Transaction for active article list -sitewise plz

Hello,
You can get site-wise list of articles using transaction MM60. But this shows all the articles - active and blocked.
In order to filter blocked articles, you may create an SQVI query between MARA and MARC tables. In the query, include MARA-MSTAE and MARC-MMSTA in the selection screen. They should be set to blank while executing the query to get active articles.

Dear Colleagues,
In trx CRMD_ORDER, we have many search option based on category, traction types, transaction numbers, partners, person responsible .....and so on.
Now trx CRMD_BUS2000126, this is specific to activity maintainance.
So in short, CRMD_ORDER is the umbrella which covers many such traction likes CRMD_BUS2000126. Am I right?
So the questions is:
1) do anyone know what all such transactions (like for activity CRMD_BUS2000126) are there? There may be some similar transaction for opportunity, Lead....and so on
2) In above mentioned transactions, we do not have option to search the activity based on its Status (open, completed, in process). If I want to find the activities with status OPEN, where I can find it.

You can try searching activities by creating a selection variant. It has two status - Not completed & completed. So, you won't be able to distinguish between open & in process.

Is there any SAP standard transaction (s) or procedure (s) which will give the list of missing components/ parts per sales order, process order, stock transfer, projects, subcontracting apart from V_V2, CO24 & ME2O standard transactions?

SAP std transaction for missing parts list is : CO24 & also you find the same in COOIS with filtering layout of components and check box ticked Missing Parts.
Pls. check the same whether it fulfills your requirement or not .Else you need to go for Z-report.

Transaction list for a role i can able to take it from SUIM but not able to take the ACTVT for the role.

I think you have reached the state of finding the USER to ROLE relationship
Take the output to an excel,
COPY just the roles column exactly in order do not rearrange , use AGR_1251 like other experts have mentioned
insert the roles copied from you buffer and execute, the output will have multiple entries for each role take the output to an EXCEL again , make it unique and match the outputs between both the EXCELS.
It will be a little tricky to do this, but I think you are proficient in MS EXCEL.
This is one of the ways to do , there are many other ways to do it.

Transaction type 100 cannot be used for activity 'Acquisition from invoice'

My user got the error message : Transaction type 100 cannot be used for activity 'Acquisition from invoice receipt w/ affil. comp.'
when post the invoice via MIRO t code for 98% of the total amount.
The posting was is related to affiliated company, & by right it should pick transaction type 153 but it is pointing to 100.
If user post 100% , no error.
Please advice.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to know how to activate your workflow after transport ?
Normally, the status of a workflow is included in your transport (if I'm not mistaken)
So activate/deactivate in your dev-system and transport it..

IN BW UCCHECK transaction for Unicode does not list Transfer/Update rules

Hi All,
We are going to update our BW system to install Enhancement Package 1 SP 7 on our BW 7.0 and we are going also to convert our data base to Unicode.
We used the UCCKECK Transaction to have a list of the abap programs to be modified before the u201Cconversionu201D procedure.
But the transaction does not list the abap code included into transfer rules, update rules and start routines.
Have you an idea to recover them?
And do you think the conversion procedure will abort if these kinds of routines are not adjusted or they will go in error at runtime?
Do you have experienced this problem?

Hi Nils, sorry for delay in replyu2026
Unfortunately we started to develop our routines in BW2.0 and checking some of them we receive the error u201CIn Unicode programs, the "-" character cannot appear in names, as it does here in the name "W-DATE" u201Du2026
And further more in subsequent BW releases the same error is only a u201Cwarningu201D into a NON Unicode system.
So I think we should check and correct all our routines before the Unicode conversion.

IMessage waiting for activation. Phone number not listed in Send and Receive at?

