Tracking URL security

We are trying to execute an email campaign with URL tracking links.
When the URL tracking appears in the email it appears with the host
name of the CRM system. For security reasons we need to change the
host name that appears in the tracking URLs so that it does not reflect
the CRM machine host name.
Can anyone advise on how to achieve the desired change?

I'm going to use an Reverse Proxy, but SAP CRM automatically generates the SAP Server address during Campaign Execution.
How can I set SAP Server to generate the Reverse Proxy address instead during Campaign Execution?
Is it possible via HTTPURLLOC?

When I click on the one of the Submit button on my Page ... getting this below error. Please can you help in resolving this.

All my Pages , XML , Class file I have kept on the Unix Box and bounced it. Even after this also its gives the same error.

I thought its a generic error , so did not provided many details.
And I got to resolution for this error as well.
Scenario is follow :
The search buttom was followed by a cusome page. Actually it was calling a a BNE application function. As I was creating a uploading integrator (WEB ADI ) , there was no need to give the BNE function parameters in the function definition. Removed the function parameters and hence error got cleared.

1- click on Roles & Role Inheritance
2- under Roles & Responsibilities, select the specific Role (a custom role) and click the update Icon

I can now modify the grant for the specific custom role.
The application was bounced during the night.
But I'm still perplex; I can't reproduce the error.
I check the log files in the application server; I didn't see a significative message relate with the error occured yesterday.

Go to 'manage your apple id'. Sign in. On left hand side you will see 'Edit your apple id'. Second option is 'password and security', Click that and you are at your destination.

What tool do you use to route/approve/track SAP security requests?

We're currently using Remedy Action Request System software from BMC to route/approve/track SAP security requests, and we were just wondering what other companies are using?

Hi Experts,
I want to use the tracking of an external URL. The tracking itself works fine, but I have the following problem:
The Tracking-URL http://www.google.com
is replaced by a redirect page that uses the local machine name e.g. "hgesst49.mycompany.de". As we want to use the tracking for external customers the redirect page needs to be accessible via internet.

Url security issue

here is my problem hopefully someone can help...
i have a globalhome.jsp page that asks general users these are members of the public...to enter an order number and their postcode...to track the status of their order...
this is the code in my jsp page that lets the user log in..

in the java backing bean i have code that basically checks to see if the details are correct then it redirects them to the home.jsp page that shows the order details...
this all works fine...
my problem is...
if i hit a button to back to the globalhome.jsp all the details are cleared from the textboxes (which is correct)
however at this stage where the login page has blank fields...if i type in the url ......../Pages/Home.jsp i am directed to the home page where the previous order details are displayed (which is wrong..)
how can i stop a user from seeing a page if they have not been directed to it through an action behind a button?
hope this makes sense....

i have tried adding the pages into the web-inf folder the same way i created them in the past however when i come to run the page i get a "Webpage cannot be found error"

Track URLs

We recently migrated to the iTunesU Public Site Manager and can no longer get URLs for individual tracks. I have looked on the track information screen in the Public Site Manager and attempted to right-click on the title of the podcast, but neither produces an option to display/copy the URL of the podcast track. Is there a way to find the URL of an individual podcast? (Not the collection - theindividual files that make up a collection).

As Duncan mentioned in his post, when you click the disclosure triangle, you can copy the link for a particular track.
When you paste that link in your browser, it does indeed take to you the Safari list for the FULL collection, but with the selected track "highlighted".
If you then click on the "View in iTunes" link, the collection opens in the iTunes Application with the selected track highlighted.
Seems to work every time. All the best...

OTA Provisioning - Midlet-Install-Notify session tracking / URL rewriting

Hi all,
While developing an OTA provisioning platform, I got stuck at the nearly end of solution(User Tracking), hopefully a small thingy for you.
Now looking for a solution/help/advice (Thanx). The details are
I am developing an OTA Provisioning platform for Java Games . Herez the flow:
-> End User (Client) requests a content by entering his mobile no. via website
-> Server sends a WAP PUSH (Binary SMS) to his mobile.
-> When User opens the WAP PUSH (SMS), it will connect via GPRS to the server and start retrieving the game ( I am using Servlet to stream the JAD File)
-> Then it will retrieve JAR file (path defined in JAD file)
-> I have defined:
MIDlet-Install-Notify: http://myserver.com/content?323
in JAD File. So after Installation the Mobile handset connects the URL specified. I am then grabbing the status code i.e 900 or 901 ....
Problem:
User Tracking: I am not able to track the user for billing purpose e.g there are number of users each having unique Ids. When they download the content the Install-Notify connects to servlet but i am not able to distinguish among users as i am not able to dynamically assign User ID to MIDlet-Install-Notify URL in JAD File.
I am in now in real trouble. If any one knows the solution how to maintain session or URL rewriting i.e dyanmically assign Parameters to MIDlet-Install-Notify plz share it.

Actually, this is not too hard: all you need is a server generating or at least processing the JAD-files. Then you can process the JAD file before it gets downloaded to the mobile device and add a parameter with the unique ID. Send this unique ID with each request of the MIDlet, and your done...
Code obviously depends heavily on your server technolgy and application architecture (e.g. database used etc.), on the MIDlet-side you need MIDlet.getAppProperty(String propertyName) (instance method of MIDlet).

Tracking down security patches by CVE number

This is regarding OS X Server 10.2.6
My NOC runs a series of scans on my server periodically (Retina) to alert them to un-patched vulnerabilities. They report to me a list of vulnerabilities that need to be fixed. These are given with their CVE numbers.
Often times, the report includes the helpful tip that often, vendors will patch the vulnerability for their own distributions, and the fact that you have a certain version number of something isn't conclusive. Now the problem is correctly informing the NOC of the status of the vulnerability on my particular machine.
Does anyone know an easy way to discover whether or not Apple has patched a vulnerability by querying with a CVE number?
I know.. the patch notes contain them, and you can find some things in the patch notes with search strings (I've found this to be a pain - you're never sure if lack of search hits means there's no patch, and I've received hits on a CVE number that have nothing to do with that CVE number).
So, what I'm looking for is something like
query: CVE-2009-0688
output: Status - Patched in security update xxx
or
output: Status - not patched. <link to somewhere to complain about it>

Beyond a [targeted Google search|http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=site%3Asupport.apple.com+cve]? Not that I've seen published anywhere.

Get URL + security

I'm a designer so be kind.
I read about security issues in using GetURL. Is this only with javascript? If I use the getURL to open a blank window where all the HTML and swf are on the same server are those pages and swfs safe from injection, etc? I'm working in Flash 8 with AS 2.0.

1. i know of no injection attacks that exploit getURL or regular html links. but i suppose anything is possible.

4. poor implementations of javascript have long been susceptible to exploitation. but i don't know what you mean by "the" javascript method.
in summary, there's nothing special that you need to do to secure a swf that uses getURL(). security precautions should be used (in the executable script) when calling executable script outside flash (like in javascript, php, asp etc).

Marketing attributes Updation Via Survey

I was able to assign attribute set to questionnaire, URL was generated for this Questionaaire.
Via WEB questionnaire is filled and the attributes should be filled automatically in the BP master data.
Though browser shows as valuse successfully saved ,updating in BP master data is not happening.
