Transaction INVMON - Process Bill Entry - Error message EDEREG_INV590

Dear Gurus,
I'm trying to configure a supply scenario on the Supplier side, the objective is to updload grid usage bills and process them to create an agregated invoice on the grid contract account and also inculde this grid usage bills in the next periodic invoice of the customer, the first question is already if this is posssible, can we add the grid usage bill in the next periodic invoice of the costumer without recalculating it in our tarifs and just by taking the amount we received from the GRID?
When trying to process the document I'm receiving error message EDEREG_INV590:
No contract or service in invoice period 01.01.2014 - 21.08.2014 for sender N_IMEA
Where or how should I create the contract or the service that is missing, in the service provider I've already added the agreements for service provider agreement types INVINBOUND and REMOUTBUND, with from date 01.01.2000, the bill I'm trying to process has date 21.08.2014. And added all possible parameters for these two service provider agreement types.

maybe I can help.
As I understand you need a solution to take over the positions from the grid usage bill (wihich is from the DSO to you in role supplier) into the bill document (which you create in your role as supplier facing the end customer)
Such a requirement we cover in Germany with a so called SAP Consulting Solution named "eNNE - erweiterte Netznutzungseingangsverabeitung" which means in english language "extended Grid Usage Inbound Processing". This solution is not a SAP Product, it is an engineered service and contains code, which can be implemented into the customers system. The solution is customizable so that it can be tailored for the concrete customer needs (within the borderlines of the sultion ).

Vf02 -on releasing a Billing Doc , error Message F5354

Hi All,
On VF02 as I am releasing a Billing Doc, its giving an error Message F5354 (Account 4710018 in company code FR11 cannot be directly posted to)
On debugging , I found that xaccit_deb-cash should be space then only the u201Cifu201D code will be executed.
but it is coming as "X" , thats why it is not allowing Kunnr to be passed as well as Release of Document.
ACCIT_DEB is getting populated by a method Fill_ACCIT_DEB under BADI- BADI_SD_ACCOUNTING.
Can any one of you please help me out and guide me through some feasible solution so that the document can be released?

Post incoming payment process open items error message

Hello,
When doing incoming payment process for open items one error message shows :"The difference is too large for clearing". It seems I have to input some amount in cash discount area.But actually the case discount amount is 0 in SO condition.
Could you please help me on this issue?

In F-28 you can clear the amount but you need to give the exact amount for that customer.
The possible reason for getting that error while clearing is that customer must be having already some more open line items.
Just go to FBL5N and check the open line items and the total amount of that payer and then go to F-28 and then clear the amount

hi to everyone!
i want to display a user-defined error-message, if for example a select in an anonymous PL/SQL block returns more than one row. i tried it with an user defined exception, but i get allways the success message... how can i do that?

Delivery and Billing block error message instead of warning in VA-01

We have defined certain block codes for customer in delivery block and billing block, when i block the customer using these codes and use that customer in creating sales order VA01 i get warning message instead of error.
We donot use credit managment, Is it possible to convert warning mesg to error by configuration?
For overall block i get error mesg.

One way you set that message as a error message that control is there
Sales and Distribution > Sales > Sales Documents > Define Variable Messages
above path find the message and put the status as error message it will work fine

Processing a dimension error message failed to expand K2 function

Hi SAP gurus,
For doing processing of a dimension i am getting the error message,
Failed to expand k2 funtion for dimension P_ACCT'S member formulas
Members invalid On Dimensin (RPTCURRENCY:LC)
The error message is only when i am using FORMULA in a dimension, with out FORMULA its processing successful.
I checked with the development environment its working fine even i use FORMULA. But in production its giving the above error message.
How to Resolve the issue in production server.

Hi,
Please do the following on BPC Server:
1). unregister the following dlls :
K2processing.dll, K2processingInternal.dll and K2Logic.dll
All the above files will be in C:\.. \BPC\Websrvr\bin
(Folders)
you have to un each dll saparately at DOS prompt.
regsvr32 /u C:\BPC\Websrvr\bin\k2logic.dll
2). re-register the same dlls :
(K2processing.dll, K2processingInternal.dll and K2Logic.dll)
Running the DOS command for each dll
- The dlls are located in C:\BPC\Websrvr\bin folder
regsvr32 C:\BPC\Websrvr\bin\K2Logic.dll

I unregistered the K2processingInternal.dll and then register again, but the problem was not resolved.
and i am not able to find K2processing.dll, K2Logic.dll in both production and development servers.
in development server also we cant find the above dll files, but its working fine in dev server
The problem is in production server only if i use FORMULA.
please help me to over come the issues

What is the meaning of the following Biller Direct Error messages?

