Transaction Lauch returns a blank page

Hi,
we have a problem with Transaction Launch.
In the Webgui of CRM 7.0 we use transaction launch to start some transactions from other systems like ERP. Clicking a link of WebGUI we could start the launching. But we got only a blank page. But if we enter the ITS-URL (which is defined in CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS) in an Internet-Explorer window and do the login, and retry the link of WebGUI , then the transaction can be displayed, and it works very fine, However unfortunetly we have to to this for each session.
Does anybody have a solution?

Check the source of the blank page.
Possible reason:
The logon page that is sent by the system contains an invalid comment:
"<!-- domain relaxation --!>". If the logon page contains more comments,
the entire HTML content between the two comments may not be interpreted by
the browser, and the page remains blank.
The browsers behave differently with regard to the defective HTML comment.
Mozilla Firefox seems to recognize the defective comment and displays the
logon screen. Internet Explorer seems to ignore the incorrect comment as
long as there is no other HTML comment on the page.
If you can find this line, implement the following note in your ERP system:
Note 1521043 - ICF system logon No logon screen.

  • Sharepoint Site returns a blank page

    Hi,
    I am working on a project with my professor and for it I need to set up SharePoint 2013.
    The installation process worked out fine. I created a new Application Pool, and also a Site collection associated with it.
    Central Admin page is working fine but when I try to open Site I created I get three login attempts and then a blank page is returned. I have seen many questions like this one and they advised to turn off Windows Authentication. I have turned off all the
    authentications and when I try to access the site I get no prompts asking for credentials but it still returns a blank page.
    When I try to access the same site from a different machine (no the server), I believe the page designer is supposed to come up. However, I get the SharePoint page saying "Working on it" and it stays there it does not go any further.
    PS: I am setting up a 2-tier farm.

    According to your post, my understanding is that you got three login attempts before it loaded a blank page.
    For this issue, we can run the following power shell command to disable the
    LoopbackCheck.
    New-ItemProperty HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa -Name "DisableLoopbackCheck" -value "1" -PropertyType dword
    You may have to restart the servers and will have run this from all of your SharePoint servers.
    You can also navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa in registry and create the dword32 for
    DisableLoopbackCheck, modify the value to 1.

    What’s more, we also can try creating a new web app in SharePoint Central Admin and see if you are able to access that site correctly.  If you are then the odds are that something went wrong during the provisioning of the original web app.

  • Submitting POST forms on certain websites returns a blank page

    Some websites with POST forms return a blank page when I submit the form. The data apparently gets submitted, so depending on the website I can refresh the page and it works fine. But some websites, this completely breaks the functionality.
    Most recently this happened to me clicking the "Ship to this address" button on Etsy (which is a site-breaking situation and refreshing took me back to the same page). Then I came here to register an account and, well, funny story, it actually happened when I clicked the Register button after filling out a username, password, and email address (but refreshing worked).
    Possibly related: around the same time this started happening, I noticed that 307 redirects would give me a blank page saying "Document has moved [link]here[/link]," and I'd have to click "here" to move on, as opposed to the redirect automatically happening.
    I've tried disabling add-ons and it hasn't helped.

    Clicking the Post Question button just now also sent me to a blank page, and refreshing just took me back to the Post Question form. Fortunately by confirming my account through my email, my question got posted. Otherwise I would have had to post on this forum in Chrome. The horror.

    I have Installed Sharepoint 2010 on  windows 8.1. Its working fine except when I clicked on "Create" link in viewlsts.aspx page, popup opens with blank page hence I am not able to create any list or library in my site.

  • About:Config opens for a fraction of a second, then returns a blank page

    When attempting to open Firefox's about:config page, it shows the confirm/warning screen for a fraction of a second, then seems to redirect to a blank page.
    I first noticed this just after installing Minefield, which I have now uninstalled - though I do not use about:config often and the issue could have started before then.

    Did you use the same Firefox 3.6.x profile folder with the Minefield 4.0 version?
    You should be careful with doing that because the two versions are not compatible (some files may get upgraded; extensions.sqlite) and you can get problem if you use that profile in the future again with a 4.0 version.
    Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).<br />

    Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems<br />

  • Automator Action 'New PDF Contact Sheet' returns a blank page

    I'm running into some bugs with Automator again. Seems like with each major OS update, things in Automator gets fixed while other things break.
    This time, the New PDF Contact Sheet action seems to have lost its functionality.
    To recreate the issue, I created a new workflow that , tion input and feeds them right into the single action (new pdf contact sheet), which outputs them to the desktop as a PDF file.
    Every time, the pdf file is just a single blank white page. Am I missing something here?
    Why is such a basic thing getting borked?

    It works for me.  Here's the workflow I setup:
    If the application is open dropping a folder of photos on it won't work. I  get the blank doucment.  One has to use the File ➙ Open menu and select the folder of photos.

