Tracking outgoing call minutes

Hi all,
I'm new to blackberry and using it from Singapore. I need a tool to keep trace of outgoing call minutes, blackberry 8900 curve only shows total and last call. I do see some tools from appworld but cant download from my region. Do any one know any free software to meet my requirements?
Thanks in advance.
Soms.

You won't find any apps that will do what you want. No app would have access to the private API's necessary. If your carrier does not provide this info(some do throught their own apps), there is no way to obtain it.

  • App to track the Local and international outgoing calling minutes and more.

Hi, I'm looking for an iPhone 4 (iOS4) application which can track the call duration for both local and international outgoing and incoming calls. It should be possible to reset the counters and it should begin tracking the call duration from that point again. It will be great if it track the incoming/Outgoing SMS counters and Data Transfer through 3G/EDGE and Wi-Fi separately.

There is no such app as 3rd party apps aren't permitted to access core functions of the phone. You can use: Settings > General > Usage > Call Time - Current Period, and reset after each call.

  • App for tracking outgoing call usage

I've been searching around the App Store, but haven't found what I'm looking for yet. I'd like to be able to track my OUTGOING call usage (not total call time like the iOS provides). My other need is to be able to track the number of outgoing SMS messages (I did find an app for that however, but it would be great if there was one app that could do both).
I live in Brazil and cell phone usage is very expensive. However, we're only charged for outgoing call time, which is why I need to keep track of it.
    Thanks...

  • Outgoing calls barred even though I have an addon for 30 minutes to use abroad?

Bought 30 minutes to use abroad and cant make outgoing calls now I'm here..... cant even call ee??
    Help......

Did you enable roaming on your a/c before you left? You may still be able to via your online a/c. Buying a roaming pack doesn't in itself enable roaming.

My husband and I have separate phone numbers for our business but need to keep track of incoming and outgoing calls; however, by end of day many numbers have been automatically erased from our phone.  How can we find those deleted numbers?

I believe the total amount is 100 calls that will list.
    No way of changing that.

  • After Update - phone begins minutes clock diffferently (outgoing calls)

I just updated my phone and realized that the minutes clock starts at a different time for outgoing calls. Prior to the update, the clock started when the person you were calling picked up the phone. After the update, the clock begins when the phone starts to ring. This is not to the advantage of the user.
    Anyone else notice this?

I realize that other phone companies start the clock when you start the call. However, did anyone else notice that the clock did not start until someone answered the call prior to the update? I am certain that it was so because it was different from what I was accustomed to.

  • OUTGOING CALL LOG

HOW DO U FIND UR OUTGOING CALL LOG ON VERIZON.COM, IM TRYING TO LOOK AT MY HOME PHONE OUTGOING CALL LOG

I've been nagging Verizon on this one alot.  If you have one of the international long distance plans, you get 300 or 500 minutes of international long distance, then any time over this allotment is billed by the minute.  The problem is that you have NO WAY of knowing how many minutes you have used, until the bill comes at the end of the month.
    I've had customer support say:
    - You need to track the time yourself - we suggest a stop watch.
    - I get several calls a month about this , but we don't have an answer.
    - We are trying to resolve this issue.
    - You don't need to know how many minutes you used. (They indirectly imply this)
    - We can see how many minutes you used, but can only tell you to resolve a fraud alert issue regarding unusual long distance activity.    (This bugs me as much as suggesting I use a stop watch)
    - If you switch to the more expensive 500 minute plan, you won't have to worry as much.
Call assistant would be the logical place to put outgoing calls, with international plan minute totals, but what do I, a customer, know.

  • N82 outgoing call time limit

I have a different rate first 20 minutes and after. So I want to stop calling on the 19th minute. How can I limit outgoing call duration? Is there any addition software to automate it? Thanks.

not that i know of, you can watch your watch for the 19th minute and keep track of it or set a timer on your watch or whatever to keep track of the 19 minutes for you

