized spreadsheets are pulling numbers from a set of tabs that are quickbooks imports....

Vertical track size

Hola,
I have a strange problem that only happened on one song. I clicked on "show automation" and, as it should, the vertical track size expanded showing the automation stuff. When I clicked again to hide the automation stuff, the track size remained the same (expanded size) and it doesn't go back to the normal size. It is obviously some kind of bug, any idea on how i can fix this as it's kind of annoying to work on a song with this view.
I thought about starting a new projects and importing the single tracks as you can do on other programs but I don't think it is possible on GB. Anyone have a solution?

I had the issue too. FIrst I thought it was a hidden feature but I couldn't find anything todo that on purpose, so it might be a bug.

Can I change the size of the Tab itself?

I am designing a program that will run on a touchscreen computer, is
there any way to enlarge the size of the tab on a tab control to make
it more touchscreen friendly?

The Properties Appearance page gives some options for modifying tab sizes. If that is not sufficiently flexible for your needs, a recent thread discussed using other types of controls, such as buttons, and property nodes to select the tab the user wants.

Size of multiple tabs

This occurs for longtime, maybe all revisions of firefox ....
When I open multiple tabs, the initial size of all tabs is the same,
but when I close the tabs one after one, after closing some of the first tabs, the size of the remaining tabs change and the position of the x box (to close the tabs) moves
it's inconvenient, I have to move the mouse to close the remaining tabs
could you modify this in order the size of all the tabs remains the same, so the position of the x box will remain the same and I will not be obliged to move the mouse.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the '''Browse ....''' button below the '''''Post a Reply''''' text box to upload the screenshot.

Terminal.app won't return window to default size with open tab

I regularly have multiple Terminal.app windows open with multiple tabs open in them. If I have a window open with no tabs, I can drag scale the window to whatever size is convenient for me at the moment, then use the Window > Return to Default Size function to make it go back to my default size configured in the app preferences.
The problem comes when I have a window open that is already scaled to a different size and I open a tab. This resets the default size to whatever size the window was when the tab was opened. The result is that if I use the Window > Return to Default Size function, it does nothing, unless the window has been scaled again, then it resets the window size to what it was when the tab was opened, not the default size configured in my preferences.
Is this a feature, or a bug? Is there a way I can make it retain the default size dimensions even when I've opened a tab?

I would solve the problem by resizing after closing the added tab. However, your inquiry is really beyond my abilities. Questions do get answered in these forums; sometimes not, in which case resorting to Apple Support _may_ resolve the issue. Have you checked out posting under "Mac OS X Technologies"? I believe there are Unix sections to that forum. Good luck.

Click on the text in the menu so that you see the bounding box around it. Look to the right of the Movie Menu customization workspace, Adjustments Palette, Text and edit your text font style and size.
In this screenshot, "Glass Flowers" text in the main menu is selected and its Adjustments Palette Text editing opportunities are shown. To do comparable editing in the scene menu, click on the scene menu in the bin to bring its image up to the screen.

Looks like the size of the tabs/toolbar got smaller with V4. Is there a way to enlarge it?

Is it my imagination, or did the tabs and toolbar in V4 get smaller and all scrunched up together? Makes it REALLY hard to see and hit the right spot for those of us that don't have 20-year-old eyes. Is there a way to change the display size of the toolbar?

Can't size Project Elements Tab

Since yesterday my "Project Elements" Tab, in German "Projektelemente" in lthe latest Premiere Elements Version can't be resized. Normally i put my mouse in the bottom right corner and scale the window big, but this isn't possible anmore.
I un and reinstalled the complete Premiere Elements Software, but it doesn't work anymore. I can scale it to the right, but not in y direction.
What can i do?
I uploaded a screen, marking the relevant areas.

I am strictly an Elements Windows person. I have never seen Projects Assets resized to that minimal size. The lowest size that I can get with Premiere Elements 12 Windows is
Let us try deleting the Premiere Elements 12 Mac settings file. The settings file is named
Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs
I am 99.9999% certain that you should find it in Mac...
User/User Name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Elements/12.0
and in the 12.0 Folder should be the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file that you delete.

Tab groups - set default size of single tab group in a window?

When I have a single tab group in a window, and enter the tab-group-view-mode (the one for which ctrl-shift-e is the default), the tab group box only fills up a limited portion of the upper left corner of the window.
I can of course resize it with the mouse, but how can I set it to fill up the whole space by default?

I know its all open, in the past you could add a style sheet to the file grabbing the styles Reference[http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2443805] but I am not sure if this is supported anymore?

If you open the size of the Group tab is should stay that size, I do not think there is a way to change the default size yet.

How can I adjust size of 'close tab' button?

I'm using 12.5" fullhd touch laptop and close tab button so small that it's real pain to hit.
I need it at least 4 times larger for somewhat comfortable touch navigation.
Add-ons and CSS is OK.

In the ancient days of Firefox 1, a button to close the current tab appeared at the far right end of the tab bar instead of on the individual tab. If you need a much bigger button, and you find that too much of the page title is crowded out by having the button on the tab, you could switch to the old style so your wider/taller button doesn't impinge. Behaviors tab in Tag Inspector panel

When assigning behavior effects to page elements, the effects
are associated with the onClick event evn if not specified. In many
instances the panel dows not display the behavior when assigned.
When the event is changed from onClick to any other event, the
behavior is duplicated instead of the effect being reassigne to the
specified event. Is this how the panel functions? Or is this a bug?
It is very difficult to create behaviors with this.

No it's not. How are you changing the event? You could always
just do it
manually by changing onclick=" to onmouseover=" (as an
example). But you
can also just click in the link, and use the drop list on the
event field to
select a new event.

ITunes 11 - where is "Track Size" displayed?

iTunes used to have a column that showed the size of each file. Very helpful for my purposes. However I can't find that column in iTunes '11. There was also a column that showed what the file type was (AAC, AIFF, etc.) which was also handy. How do you find this info in the iTunes interface now?

Click on Songs (located next to Albums, Artists, Genres...) while you browse your iTunes music library, the right click on title bar (where column headers are displayed) and chose from the menu that appears the information you want to see (i.e. Size if you wish to see the file size and Kind if you need to see the file type)

Also if you want to track chnages from E071 then you can do the following :
1. Program ID put it as 'R3TR' .
2. Object Type as 'TRFN' .
3. Object name is the technical name of the Trabsformation .
Also you can give the date range .
