Tracking of Calls in Cisco IP Telepony

Dear Sir,
Since we dont have a third party softwares to detect all Calls in our System.
Is there any command to know the Placed Calls History of every Telephone line.
Thanks,
Michael

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the Help,
But for my CUCM Express, still not displaying the Call History. Please see attached image below.
The Cisco Unified CME GUI provides call history information in the Reports > Call History window so that a network administrator can monitor for unknown callers or disallowed calling activities based on calling patterns.
Thanks,

  • Transfer VOIP Calls Between Cisco Desk Phone and Cisco Jabber For IPhone 9.5

Does anyone know how to transfer an active voip call from a Cisco IP Desk Phone to Cisco Jabber for IPhone?  I can transfer a call from Cisco Jabber for IPhone to my Cisco IP Desk Phone no problem.  I put the call on hold and then click "Resume" on my Cisco IP Desk Phone.  However I cannot do the same but the other way around.  If I put the call on hold on my Cisco IP Desk Phone, I see "no active call" on my Jabber client.  The only information I could find slighlty relevant was using the Mobility Key/Remote Destination Profile feature however this defeats the object as this will forward to an external number, e.g. mobile and I just want to transfer the call within the VOIP environment between the two devices that are using the same directory number.
I am using Cisco Call Manager 9.1(2), Cisco Presence 9.1 and Cisco Jabber for IPhone 9.5.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards,
    Paul Parker.

Did you ever find an answer to this ?
I am seeing the same behavior and trying so see if I can put calls on hold and pick them up both ways also.
The only answer I seem to have found is to use park instead
That would/should work but I would just prefer to hold/unhold
Just not sure why we would not be able to hold/unhold on what is essentially a "shared" line
Does anyone have this working for them ?

  • Need to disable logs of Received and placed calls in cisco

    Hi All,
How and Where do i disable the logs of received and placed calls in cisco phone configuration?
    I am using CUCM V7X.
    Thanks in advance !!!!

I've tried them all and nothing beats Verizon. All around. I live in a building with metal walls and couldn't get reception with my iPhone 5. I looked on eBay and saw a Verizon Wireless Network Extender actually made to Verizon specs by Samsung. I checked the prices and a new one from Verizon was $159.00. I got one on eBay for $59.00 free shipping. Hooked it up, called Verizon for free activation and now I always have 5 bar reception. No additional charges besides purchasing the extender. Out of 5 different providers including AT&T I get the best reception everywhere with Verizon.
Just thought you might want to know.

  • I want to know if we can keep a track of calls made to a particular number

I want to know if we can keep a track of calls made to a particular number

iPhone only stores 100 recent calls, however, most carriers provide a record of calls you can print out. Just login to your account online & see if your carrier provides such.

  • Call Manager Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service restarts every 8-10 minutes

    Hello there,
I just upgraded a customer to 10.5.1.10000-7 of call manager.  Now the Call Manager Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service restarts every 8-10 minutes.
    I tried:
-rebooting the cluster (pub and sub)
-restarting the CDR and Soap related servers
-turning off CDR under service parameters and restarting services.
Any other thoughts? all replication reports look good
    thanks

    Hi,
you have probably only two options. Let a TAC person look into it if you really want to know whats wrong.
The other option would be to deactivate "Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service" since no appplication is using CDR on demand. That service is only used when an application is pulling CDR records derectly out of the database which seems not be the case.

  • Unexpected Calls from Cisco

    Hi all,
We have several customers who work off a 121 NAT configuration who are receiving missed calls from Cisco. This appears to be coming through as a telephone call and happening quite sporadically.
Any suggestions other than blocking source from the router? It is quite difficult to pin point an address as only Cisco is shown.
    Thanks in advance
    YT

This is a result of external sources trying to exploit possible PTSN trunks in users environments, it's being seen by a lot of people that have video or telephone systems that are accessible on the public internet.  You can read a bit more about it in this discussion: sourceh323idcisco-incomingcalls.  Only thing that can be done is if you're using a call control server such as VCS you can create a call policy to block the call attempts (there is one I created in the linked discussion), or if the system is stand alone as it appears you're is, block all incoming IPs traffic to the codec except those you trust to allow in.  You could get the IP by going through the codec's call history, however that won't help as the source IP changes constantly.

  • Click to Call with Cisco WIM 4.4?

    Hi eGain Experts,
Could anybody confirm that Click to Call with Cisco WIM 4.4 will work with UCCE? I understand Web Callback will work, however not too sure about Click to call. I know eGain CallTrack or ClickToCall can achieve this.  Is anybody able to confirm if this feature is configurable with the Cisco WIM licensing arrangements? if so could somebody provide sample configuration on how to achieve would be very useful.
    Thank you very much.
    Regards,
    Yavuz

Short answer no. All evidence points to UCCX only.