  • Verizon 8830 with United-Mobile SIM: incoming calls OK, no outgoing calls

I have a United-Mobile SIM card which I've used successfully in a number of countries in an unlocked GSM phone.  I unlocked my 8830 a month ago before traveling to Israel.  Before leaving, I had the phone activated for global service so I could use the browser and send/receive email.  What I learned upon arrival was that those functions in Israel are provided by a CDMA network, which meant that I had to have the Mobile Network setting at either 1XEV or Global.  When set to 1XEV, the network is totally CDMA, which shuts off the GSM capabilities.  When set to Global, both 1XEV and GSM are theoretically possible, but when attempting to make outgoing calls the phone defaults to the CDMA network, which means that outgoing calls will go at Verizon's per-miniute rates.  To get around that, I swtiched to GSM, which terminates that CDMA functions.  Using the GSM network, however, calls do come in when placed to the SIM card's number, but no calls go out.
I checked with United Mobile about this for a possible solution.  They indicated that when using their SIM card there would be a United Mobile folder somewhere in the BB, but I was not able to find one.  Also, I pulled the UM card and substituted a local SIM card.  That worked perfectly, both incoming and outgoing.
So I'm wondering if the problem has to do with the fact that Israel uses a CDMA network for Verizon, whether there's some configuration I have to change on the BB or whether the UM SIM is in some way incompatible with the BB.  In that case, I need to find out whether the solution is to use local SIM cards or whether there's a "global" SIM card available with reasonable outgoing rates, free incoming calls, and no connection charge.  The UM SIM card is 29 cents a minute outgoing, free incoming, and no connection charge, but at the moment it doesn't seem to work properly in the BB.
I am hoping that the proper setting would be Global, allowing me to browse, get email, use BBM, and make calls as needed.  So far, I can't do that.
    Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Judging by the lack of responses, it appears that no one has any suggestions.  I guess I'm stuck with using the BB for browsing, email, and BBM only while in Israel and using a separate GSM phone with the United Mobile card.  In the alternative, I suppose I could try a local SIM card in the BB.  Not a big deal, though I would prefer not to carry the BB and a separate phone when only one should be needed to do the job.

  • Fraudulent outgoing calls

I have now had two incidents of repeated (rapidly), fraudulent, outgoing calls from my account. I followed the support instructions and sent off detailed informaction about the calls to Skype but never heard anything back. Now, today, I come home after work and find that my Skype account made 5 or 6 faudulent outgoing calls to the same name, only a few minutes about. there was no answer at the number. This is the last straw, if I can't get this resolved, I'm done with Skype. Any suggestions or observations, anyone?

Hi, Leonato, and welcome to the Community,
Please see the section on "Hacked Account: in this FAQ article:

Please use these chat commands to glean more information if your account is on-line at another location:
    /showplaces
Lists other instances where this Skype name is currently signed in.
    /remotelogout
Sign out all other instances except the current one. This will also stop push notifications on all other instances.
If you still have access to your account, change your account password immediately if you have not already done so.  The easiest way to do this is within the Skype software: Skype -> Change Password
Then, sign on to your account dashboard to ensure all of your account details and that your account's registered e-mail address is as you intended it.
I always recommend in these cases to run a maintenance cycle ensuring all software updates and patches are installed as well to run your preferred anti-virus/malware/spyware suite using the most recent virus signature files available.

  • How to know all outgoing calls time?

how to know all outgoing calls time?
    4S

It all depends on your carrier whether incoming vs. outgoing times even matter.
For example, here in the U.S., AT&T doesn't charge any differently whether a call is incoming or outgoing.  The carrier (AT&T) accepts a text code *646# to give you a summary of your call minutes, but they're divided into "Daytime", "Night and Weekend", and "Mobile to Mobile".  Those three types of minutes are billed differently here.

  • Can't Make Any Outgoing Calls After 7.0.2. Update iPhone 5 Verizon???

After I updated my phone to 7.0.2. I ahve not been able to make outgoing calls. And when I speak into the phone all i cam here is myvoice through the ear piece. It's an iPhone 5 thru Verizon. Please Help!!!

The same problem for me. When i'm trying to make outgoing call, 60% of times it's just freezing at "Calling...." without any sounds inside. When i'm trying to cancel phone call, it's freezing at "Cancelling...". But 2-3 minute doesn't do it.
My friends most of times can't phone to me because iphone always unavaiable. The one things that helps - every time reset phone with button. During one day it can be 20-30 times.

  • Multiple outgoing calls

We are thinking of setting up a business account for our small Nonprofit organization, but we need to be able to make multiple simultaenous outgoing calls from multiple computers from the same account.  Can this be done with Skype?  If so, how?

    Hello degrene,
I see you are asking about making calls from one account and from mutiple PC's.  The answer is, Yes you can.
You will have to create a Skype Connect Account and Purchase one Channels for each user you have.  The PC's that they log into will have it's own SIP profile.  Then you will have to Fund the SIP profile with money to make calls.  The calls will cost you on a per minute basis, and on average of $0.08 cents US per minute.
If you prefer to manage each user in their SIP Profile you might want to look at using a PBX from one of our certified vendors.  The list is at:   http://www.skype.com/intl/en-us/business/skype-connect/
Our Skype Connect user guide is at:   http://download.skype.com/share/business/guides/skype-connect-user-guide.pdf for more information on Skype Connect.

  • App to calculate call minutes per contacts, from the stock iOS Phone app.?

    Hi,
I am looking for an app to keep track of my call minutes consumed per contact, so that I can have a summary wise view at regularly intervals (week/month).
Most of the apps that I came across on the AppStore have their own in built Call Dailer and they track calls made from their app itself and not the regular calls made from the stock iOS app.
    Please help.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi.
Because Apps are sandboxed on iOS (to prevent viruses and to increase data protection), there is no way an app can have access to this information. You cannot do this on the iPhone. However, you might want to contact your cellular provider/ carrier to see if they have such feature on their app or on their website (which would use your cellular provider server data instead of the internal iPhone info.)
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
    All the best,
    James