We have just installed the Biller Direct application in our QA box and after doing all the necessary set-ups (Simmilar to our working model in Dev). We are geting the following error message when we select a Customer to pull up the line items to be paid. What is causing this error?

Error -3150, normally mean there is no Internet connection or the connection is erratic and keeps dropping.
So you are in the wrong forum, I think iTunes forum would be more helpful.

Blog entry error message

I have posted 21 articles in a blog, and all appear on my site except the first one -- I get an "Error 404 Not Found" message.
iWeb put this entry and the second entry into the same folder. The second entry and all the other entries work, but not the first entry. All the other entries are in their own separate folders. I tried moving the first entry to a new folder on the FTP site, but my ISP tech guy said the site is made to pull content out of the folders that iWeb made, so I can't just move stuff.
So how do I get iWeb to do this properly? I tried re-publishing the site, but I get the same result.
I can't seem to find a link for this type of Support on Apple's web site, and I don't think phone help covers software -- or am I wrong?

It's been going on and off for me today and the only thing that has worked for me, is to keep trying. Close down iWeb, open it up and try again...and again. Eventually, in my case anyway, it works. Unfortunately, then it breaks down again and the cycle repeats.

Document Lock Entry Error Message

Hello,
I have an SAP EP 6.0, SRM4.0/EBP 5.0 system landscape. The shopping cart is used for document approvals as a workaround.
However, when a user clicks on the shopping cart document in the SAP Business Workplace Inbox, and tries to return to the initial page, using the "Back to Approval" link, a message is displayed saying
"the <user> is already processing the document>".
The SAP Notes 888306 and 751884 have been applied as recommended by SAP, but the error still continues.
I would appreciate any suggestions that will resolve this issue.

"DD8x". Error message for loading process:Operating system error !

Using the OLE command I receive the following error:
Cannot load the file "File Name" with the loading process "DD8x". Error message for loading process:
Operating system error <> !

I get the same error with the "DataLoadHdFile" command.
After the error happens, I cannot load any files in the directory until I

I'm curious why you compare the results of the "DataLoadHdFile" command with that of the "DataFileImport" command. The former is a time-honored DAT-file-specific command for only reading the header file contents-- NOT the data, and the latter is a brand new DIAdem 9.0 function for loading all sorts of data files-- TDM files included.
If you want to load a DAT file using an OLE command, why don't you try the time-honored "DataLoad" command, which is specifically designed for loading DAT files? The "DataLoadHdFile" command is really only used to do selective loading (specific channels or rows) of part of a DAT file. Do you want to load selectively, or do you want to load all the channels from the DAT file?
When you get the same error with
the "DataLoadHdFile" command, are you executing that command also through OLE automation, or directly in DIAdem? What happens if you try both the "DataLoadHdFile" and the "DataFileImport" commands directly from DIAdem (no OLE)?

Stop Transaction Error Message Doesn't Display

Hi,
I am using a custom message, like "Results Not Yet Confirmed", in the Stop Transaction action. But this error message is not displaying when I run the JavaScript code. I used the expression "document.<AppletName>.getValue(1,1)".
Any clues?

What display type are you using? An iGrid? If so, try
document.appletName.getErrorMessage()
Otherwise, please provide more details - the display type and which MII version you are using.

LE-TRM: Error message LTRM023 when executing LROUT

Dear all,
When executing the transaction LROUT, I get the error message LTRM023 "Site is not defined". I checked table LROUT and it is actually empty.
However, I created appropriate settings in maintenance views V_T340DT, V_T347A, V_LLOCT and all other SPRO entries related to my TRM site. Futhermore, I implemented all OSS notes related to LROUT or TRM route.
Then, I activated debug mode.
> Issue 1:

IF    ss_lloct IS INITIAL
   OR ss_lloct-locat <> i_locat.
SELECT SINGLE * FROM lloct INTO ss_lloct

The issue is that settings of table LLOCT are not red. I had to manually set i_locat = "site" to process further.

For this service ticket, kindly check the Org Unit maintained in Transaction and table OFIC_BILLORG_SRV are same. If not same kindly make changes in the following path in SPRO.
==> SAP Implementation Guide
==> Customer Relationship Management
==> Organizational Management
==> Cross-System Assignment of Organizational Units
==> Assign Billing Units to Service/Sales Organizations
