Trading Secenario Error
Hi,
While i m doing the Delivery system shows the Error there is no stock in the Storage location but stock is there.
cycle is Order related Billing & Order related Delivery
What are all settings is required for Sales Document Type (OR), Item Category & Schedule Line Category.
In Order Type i mentioned Order related Billing: F2 & Delivery Related Biling : F2
In Item category what i need to do settings like Billing Relevance?
in the Schedule Line category ?

Go to VOV7, select your item category and check the field "Billing Relevance". If the scenario is delivery related billing, this should be "A" and for order related billing, this should be "B"
Next check in sale order schedule line tab at item level whether you could see the available stock under the tab "Confirmed quantity". Only then, you should be able to do delivery.
Also ensure that no other delivery is created and saved without doing PGI which you can check in MD04 where system will show the delivery reference.
Also check in material master MRP2 view what availability check is maintained. Then finally go to OVZ9, select the combination of A/02 (assuming your availability check is 02) and ensure that the box for "Include Sales reqmts" is not ticked.

After making required changes to the master data in Bw side, did you run the attribute changerun program?
Try running the attribute change run program which may help you.
For running attribute change run, go to se37 and run the program "RSDDS_AGGREGATES_MAINTAIN".
give your infoobject as input and execute.

GTM - One Side Trading Contract - error
Hi All,
I am trying to set up the system for GTM.
I managed to do the config. I assigned pricing procedure VKP003 for a sales area. This is working fine with the two sided contract. However when I try to create a sales trading contract there is no pricing procedure assigned and I am having an error "7 WV E 195 No entry for sales price calculation control exists for key VKP003 ENDPR". But I have assigned WWS003 as the sales pricing schema for a pricing type and assigned this pricing type to the plant. I dont understant why this is not picked up. Any help is much appreciated.

In testing, when the user enters line items, 2 of which a trading partner was entered. We left the other 2 entries blank inb trading partner. When the transaction is posted, all 4 line items have a trading partner which is not what we wanted.

This is from the document type settings (OBA7).
It is controlled by the flag Inter-company Postings.
If this is not set:-
a) Trading partner will be copied from eg Customer / Vendor.
b) The same TP must be in all line items.
If set:-
a) TP will not be copied from Customer / Vendor
b) The TP is permitted to be different in each line item.
In is advisable to use seperate Document types for when this flag is set.

Cannot connect to GET STARTED page

First off, I am sorry, I did a search and saw numerous posts on this issue, but about all of them either ended their replies after a user asked "Did you do this or that ?" or they just stopped posting... at most I saw some topics where it magically worked later on, but no real step-by-step instructions.
So, the problem: I installed XE 11g, no apparent problems during install (no warnings so I assume everything is OK), tried the GET STARTED link, but it said it can't connect.

So, can anyone tell me\help me on why that one isn't starting ? I reinstalled this 6 times and still can't figure out the problem... (as you saw, I even replaced the tns hostname with 127.0.0.1 out of paranoia). It's seriously driving me mad. Every topic I searched for (from the problem itself to even a step-by-step for dummies) shows an install, then the interface working... I see some questions regarding "I can't connect to..." but most are unanswered :(

jgarry: I believe what you explained may be related to the fact some reported the DB doesn't work properly when the event log is full (I just emptied mine so it doesn't apply). Normally I disable it but without it started, the DB is not working properly (not that I can get it started anyway).
There was a post on a site I found hinting at 3 things:
1. ORACLE_HOME must be defined as an env-var
2. ORACLE_SID must be defined as an env-var
3. there might be a problem with spfile
Regarding those:
1. shouldn't the setup declare it automatically ? I don't have it declared, but I added it (no change)As Orafad pointed out, Windows is different. It does have a search hierarchy it follows to figure out what the environment should be. So first, unset what you set and go into a cmd window and:

2. same as above, except I am not sure what SID to add so I didn't declare it ... The only 2 I have are PLSExtProc and CLRExtProc in tnsnames by default. I tried with each but the only thing that changes is instead of getting the shared memory realm error I get a TNS adapter error... trading one error for another is not funFor XE, the ORACLE_SID is XE (unless you do screwy things to change it). So now that I see you had some other db installed before, I suspect an environment collision. Delve into your registry and see what oracle definitions you have - this is a lot of work, things are spread around some, but searching for oracle is usually a good start. I'm not up on the 11.2 details (or others, really, I just have vague memories of seeing MOS notes that purported to explain clean up entirely, without truly doing so, and I avoid Windows as much as possible). I would uninstall XE, uninstall the other one, then search the registry for any leftover stuff, then install XE and see if it all magically works. But that is a fairly brain-dead way to deal with it.
So that said, you can set up a little batch file to set your environment in a cmd window (specifically ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID), and go into sqlplus / as sysdba and give the startup command. If you get the memory realm error, you have one of those wrong, if you get the tnsnames errors you can fix those following the advice in Ed Steven's blog. You can run tnsping to see which tnsnames.ora you are using, if you use one (which is determined by an @ sign in your connection string, which you should not need to connect locally, but if you do, you need to have XE defined in the tnsnames.ora, and may need to set TNS_ADMIN to get the right one).
Your tnsnames.ora should have an entry like this:

3. I don't have that file in the folder but I suspect it might be created on a first successful launch of the DBWithout an spfile you need to use a pfile, then create a pfile from spfile. But there should be one at C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\11.2.0\server\dbs\SPFILEXE.ORA (if you used default installation).

