Tracks listed but don't play

I have created a playlist that includes some spoken tracks. All of the tracks play as intended through itunes. However, when I sync my ipod, all tracks show up but not all of the spoken tracks play. They were all downloaded from the same site and are 2 to 6 second clips from movies or tv shows. Please help!!

Nope, not falsely... that truly is the way - however, when I double click, it just goes to another folder!! What have I done?? says the mouse. Anyway. . . I just went back to an older save of the session and manually reimported and edited things all over again. not cool. . . but I couldn't figure out what was going on. Anyway. . . thanks guys. Can write in the Selection screen statement with the syntax as

Extra networks listed but don't exist

If I go to the System Preferences/Network/Location Automatic/Show AirPort....I see By default, join "A specific network" as my only option. Then in the Network listing there are two extra networks listed but they are phantom and don't exist. In the upper right in the Show Airport status the 2 networks also appear.
How do I get rid of the extra phantom networks listed? Stumped......

The +/- boxes are available in the By default, join: Preferred networks but not in the Automatic mode. If I select the + button and use the pull-down for Network Name they appear again. They also appear in my Show AirPort status in menu bar. Can't seem to get rid of them......any thoughts?

I pod shuffel 512 shows the song in list but doesn´t play it, what can I do

My i pod plays all songs. Everything works. Just one song bought properly at I tunes, is not plaied. What I allready tried: I made a backup and deleted everything and restored it. I deauthorised and authorised my I book G4. I deleted everything on the I pod. It shows the song on the list when i connect my I pod shuffel to the I book. The I book plays the song from the I pod list, but the song is not existing acustically when you play the i pod. It´s the song "you know my name" by Chriss Cornell.

1 set your ipod preferences on max data usage as shown on site
2 get rebuild py from net (exe) and put it on your base directory of ipod and run it
3 set off the option that open ipod in itunes when connected

Strange problem with Audition 3.0 - Tracks Load, but don't appear, no tracks listed?

I've a collection of 15 songs I've been working on.
A few weeks ago, I loaded one of the sessions, only to find that the progress bar showed the loading of each track as normal, but there was no track data visible once the session opened!
Fortunately, I kept a back up, and transferred this over. However, now the backup has done the same thing, and I've done work on it since and don't want to have to go back to the old back up again.
What's weird is that, the files are all there listed in the directory, and appear to load, the session attributes and settings are all the same, but just no audio tracks are visible.
I'm sure there must be a way of recovering this, but I don't know what it is.
I've deleted the cache, which didn't help. I've copied the directory somewhere else, and back over again. - but no luck.
Any ideas?

Please help me solve this, this project is so close to finishing and this problem is really annoying me.

Still haven't solved this, even the backup no longer works...Would anyone be interested in helping me by letting me send them a project, making one simple change for me, then saving the project, returning it to me and exporting it as wav?

It's not letting me play my songs in itunes. They are all listed but will not play

Why will itunes not let me play my songs? I see all my purchases listed in gray but it will not let me look at them or play them from my music.

Now I don't know what to do. If anyone can help with this that would be awesome.
If the problem is in the "Event" then it sounds as if the thumbnail files have become corrupted for some reason. You could try deleting them from the appropriate "iMovie Events" folder and then closing and re-opening the application. This will force the application to re-generate the thumbnails.

Three songs out of 20 on album failed to download properly on my PC (windows XP) when connection was interrupted. Screen appeared prompting me to download incomplete songs. I did so, but three of the songs only play a few seconds even though they show full track times (ie 4:23). When I look to download the album or tracks again the messasge say all content has been downloaded. I downloaded entire album to my IPAD and it play fine. How can I repair the album on my PC? If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

Flash movies load 100% but don't play all the way through

I'm having some problems with my website. Out of the 8 movies
on my site, two of them load 100% but stop playing halfway through.
(Both are 30 seconds long but one stops after 10 seconds and the
other after 20.) When I preview the movies in Flash CS4 everything
plays all the way through, even when I preview in Dreamweaver as
well. But when I load everything and go to my website, they stop
playing. Is this a problem with flash, dreamweaver, or the media
encoder? Can someone please help me?

I am using the flv playback component in flash. I don't know
where the problem is because when I preview everything in flash all
the movies play all the way through. No matter how many times I
re-encode the .mov in media encoder it still stops at the same
place every time. I have gone back to After Effects and rerendered
the original .mov and tried again and yet it still stops in the
same place. I did have the same problem with another .flv file. I
re-encoded it and now it plays fine but the one I'm still having
problems with I have encoded 5 times and it STILL stops in the same
place.... I even watched the file in Adobe Media Player and it
plays all the way through. I don't know where the problem could
be.....

ITunes-purchased TV shows sync to iPod touch (2G), but don't play

I've been fiddling with this for days now, trying to prep my daughter's iPod touch (2G, iOS 4.1) for a long family trip. Any suggestions here are much appreciated.
I purchased Vol. 1 of "Road Runner & Wile E Coyote" (a collection of 7 cartoons) via the iTunes store earlier this week. The files were downloaded without incident. I can play all of them on my MacBook Pro and iPad through the usual applications and apps. But... before I tried playing them on those devices, I tried -- unsuccessfully -- to sync them to the iPod touch, using iTunes (10.0.1, Mac OX 10.6.4).
When I sync, all the episodes are properly checked for syncing in "Sync TV Shows". The thermometer-like bar at the bottom of that window in iTunes shows that they will be added to the iPod and that there is plenty of room for them. After syncing, the files have definitely been added to the iPod: you can see the progress of the sync in iTunes, and another 1 GB of file space on the iPod has been consumed.
But I can't find them on the iPod to play. The "Videos" count in Settings > General > About is unchanged when I add or delete these shows, and they do not appear for playback in the "Videos" app. When I add or delete episodes of other TV Shows (also purchased through the iTunes Store), they appear or disappear as expected. There seems to be something about these shows (or their files) that trips things up.
In iTunes, the Advanced > Create iPod or iPhone Version menuitem is grayed out; I assume that the files downloaded from the iTunes store include both HD and SD versions.
So... iTunes believes it has copied them over, the files are copied over, but they remain invisible in the UI of the iPod.
Has anyone a suggestion for what I might try next?

Imported songs show up, but don't play in iTunes

i'm having the strangest problem since last night - whenever i import songs from my hard drive into iTunes, the song shows up and plays fine for the first 5 or 10 minutes it's on there, but then after that i'll click on the song and nothing happens! then if i delete the song out of iTunes, import it again from my hard drive, the exact same thing happens with every song. same when i reinstalled itunes. the rest of my library plays fine as it always has...i'm hoping someone can offer a simple solution to this?? thanks.

Do the songs play in iTunes on the computer?