  • Servlet seem to execute but just return a blank page

    I have two servlets that I am calling from a jsp.
    One servlet executes fine, the other seems to execute but comes back with a "done" message in the messagebar and no page whatsoever.
    I checked the web.xml. It is correct.
    Anyone have any ideas?

    Try "view source" in the web browser. Sometimes certain browsers don't display anything if you have e.g. a missing </table> tag.
    Check the web server logs - access log and error log. Do they record a succesful execution? Which server do you use -- e.g. Netscape / iPlanet / Sun ONE / whateverthehellit'stoday logs the number of returned bytes in the access log.
    Use a TCP/IP trace program (Unix -> tcpdump, Windows -> ethereal) to see what the web server returns.
    Or use telnet:
    telnet localhost 80
    GET /the/servlet.html HTTP/1.0
    Host: foo.bar.com
    -- the Host header may or may not be required by the web server.

  • CF8 returns blank page

    Hi,
    I have an Intranet application running on a CF8 Enterprise edition and the last few weeks we see a strange behaviour of our server: sometimes it just returns a blank page.
    This occurs in the morning of a random day, when the first people try to log in to the Intranet. When we view the source of the returned page, it is totally blank, not even a hint of HTML code. We tried finding a clue in the log files, but as no error whatsoever is produced, no trace can be found.
    The current solution is restarting the 'ColdFusion 8 Application Service' and everything works as normal. It intervals at around 5 days.
    CF version : 8,0,1,195765
    Operating System : Windows 2003 (5.2)
    Java Version : 1.6.0_04
    Enabled Session and Application variables.
    Does anybody out there experiance the same or comparable problems? Does anybody know of a more permanent solution?

    1. We used the Monitoring tool from the moment we upgraded to CF8, mainly to set alerts on JVM and unresponsive server. As in the logfiles, nothing of interest appears on the monitor.
    2. I verified that the key is valid and no doubles exist on the network.

(We normaly work with an alias to call the Intranet, I also verified that the alias is correctly translated and I do call the correct server)

  • Uses RequestDispatcher and it gives me a blank page

    Folks,
    I am tired of this problem.
    I am doing a shopping cart. When the user views (ViewChart, a servlet) his shopping cart and decides to delete some of the items.. his request will be handled by ProcessCart which is also a servlet. ProcessCart will not have any output to the user and it will forward the request (using RequestDispatcher) to ViewCart. It returns a blank page.
    ViewChart is not giving me any problem when i first access it. The request is forwarded successfully but ViewChart is unable to detect the request.

    if it is the case, may be you should use "/servlet/ViewCart" instead of "/ViewCart".

  • VirtualHosts loading blank pages in Mavericks

    I'm having issues loading VirtualHosts I've setup on my iMac, all that they appear to be returning are blank pages. I've tried multiple browsers, flushed my DNS cache, cleared browser cache etc but nothing appears to be fixing this.
    Here is what my /etc/apache2/httpd-vhosts/conf file looks like:

    I've tried to tail the apache access log and whenever I try to access http://test.dev nothing shows up in that file or the apache error log – it's as though my machine has absolutely no idea that URL exists even though I believe everything is setup correctly.
    Any ideas on how I can fix this?

    Hi,
    have you tried redeploying the CmcApp Do the following:
    1. Stop the tomcat
    2. Go to the webapps subdirectory found under the directory where the tomcat server is installed. (In Windows this should be <BOBJ installation directory>\Tomcat55\webapps ).
    3. Rename the CmcApp and CmcAppActions subfolders to CmcApp_OLD and CmcAppActions_OLD
    4. Restart the TOmcat and ait until the CmcApp and CmcAppActions folders are recreated in the webapps folder.
    Try again to use the CmC.

    - I set up an Apex Listener "Version:1.1.3.243.11.40" at "10.0.114.11" in standalone mode.
    - I configured Apex Listener via http://10.0.114.11:8585/apex/listenerConfigure and return with no errors.
    - I get http://10.0.114.11:8585/apex/listenerStatus, it returned this:

    If your OS is Linux you can update Firefox using the Package Manager / Software Center. After opening the Manager type '''firefox''' in the search area, tick '''firefox''' in the results and apply. You may also be asked to accept additional new dependencies.

    You can directly download the latest version for Linux here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
    It is a zip package and you have to unzip it and run the script file named '''firefox''' inside the unzipped folder. You have to go inside this folder every time to run this file or you can create a link to the '''firefox''' file on the desktop. In this case please note that the old Firefox installation will still exist and the usual links will open that instead of the new one.

  • When I select a link and a pdf opens, when I close that document a blank page shows and I have to the click the "return" to get back to the original page

    Example- I do a search and get a list of web sites, I select one which is a pdf document.
    After closing that pdf a blank page appears instead of returning to the original page of search results.
    Can I set up Firefox to automatically return to the original page?

    Is the PDF opening outside of Firefox in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, or another external application? Usually Firefox closes the blank window or tab immediately in that case. However, I have noticed that if the link was launched using the Ctrl or Shift key, or middle mouse button, then Firefox might leave it open. Have you noticed a pattern along these lines?