I did have WAMP installed at a point (uninstalled it) but if it were to conflict I guess SETUP would tell me (since the XE license doesn't let you use 2 DBs at the same time)Is that some mysql thing? That shouldn't interfere. It's only installing multiple Oracle products related some what to the Oracle database that can be a problem, and normally isn't with the more recent stuff.

There might b the condition table missing, either enter valid conditon table or remove the ACNO(acess no) from the JST1 access sequene.

I am getting following error validating trading partner. I have double checked the TP setup, everything looks fine. I had earlier successfully validated, later added a document type and trying to re-validate.

This occurs after I purge the b2b and even manually delete the trading partner that has the name that I require to change the server to (required for quality assurance testing). When I check the identifiers, there are two name ones (one of them is the one I am trying to change to) but I cannot delete any of them as it is grayed out.
Any thoughts?

I have tried all different combinations with the IP addresses and host names, but to no avail. Then I changed the Trading Partner Identification Type from MLLP Id to Sending Application (one of the customer requirements is to be able to identify the Trading Partner by the combination of Sending App/Sending Facility, since they are running multiple HL7 applications on one host). However, I still see the same error in the log file - for some reason, B2B is still trying to identify the Trading Partner by the MLLP Id. Redeploying the configuration didn't help, the requested identification type is ignored.
Please help! If needed, I can send the B2B log file, but maybe I'm missing something obvious.
BTW, the customer has installed the patch for bug 6439217 on October 10th. The B2B version is 10.1.2.2.0.

Error in denesting activity for the luggage trading items.
Hello experts,
This has reference to the Denesting activity for the luggage trading items in SAP. There has been an error in the basic configuration for this activity, as the denested stock is being incorrectly valued & consequently a wrong impact is being posted to the P&L. The actual landed cost for the nested item is not flowing to the denested items.
We have been correcting this manually till now through an FI JV. However we need to correct the system urgently as this has a serious implication & the impact is considerably high. E
Procedure for De-nesting:
The procedure for De-nesting is being carried out at BLL location & at branches. Transaction code used for the same is MB1A. Two separate documents are prepared for de-nesting.
In MB1A, first document is being entered for Movement type 201 for depleting Nested item stock (Ref doc no 65489076) & subsequent document entered for movement type 202 for creating de-nested item stock (Ref doc no 6548769659).
The MAP for Nested Item is correctly being updated with each receipt through Mov Type 101. However the MAP for denested item codes is not being updated since the stock creation is through mov type 202. The Old MAP updated at the time of code creation remains stagnant. Thus the denested items are being valuated with an old MAP rate.
In normal condition, the value of both 201 & 202 should match. As a result, the gap between the two kept on increasing & the inventory gets overvalued. The entries are posted to 8765987 (Consum-Intrnl-TMu2013 Dom) GL or 8765988 (Consum-Intrnl-TM-Imp) GL.

RatnamActivating ML is necessary because in my customer's company sell goods at planed price then revaluate value of inventories and COGS at actual price in the end of each of period. So we decide to use standard price control for trading goods and active Material ledger.
end of period, we run period procedure of ML for trading goods, we expect allocation different amount, revaluate inventories and consumption. Run revaluation step of costing run in ML, we revaluate all ending inventories and consumption transaction except billing transaction. So, we think that we need to run Ke27 to revaluate all line item document in COPA from billing.
so anybody to help me revaluate consumption amount from billing at actual price in end of period?

seems like you have to reverse the document without trading partner and re-post with Trading partner. Then it should work. If this is automatic postings and more often to happen in future think about pre-setting it in GL accoutn if possible or validations/ substiutions.

There are two ways to come out of this problem.
1. Change the identification criteria for the TP.
2. Use exchange level Identification for one TP. -
B2B SelfService Error creating Trading Partner .zip import file using ant
SOA 11g 11.1.1.5 B2B - We are trying to create an import file for out trading partners into SOA B2B 11g but are getting errors when we run the ant script to build the import zip file.
We ran the ant-b2b-util to get the b2bselfservice.xsd file, loaded that into jDev to show the selfservice.xml structure.
We have built a trading partner xml file and at this point have stripped it down to one TP just to see if we could get it to work and we keep getting the same error messages.
From the $SOA_ORACLE_HOME/bin directory (where we have placed our TP xml file: TPD_NA.xml) here is the command and results from running the ant script:

We have exported our metadata and looked at the doc_EDI_X12.xml file and ALL of these referenced documents exist in that file and can be seen by going to Administration --> Document and under the Document Protocols navigation --> EDI_X12 --> 5010 --> 810 --> 810Def (as an example).
If we strip out all of the SupportedDocumentDefiinition lines then the ant script will build an import file with just the trading partners and Identifications.
What are we doing incorrectly or what is not working properly to get the ant script to build the import zip file??

We have created (installed) all of the document types by installing them from the B2B Administration --> Document page.
The definitions in the Trading Partner xml file exactly match the definitions of the installed documents.
In the selfservice.xsd the <element> SelfService shows the profile:DocumentProtocols as minOccurs as 0 :

I am trying to post xml data into the invoice interface tables through the link <http://<<server name>>:port/servlets/oracle.apps.ecx.oxta.ECXOTAInbound>.I have created an xml with repect to the transaction map. But when I post this xml i get an error in ecx error tables: ECX_INVALID_TP_SETUP. Though the trading partner setup is correct. I am unable to proceed further.