  • Unable to select 'Use Phone for audio calls' on Cisco Jabber Client 9.6 for Windows

    Hi,
I have recently deployed Cisco Presence Server and integrated with Call Manager 9.1.2. I have successfully deplyed 6700 users on IM & Presence. Some of the users requested for Cisco Jabber with phone control.
I have added CFS client on the Call Manager and associated it with the same extension numbers from their desk phones. I am currently able to make audio and video calls for these specific users. I am currently using Cisco Jabber Client 9.6 for windows. I have users both daisy chained to their desk phones and who are not. Can you please confirm if it does make any difference.
    Problem Faced -
I am not able to use to option use phone for audio calls. The phone comes down with a cross sign on it. At the same time Cisco Jabber by default uses the client and it works as expected.
Can you please let me know if any of you guys have faced a similar issue.
Please let me know if you need any information regading the configuration used.
Looking forward for your valuable comments.
    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Joseph Chirayath.

    Hi Will,
I am attaching the screen shot for the END USER on CUCM 9.X that has been configured on Cisco Jabber.
Please do let me know if you need any further information.
    Thank you.

  • Site to Site calling issue - Cisco 2911 Dial Peer Configuration

My customer dials from remote site to main site to their main site number, the call by-passes their auto attendant and goes directly to any random available party.
At first fingers were pointing to the their PBX, however we noticed one of their sites that wasn't managed by our company did not have the issue.   We cut that site over to our service and the issue started right up.  I believe it is possibly due to the way the dial peers are configured and how the calls route into the PBX.  Unfortunately I do not understand much about them and curious to know if anyone has any history on a issue similiar to this or any input whatsoever?

  • How to track report called from a from

We have a Form that calls a report using the show_document command. Is there a way to track when the report is called inside the form? Thanks.

    Hi,
you can install the Reports queuetableto list all Reports requests and its current status. The only problem you face is that using Web.Show_Document() you don't have a jobid to locate the job. So using Web.Show_Document() its hard to achieve what you are planning to do.
If using Run_Report_Object() instead you can read the Reports status from Forms so that you know what the current status is. In addition you retrieve a jobid that allows you to query the queuetable. A Whitepaper is available at otn.oracle.com/products/forms

  • How to track total call duration & data usage for ...

How do I track my total call & data usage for Nokia Lumia 620. I had search for datasense from the store however unable to find? Is there any other applications that can be use to track.

Datasense requires network support so if you can't see it your network doesn't support it. Some networks have their own apps in the store for monitoring data and some have mobile websites for that purpose.
The only other app that can do it is "call credit" but it doesn't support every network, install it and see if yours is supported.

  • Outbound Call in Cisco Finesse

Anybody please help what all configuration to be done in Finesse to do the outbound calls.
I am using Cisco UCCX 10.0, in which i have both the option for Cisco CAD and Finesse. When i run a outbound campaign its coming as an incoming call in Finesse.
When i answer the call, its showing the error "Unable to communicate with Enterprise Server. Outbound option not available".
Please help how to enable the outbound controls in Finesse

This is ineed the case, from RN (somewhat cryptic :-) ):
    Cisco Finesse
Cisco Finesse is the next generation browser-based agent and supervisor desktop for Unified CCX. Finesse is an alternative to Cisco Agent Desktop, Cisco Supervisor Desktop, and Cisco Desktop Administrator. Finesse is available with Enhanced and Premium license packages and provides typical inbound voice contact center functionality. It supports Unified Communications Manager-based silent monitoring and workflow-based recording with MediaSense and Work Force Optimization (WFO).

  • Profiler tracking function call

    Hi there,
is it possible to track a function call in a stored procedure?
    thanks,
    Ed

CREATE FUNCTION myfunky() RETURNS int AS
    BEGIN
       DECLARE @ret int
       SELECT @ret = @@spid
       RETURN (SELECT @@spid)
    END
    go
    CREATE PROCEDURE sproc AS
      SELECT dbo.myfunky() FROM sys.objects
    </TypesInSSMS>
Starts Profiler. Select the entire event category Stored Procedures. In the query window selects "sproc". Clicks Execute. Looks in Profiler.
Seems like the answer is yes.

  • Video call from Cisco 8945 SCCP to Polycom VVX 1500 Third party Sip Phones between intercluster trunks is not working

    Dear All,
We have two cucm Clusters in Different Locations between that clusters i created
Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled) Now all are working fine Between Clusters
audio calls & Video calls between sccp 8945 phones  , but iam facing a Problem with third party
Video Phones (Polycom VVX 1500 ) Third Party SIP Phones located in second cluster, From 1 st cluster cisco 8945 Video
phone to  2nd cluster Polycom Video phone all calls are works for voice call only, but no video ,
    Please Suggest me Solution.
    Thank you,
    Sriman

Try setting up a SIP trunk between the two clusters and set a route patten just to the VVX 1500 and check how that goes.
From memory inter-cluster trunks are a H.323 like protocol which might have video inter-op issues with the Polycom device.

  • How keep track of caller from web page or app in your EJB

I want to make a Security Handler for my EJB Server. I want apps / users to be able to log in. However, after they log in (for example from a web page), how do I keep track of who they are when they then make subsequent calls to EJBs?
Where can I find out who they are?
How do I standardize this for apps and web page callers?
I know that for web servers to keep track of who the caller is for them, they need to store a handle on the client. Do I need to do this too?
If I do keep smth on the client side that they send back/forth to me, does that not fit with the EJB standards?

still unable to find answer. Hey, can I also ask: do I ask too obscure questions? I don't get most of them answered. Are they boring?