I'm going to try to be as descriptive as possible, as I'm not too sure what else I can possibly do to resolve this issue.
3 or 4 days ago I requested a number change through my provider. Not knowing that I had to turn off iMessage whilst waiting for the change to occur, I left it on.
Later that day my friends were complaining that I was sending them texts from two different numbers, one being my new number, one being my old number. The thing is, I'm using the exact same SIM card and it's a little unusual to have two numbers for one SIM. I then realised that iMessage is ONLY registering my iTunes e-mail address and OLD phone number as an option to 'Send and Receive at'. I have spoken to Optus (my provider in Aust.) and Apple, I have gone into an Apple store, had the phone replaced, restored newtwork settings, restored phone altogether, turned on/off iMessage and Facetime, checked date and time, made sure my correct number is listed in Settings > Phone, etc etc etc I've done EVERYTHING listed in all forums that I've read from people experiencing this same issue.
I can choose to select my old phone number in iMessage, and can then send messages to others using iMessage from the old number, and if I switch it off, I'm then using SMS to send messages, and it's from my new number again! It's very frustrating not having all features on my phone working correctly.
If I switch iMessages and Facetime on, not using my Apple ID to sign in, it simply says 'waiting for activation' and after a few hours, tells me it was unsucessful and to try again. I'm all out of options now, Optus don't know what to do, Apple don't know what to do and I don't know what else to do! It's been 4 days! Someone please help!?

Just thought I'd let everybody know how it finally got resolved 1 week later!
After trying absolutely everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that Apple support, apple forums etc told me to do, the only thing that worked was turning iMessage off, waiting for at least 24 hours at then turning iMessage back on.
It activated itself within a few minutes, no dramas at all!

Change colour font for active line in clearing transaction

Hello,
Our system is SAP ECC 6.0 with SAP GUI 710. When the signature design is activated, we have a problem of colour contrast between active/desactive lines in the transaction for clearing document (F-32 for example) : the active line is in dark blue and the inactive is in black. So it is difficult for several users to clearly see the difference between the active/desactive lines and they must choose the previous design (Enjoy or classic design). In fact, in classical desing is the active/desactive line in red/black or in the enjoy in Electrical bleu/black.
I will add that it is not possible to change the colour theme in the design options in our configuration (perhaps is something missing ?).
Does someone know if there is a possibility to change the colour policy ?

How to find list of transactions for a given component

Is there any table that holds information about transactions.
My requirement is to retrieve all transactions for a particular component.e.g. list fo transactions for SD or MM.
I am into java and have need to develop a program to retrieve teh above information using sap jco.
Hence if there is any RFC or table holding this info please let me know.

Let us assume that one developer received a requirement on Material Management Module.
(Create Material)
Step1:
Go to the Transaction Code : SDMO.
Step2 :
Execute SDMO Tcode from SE93 or Press /nSDMO
Step3:
It will prompts for you a Dynamic menu with text box.
Step3 :
Enter your required description in that text box and press F8 or press execute button.
Here Iu2019m entering u201CMaterialu201D as description and pressing F8.
Step5 :
We will get the list of Transaction Codes associated with the description u201CMaterialu201D as Follows.
Step6 :
In the above list, we will get all Transaction Codes associated with the description u201CMaterialu201D
Search for your required transaction code based on your need.
Suppose if our requirement is to create a material then search with the word u201Ccreateu201D in the above list.
Step7 :
It will gives you the sub list of Transaction codes associated with Material and Create search terms
Step6 :
In the above list, we will get all Transaction Codes associated with the description u201CMaterialu201D
Search for your required transaction code based on your need.
Suppose if our requirement is to create a material then search with the word u201Ccreateu201D in the above list.
Step7 :
It will gives you the sub list of Transaction codes associated with Material and Create search terms.
Step8 :
If you observe the list, we got many Transaction Codes including
MM01 u2013 Create Material in the Sub list.
In this way we will get the required Transaction Code using the description only.
This is applicable to any module.

there is no transaction code for where-used-list..
its one of the buttons in application tool bar which if you click will tell you where,in which program or tables etc this object is used.
to retrieve the previous delivery quantity and quantity delivered for a particular material with reference to both material document number and material number,
use tables <b>likp lips and mara</b> and use material number and document number in where condtion.
