Traffic Light Color for Empty Requests Disabled

Hi Gurus!
I'm having a trouble with a DELTA InfoPackage associated to our 0VENDOR_ATTR DataSource... For some reason the "Traffic Light Color for Empty Requests" option is Disabled (grayed out), and that's causing the failing of its respective ProcessChain (since after Initialization of the data source there are no new data to load)... I was wondering if you may have an idea about what am i doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
As you have selected the option for the init package, the system is not allowing the same for the Delta as the same will be applicable for Delta as well.
The other place where you can set is at the Manage of the target or at the monitor (RSMO) level. If once set its fine for that target.
You dont need to worry.
Are you facing any issue for the data loads which are with 0 records at present due to the status? Do let us know.

Traffic light project for Multisim

Hello, I am trying to design a working traffic light for both N/S and E/W sides of traffic (i.e., six lights). I will build it later, for real, using the Elvis II breadboard. I have been looking around at other schematics on the web, I have drawn many of these on Multisim and none of them work. It also needs to be a U.S. traffic light, as the ones in the U.K. are different. I have tried many different combinations, with the 555 timer and the 4017 decade counter, but I don't know how these components actually work. I need help. The simplest circuit would be better, I know, like some kind of RS flip-flop or JK flip-flop (?). I don't know how these components really hook up together or how I am supposed to get the timing right, where the red and green on opposite times will stay on for a required time, like 15 seconds for demo purposes, and then go to yellow on the side the green was on for 3 seconds ( after the green goes out and the red stays on with the yellow) and then it flip-flops to green and red on the other side for 15 seconds. I don't know how to go about this. A good example would be very helpful. Thank you, brett1405

I am trying to build the same type of circuit in Multisim and am unable to get any simulation to run. The error keeps saying my "timestep is too short", which I have no idea what that means... Do you have any suggestions? I wasn't able to find the sample circuit in my Multisim version for the traffic light either.
I have what looks like a mess of a circuit and I don't even know where to begin to trouble shoot it...

I want to create a dial chart which will use the traffic light colors to display normal/warning/dangerous. However, I have not found anything about how to do it either at the documentation or threads in the forum. Could anybody who has already done similar things shed some lights here?

You can use an item value to populate the css section so just use some plsql to create the right css depending on your values.

Traffic light in RF monitor screen (LRF1) - how it is derive from?

This is a question about WM-RF. My question is how does the system determine the traffic light color in the RF monitor screen (LRF1). I read the SAP help portal and compare it to the screen and it still doesn't make any sense out of it..
On the SPRO, there is DEFINE QUEUE table, with thefollowing setup:

Thus the relation is: 6/10 = 0.6
Next, I went to LRF1 and saw this record with warehouse 110, and Queue B01GEN, and having the following value_:

Thus the relation is: 15/2 = 7.5
Why is it green? SAP help portal give the following explaination, and I don't know to derive it?
A- The queue tranffic light is green if the relation is less than the value given in the left relation field.
B - The queue traffic light is yellow if the relation is greater than or the same as the value specified in the right field.
C - The queue traffic light is red if the relation is greater than or the same as the value specified in the left relation field.
Please share if you know.

Traffic light in work orders

Hi!
I am searching for an traffic light overview for workorders. For example if some of them are overdue, Partially confirmed,.. I am interested in the system status and I want to assign the traffic lights accordingly to the system status. I use transactions "iw38 or iw39"
In our SAP System it isn't possible to activate the "monitor". Is this depended on the customizing?

Display Exception as Traffic Lights

Dear All,
is there any possibility to display exceptions per default as traffic lights in a BI 7.0 Web Application? We want to use the same functionality a local status exception is offering. Setting EXCEPTION_RENDERING to Symbol offers the arrow as symbol. Also the command set_exception in the is using the trend exception symbol as default.

Hi ,
You can display the traffic light symbols for exceptions in BI 7.0.
You need to create a Status Exception at WAD level by using List of Exceptions Web Item.
Then you save the executed result as Queryview.
Use this Queryview as the DataProvider for the Analysis Web Item.

How to delete request in yellow traffic light?

