Transaction code to access java editor

hi
i would like to know the transaction code to access java editor

Hi,
Never heard of anything like transaction code to open java editor. As mentioned above in one of the responses, best way to write java code is using NWDS.
However, if you are good at java and do not require assistance in methods and class selections while coding, then you could develop your code in editors like Editplus and then use NWDS to deploy the code on server.
However, for creation of java projects (with supporting jars, ears etc.), NWDS is very good option.
Thanks,
Bhavish

  • SQVI Transaction access to Users or Z transaction code---- Urgent please

    Hi Experts,
I need a information regarding ABAP Queries. I have created some SAP Queries in SQVI as per requirements from the endusers.
We don't have the ABAPers at the site for this purpose we used the SAP Queries to users.
So I need to give this SQVI transaction access to the Users is it good practice to give the authorization to end users(Some particular users)
Just display of the queries is it possible.
Is there is any option so that I can create the Z Transaction code in SE93 and include the tables in the Z transaction code to access so we can avoid any consequences on the SQVI transaction.
    Please provide me the details.

    Hi,
You can create a transaction that calls the query you developed. Then work on authorizations if you need.
Get in touch for more info goncalo.garcia(AT)gmail.com.
    Cheers.

  • Error while accessing transaction codes through URL's in IFrame UI element

    Hi Experts,
I have created Transaction iviews ck91N, ck11N, ck24 in SAP NW CE7.2. I am accessing these Transaction iviews through URL's in webdynpro java application. I am using IFrame UI element in a Roadmap UI for each transaction code.
when i access step1 i.e ck91N in a IFrame it is working fine then i click button for step2, it displays the following error.
    Error while processing your request!
    What has happened?
The call of URL http://yyyyyyyy:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui has been terminated due to an error.

Then next step3 it is working fine. If i change Road Map steps Ck11N,ck91N,ck24 in this order then first one is working fine second one gives error and third one is working fine again. It is working alternatively. I don't understand why this is happening? when i use LinkToURL for these 3 URL's then they are working fine. LinkTOURL opens in new browser(window) and in Roadmap i am accessing 3 URL's in same browser(window).

  • Unrestricted access for transaction codes

    Hi,
We had set Production Client settings in SCC4 as "No chnages allowed"
    for client specific objects and
"No changes to cross client & repository objects" in cross-client
    settings.
As a part of regular job Finance users needs access to below
transaction codes when the client is in non modifible Mode.
I would like to give access to below listed transcation codes for
selected users Without opening client everytime , I have assigned
SAP_ALL profile for two users but still they are not able to perform
their activity using below transcation codes when the client
    is "Nonmodifiable" state
    Transaction Codes List :
    S_BCE_68000174 - Enter Translation Rates
S_ALR_87003642 - Open and Close Posting Periods
S_ALR_87002510 - Enter Time Interest Terms
S_ALR_87002678 - Enter Referance Interest Values
    FTXP - Tax Codes
Please suggest us how to provide full (display, create, change,
generate) access to specific listed users for specific transcation
codes when production client is in "Nonmodifiable" & No changes allowed
    mode.
    Thanku

    Hello,
Usually it depends on some points of customizing, that allow you to choose how SAP treats those transactions. I mean, you can choose if they should be treated as business transactions or customizing. In your case, the application is configured to use those transactions as customizing. Depending on the business area, you have to ask OSS support to change the configuration of these transactions.
    Hope it helps

  • Transaction code for user menu, sap easy access

    Hi system experts!
Does anybody know which transaction causes the user-specific menu within "SAP easy access" (the welcome screen after login, like /n does) ?
I need it to be called from a portal iView, so that the usual sapgui-like screen with the user's menu appears in a portal screen, both for SAPGUI for windows and http.
Trx. S000 or SESSION_MANAGER does not cause the user-specific menu when called from the portal. These work least of all for call via ITS.
    thanks
    Andreas

    hi ,
The transaction code is SE41.. This is for creating Menus and tool bars.
you can also try SMEN it will call the user menu as you described in your post.

    Krishna

  • Authorization access Issue for Transaction Codes PA10 to PA40

    Hi Experts,
I have created Custom role for accessing ALL HR Transaction codes in IDES System and added to the user & Tested.
All transactions codes are working fine except PA10,PA20,PA30 &PA40
We have new installation of ECC6.0 (HR) IDES System.
I am new to HR Security.
Here anything needs to configure in HR System for accessing transaction code PA10 to PA40.
    Please help me regading this.
    Advance Thanks,
    BBC

I have checked in SM01, Transaction codes PA10 to PA40 are not locked.
    We are facing two issues
    1) when accessing T- Codes PA10 to PA40, System showing message: You are not authorized to use Transaction code.
Thatz the reason i suggested you to check with basis consultant. Becuas he is the power user he can only see that from his window all the autharizations
May be you checked from your user your user might have autharization. that user  might be end user who getting msg might not have authorizatoins.
    2) function module : HR_READ_INFOTYPE.
When Debuging this, It calls internal FM
    HR_CHECK_AUTHORITY_INFTY and returns exception
    no_authorization=1
See this means that that user have NO autharizatoins

  • We encountered a problem during use the Configtool access JAVA engine.

We encountered a problem during use the Configtool access JAVA engine.
Our environment of system as below:
    HardWard: IBM i570
    OS: IBM as/400 V5E3
    DB: DB2/400
    Application system:SAP XI 3.0
The problem we encountered as below:
Our company used XI 3.0 SR1 for exchange data between SAP R/3 and no-sap system. For now,we wanna create a backup system(for
offline recovery),so we backup the XI product system throught entiry system save in AS/400(we stopped the XI system before
save process start). And following,we restored from the tape that we save from XI product system to the new backup system(they
are whole different paratition),but the problem is coming.Describe as following item:
    1. The application seem to can be started but the java node always restart circularly(We have 4 java node now),I think
because of different of hardware configure(between XI product and Backup system) and lack of hardware resource.(XI prduction
have 5 CPUs and 22G Mem,Backup system have 2 CPUs and 16G MEM ).Therefore we wanna decrease the number of java nodes for
start application in backup system(throught configtool).
    2. We wanna use configtool to decrease the java nodes for start backup system. But we encountered a problem during running the
configtool ,the information of prompt dialog as following:
Error occurred while working with Configuration (Scanning).
    Msg:Error while connecting to DB.
We also see the system.log that below the directory of usr\sap\PXI\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\configtool,and found some error as
    following text:
