Track the Serial number of the product for an outbond delivery
Hi Experts,
we want to track the serial number of the product (material No) for an outbond delivery, we have looked at tables LIKP,LIPS,EQUI,VBFA,VBEP & VTFA to get any link between serial number/delivery number/ material number.
But we are unable to get the appropriate information of linking the serial number and delivery number.
we are require to give the details of serial number for a specific delivery to a third party warehouse
management system supplier.
please suggest which tables links has to be provided.

I'm very annoyed about the fact that I payed for Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium 5 (EDU version) and now I'm not able to use it on my new Mac. RenéMaybe this is also useful... They told me I canceld this by myself which is not the truth. I had a Windows machine and used Creative Cloud as well but I only canceld the Cloud, not my Serial Number for Production Premium...

I'm trying to reinstall photoshop CS5 in a new laptop (pc) but i have an "The serial number is not valid for this product" error.
I have deactivated photoshop in the old computer.
The old laptop have photoshop installed with the DVD but the new laptop don't have DVD so i downloaded cs5 from Download CS5 products. ¿Maybe doing this is an error?the installation files work the same whether from a disc or download, but there are other ways to mismatch a serial and installer.

If you purchased it from Adobe, it is registered and that would prove ownership as well as the emaill they sent with the serial number.

Click on the triangle next to your product and you will see the serial number assigned to you.
You have a valid record and proof of ownership. Try again.

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mountain Lion, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion by contacting Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. How are you supposed to get help from Apple if you don't know what your serial number is? They say to input the serial number of the "product" that you are asking about. Since my problem is how to deauthorize/authorize computers, and they are saying I have more than 5 (which I have never owned more than 5 computers in my life), I can't imagine what serial number they mean. Does it mean your desktop computer? If so, which one? Do they mean your device? LIke your iPhone, iPod or whatever? Do they mean the software ON one of your computers and/or devices? If so, which program, and on which computer/device?
We have three operational computers, one does not have iTunes on it. Since Apple is saying I have more than 5 authorized computers, and I can't imagine what they are, I am afraid to deauthorize all my computers. See what I mean? I just wanted to ask the question about how I can find out WHICH computers Apple thinks I have authorized, so I can decide if it's safe to deauthorize them all or not. I only know of 2 computers that have iTunes on them, so how can there be 5? We also have 2 iPhones and 2 iPods in this family, but one of the iPhones has his own apple id. He may have been using mine, since his computer died. I read that those don't count as "computers" to the 5. Do they, then?

You could have more 5 computers authorized if you ever, for example, reformatted a hard drive or replaced a hard drive without deauthorizing the computer first. Apple's system would see that as a different computer, even though you don't. There's nothing to be afraid of in deauthorizing everything and the reauthorizing what you actually have. You won't lose any data. Mistimp is correct, they can't tell you which computers are authorized. -
I previously had PS CS5 Trial installed but removed it using both Control Panel Programs and deleting all files from the CS5 directory on Program Files. I then installed a purchased product from Adobe disc using the serial number on the case. But when I try to launch it, I get a screen headed Photoshop CS5 Extended Trial. It asks for the serial number and says that my trial has expired. It rejects the serial number from the Adobe case saying "This Serial Number is not valid for this product". It thinks that I still have the expired Trial Version installed. How do I convince it (the program) that the Trial Version is long gone and the currently installed product was installed with a valid and accepted serial number????

I purchased several Dell Latitude laptops, all loaded with Adobe Acrobat X Standard. At least one of the machines does not have the softward loaded, however, I have the DO NOT DISCARD card with the serial number of the Adobe product. Where do I go to download the product?

/ JojjaOh my, I hope so too but its pretty common on these types of sites - even eBay sellers do it. Its all about the way they word it. Some sellers are very crafty in the way they word their ads misleading the buyer into thinking they're getting a legitimate and licensed product when it's actually not. Be careful in any future products you buy on these kinds of sites.
My advice is to quickly write an email to the seller and demand to know what you just bought - Be VERY specific and thorough with your questions - for example on ebay I bought a computer that had CS5 installed on it (but it didn't come with the install disks) This particular seller installed CS5 or 6 as well as the Microsoft Suites on all of his used pc's. So before I bid, I sent an email to him asking if it included the product codes for the CS5 because I intended to register it for Adobe support. He advised me that he bought bulk licenses for all his software, he told me exactly where the product codes were on a document and they were in fact legit.
Also check the return policy of the Site (not the seller) sometimes they offer a little protection to their customers. Be sure to contact their support department and their Fraud department if it turns out you were scammed. And definitely give negative feedback to the seller.
One more thing, you should also check with the Adobe licensing support department. In fact, do this FIRST - so that you're sure the code is no good. Sometimes the product codes have expiration dates (though I've never heard of it happening to entire suite) If this is the case they will issue you a new code free of charge.

I am trying to license my recent download of Lightroom 5 onto my recently purchased Macbook with the serial number of the disk I purchased last year for my Windows PC (an upgrade from Lightroom 4). Soyouca how did you install Photoshop Lightroom? Please uninstall the current installation using the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
Once Photoshop Lightroom is removed please download a fresh copy of the installation files from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh. The update contains the full installer so please download the latest version of Photoshop Lightroom 5.
You may be asked to enter your serial number for Photoshop Lightroom 4. You can find information on how to locate the serial numbers under your account at Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.