Hi experts:
I created one infopackage yesterday to load the vendor text from our DEV source system. Its update mode is "Initialize Delta Process". When I right click on the infopackage and select manage, I see this request is still in yellow and 'Request has a yellow traffic light in the monitor - Cannot be deleted.' And when I go to Data selection I got the information: "Init. select. for field name currently running in request ***".
Does anybody know how to delete the request still in running or in yellow traffic?
Another thing is when I double click on the infopackage a warning message will pop up with: " Assign a language field to IOBJ 0LANGU; danger of short dump". Do I need to take care of this warning?

Hi,
Make the request forcefully into RED and then delete it, you can do it in RSMO or goto Obejct and Manage and then Click on YELLOW color Ball and then it will popup one window there make to red and delete it.
The reasons for Yellow
Check the DataSource in RSA3, if it is working fine and able to see the data in RSA3, there is no problem in DS level, then checl the Mappings and any routines in BW for that DS, if this is also fine then check the below options.
See Dumps in ST22, SM21 also.
Check RFC Connection between ECC and BW systems, i.e. RSA1-->Source System->Right Click on Source system and Check.
You must have the following profiles to BWREMOTE or ALEREMOTE users.So add it. Bcoz either of these two users will use in background to get extract the data from ECC, so add these profiels in BW.
S_BI-WHM_RFC, S_BI-WHM_SPC, S_BI-WX_RFC
And also check the following things.
1.Connections from BW to ECC and ECC to BW in SM59
2.Check Port,Partner Profiles,and Message Types in WE20 in ECC & BW.
3.Check Dumps in ST22, and SM21.
4.If Idocs are stuck i.e see the OLTP Idoc numbers in RSMO Screen in (BW) detials tab see in bottom, you can see OLTP Idoc number and take the Idoc numbers and then goto to ECC see the status in WE05 or WE02, if error then check the log else goto to BD87 in ECC and give the Idoc numbers and execute manually and see in RSMO and refresh.
5.Check the LUWs struck in SM58,User Name = * (star) and run it and see Strucked LUWs and select our LUW and execute manually and see in RSMO in BW.

Tooltip for Traffic light when mouse over

Hallo experts,
I have a column in a ALV with trafic light(red, yelloy and green) . I woild like to have a tooltip text
when the user move the mose over the traffic light per row.
I use the class   cl_salv_table to output my ALV.
When is rood: article is not more in warehouse
when is yellow: quantity article very low, must be ordered
when is green: article enough in warehouse.

In BO 4.0 SP 9 when a administrator tries to schedule a report via CMC there is no error
But when a user schedules a report and the destination is FTP location -> Use default settings he gets following error

There is only one Job Server and the destinations are enabled in it
There is no Job server for Crystal Reports Job Server
Do i need to create it and how.

Please check if you have proper rights to schedule to FTP. You can create a new job server, whenever you schedule it, there are multiple job servers, it will handle based on the load. But it is not mandatory, depends on the load.

This is your husband's app, only your husband can update it. Apps are forever tied to the Apple ID that purchased them. No other Apple ID can update someone else's app.

I am installing Adobe Reader 9.0 onto a new windows xp corporate build for my company. We would like to have the Forms Preference "Highlight Color" Show border Hover Color for Fields checkbox unchecked by default for any user that logs onto the workstation. (All new WinXP profiles, and if possible, any existing profiles) Is there a registry entry that can be changed to ensure that this option is unchecked by default on our WinXP build?

Red Traffic Light for Datasources Delta Queues

Hi all,
Our R/3 source system is connected to our BW system.
Between the two systems we operated standard logistics datasources delta queues, by filling the setup tables and performing an initial update.
The datasources delta queues were created and used over a month (according to the RSA7 they all marked with green traffic light).
Now, we copied the R/3 source system to a new one.
After doing so, all the delta queues traffic light turned to be red.
Does anyone can provide a technical explanation/reason to this problem?
Also, is there something we could do to "save" this delta queue, without needed to delete it and create it all over again?

Yes, I'm using the same system name and system id. The new copied system has the same name and id like the productive system.
Also, it seems like the RFC connection to the BW is lost.
The question is why?
