I am downloading a trial version of CS6 Master Collection... when it gets to the extracting step it just freezes up... its been frozen for about 4 hours this morning. is there anyway to completely cancel the download and start over from scratch?

Trail Downloading Visio Professional 2013 64 bit version - Use with Office 365 Home Premium - Errro Office Click to Run 15 Extensibility Compenent

Attempting to load Trial version of Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 (64 bit version) to laptop - (system type: 64 bit operating system).
Office 365 Home Premium
Successfully downloaded Visio Trial and burned to disc - when attempting to run and install message :
"Setup Error:
We can't install the 64-bit version of Office because we found the following 32-bit programs on your PC:
Office 15 Click-to-Run Extensibility Component
Please uninstall all 32-bit Office Programs, then retry installing 64-bt Office. If you want to install 32-bit Office instated, please run the 32-bit setup."
Have viewed program files:
- there is no file "Office 15 Click-to-run Extensibility Component" to remove.
- there are no 32 bit files to remove.
What do I need to do to install Visio Trail?

Which Office 365 Home Premium editions did you install? 32bit or 64bit? Office 2013 doesn’t support running side-by-side installations of 64-bit and 32-bit versions of Office. For example, you can’t install Office 2010 32-bit side-by-side with Visio
2013 64-bit. This applies to both Windows Installer (MSI) and Click-to-Run installations of Office 2013. If you try to do this, you'll receive the error message and be prevented from continuing:

To resolve your issue you can install Office 365 Home Premium 64 bit + Visio Professional 2013 64 bit version.

CS5 Trail Download for Mac - doesn't work

Hi, I've downloaded the CS5 trail software onto a PC - Windows, NOT TO BE USED ON THE PC, but for my MAC Desktop.
I don't remember ever getting an option - for Windows or for Mac....
I did not install it on the PC.... BUT upon trying to install it on the Mac, I have no Mac File option!
Please please help!!!!

Apple Movie trailer download doesn't work in Lion

Has anyone have this problem. When I'm on the Apple movie trailer site, I select the trailer I want to see. Once the movie page loads, there is a roll bar to either select watch now or download the trailer at higher resolutions on my computer. I normally select the 720p versions and quicktime pops up and starts downloading the trailer. Since I've updated to LION, this doesn't happen anymore. Any solutions?

I think I've solved the problem. It's turning on the extensions to start the ClickToPlugin (2.3.2). Part of the ClicktoFlash extension group. Once I turned disabled ClicktoPlugin, everything worked. SO BE WARNED!

Can't open my trail download

downloaded the trail of premiere CC with the "Creative Clouds" and when i click on "apps" i can see my app and can click on "learning and tutorials" and there is a V mark where it's written " up to date" but i can't click on anything else. also at "Home" i can't click on anything but "learning and tutorials" . How can I enter my premiere?

Trail Downloads! Urgent response Needed!

As always I find the forums better to answer questions than Email Adobe for a Answer!
Basically I've started a new job for a company who want me to download a trial version of Photoshop/Dreamweaver
so I can put a report together to the reasons to switching to Adobe Web Suite, from what they use currently to design and develop
web sites. Unfortunately I haven't got the trails to hand to Install as my portable HD screwed up and unable to retrieve any information off it.
I need to be able to download these trails ASAP, but have been trying in vain for the last two days, I've emailed Adobe regarding this with no reply!
We are looking to get around 25 licence's but for some reason that doesn't seem to justifying a response, If anyone out there know how to actually get the downloads to start without time outs and web browsers hanging IE with a Direct link to Dreamweaver & Photoshop CS4 it will save me a lot of headaches.

I am NO fan of Adobe the company, but the quickest way to get an answer is to get on the phone. I just had to call them a few weeks ago and got through pretty quick. I would think if calling sales, they wont make you wait for long.

Adobe Illustrator has installed by for some reason will not let me log in to open.
Says i am not connected to the interenet which is incorrect - My interent connection is wroking perfectly.

Creative Cloud Trail Download Incorrect

The name of the file is CreativeCloudSet-Up_exe which will get you absolutely nothing. It should be CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe in order for it to run and install. OOPS! Someone made a mistake. There is no way to contact Adobe directly to let them know.
