Tranferring mp3 podcasts from iTunes to flashdrive mac

I want to transfer a podcast playlist to a USB drive in the order they appear in the playlist. However when I export them onto the flash drive they rearrange themselves. How can I export and keep my arrangement?

I was asking about players, not drives.
How exactly are you doing this?  Exporting using the export command is not the same as dragging files to a different drive.  Exporting generates a text listing of files.  Dragging simply copies the files.  Then, as I said before, unless your player is smart and can read the internal tags the files simply get played by the order according to file name.
Burning an audio CD will burn special audio format files in the set order, but then it is in an audio format CD, not a normal data CD.

    I have 61 podcasts on my iPod and in my iTunes library.
    I didn't want them anymore, so I unsubscribed and deleted the podcasts from iTunes.
    I synced to my iPod, assuming that the files would be automatically removed.
    But they weren't.
    I've tried checking and unchecking "Sync only checked songs and videos" on the iPod device page.
    I've tried checking "Sync all episodes of:.." and then not checking any podcasts.
    It's not worked so far. My iTunes is up to date and everything..my iPod charged..
    Im wondering HOW do you delete podcasts - or any other music, videos...etc - from your iPod and iTunes?

    You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store        
    It appears that the mess resulted in the iPod seeing the computer/iTunes library as a new computer/iTunes library. If you sync to a new computer your iPod gets erased and the media in the iTunes library ends up on the iPod.

    I added a password protected podcast and iTunes locks up on the authentication dialog. Spinning beachball... only thing I can do is force quit.
    Earlier solution was to go in and manually disable podcasts with Xcode. but then i can't play any of my podcasts.

    If you've read the Technical Specification you will find that the nano can only use Firewire for charging, not for syncing:

    So you can rule that out.

    The iTunes Store does not host podcasts themselves, only links to them, so you can probably find a direct link to any given podcast by searching the web. Then you can see what terms the providers of the podcast has, if any, for who can access it.

    it depends from the OS which is installed on your computer. At first you must access your Music folder which contains the iTunes folder:
    Windows 7:
    \username\My Music\iTunes.
    Windows XP:
    \Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes
    Mac OS X:
    ~/Music/iTunes/
    In this iTunes folders you can find a "iTunes Media" folder which contains your Music. This Music you can than copy on a flash drive

    Apparently cookies was turned off in Safari. I rarely use it so I have no idea how that happened. Anyway, turning them on seems to have cured the problem.

    Regarding the tags, on an MP3 CD iTunes simply burns whatever is embedded in the MP3 file.  From your description, it sounds like the Onkyo is seeing the filenames but not the tags, which does seem strange.  You may want to try the question in an Onkyo forum.
    If you don't need the pre-pended serial number, and don't care about the sequence, you can burn from iTunes as a data CD instead of an MP3 CD.
