Transaction Monitor u2013 Services Processes into BI

Hello Experts,
I'm wondering if it is possible to get tickets information from Solution Manager and have some statistics in BI.
For instance the average time of ticket resolution, number of tickets per team/person/month, etc, etc
At this moment Iu2019m using the ZNTP transaction in solution manager to access Transaction Monitor u2013 Services Processes.
I would like to install BI Content to have some summary queries about the activity within ZNTP.
I already connected BI to SMP and also replicated metadata, however the data sources available just by the name donu2019t help me much.
Perhaps I should check the content version within solution manager and BI but I don't know how to performe such verifications.
Thanks

using rsa3 in the source system I'm getting the follow error:
The extraction program does not support object 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H
Message no. R3009
Diagnosis
The application program for the extraction of data was called up using the invalid InfoSource/invalid InfoObject 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H.
System Response
The data extraction is terminated.
Procedure
Check the SAP Support Portal for the appropriate Notes and create a customer message if necessary.
Can you help me?

  • Difference between business activity and service process in transaction

    Hi Friends,
Can anyone explain me  the difference between business activity and service process in transaction category of service desk
    Thanks & regards,
    Shanmugam Balamurugan

    Hi,
Activity means e.g.. sales call, customer visit etc.
But service process means after you sale your product if some service related issue arrives then that is taken care by this transaction.
    Inspire by rewarding.

  • Transaction Monitor - Org Unit (Service) and Service Organization

When using Transaction Monitor I notice that there are two available filters:
Org Unit (Service) and Service Organization
When I try and use these filters only some of the Org Units I have created using PPOMA_CRM ae visible and most of the other org units are not.
How do I make all the other Org Units I have created visible to this filter option?
    Thanks
    Simon

    Hi Naveen,
We assign these Org Units on the support ticket in the support team field when creating the ticket. Do I need to make any further configuration as all the support teams I have entered on the tickets do not appear as a selectable option when using the Org Unit (Service) or Service Organization filters in Transaction Monitor.
I am sure there is somethign I am missing.
    Thanks for your assistance.

  • Internal Order on Service Process Transaction

    Hi All,
I have complex problem for which i need your guidence. Our Client wants is the internal order(r/3 side) for the service order created on the CRM using service process transaction. He has asked us to create a view using eewb trans having internal order field(aufnr). Now the problem  is how to get the internal order which is created at the r/3(automatically) side on the crm side.
Any input would be of great help.
    Thanks
    Gaurav

    Hi Madhu,
It is possible to create the return order as a follow up of the service confirmation.
All u need to do is to maintain the copy control settings.
I think it is better to copy the header level and not the items. Since ur service confirmation will have the items which are used and not the replaced items.
The replace item can be entered directly in the return order.
    Wish the information is useful.

I successfully acitvated the Business Process Monitoring.
    My problem:
I cannot choose/see any business processes in the area Business Process Monitoring Setup --> Business Processes.
I already defined the Solution Support Organization with 2 members and choossed all the monitoring roles.
    Qurstion
How to make visible any business processes in this area?
    Thank you very much!

  • CIC0 to Service Process

    Hi to All,
I am using CRM 3.1 and my requirement is as follows:
The document flow is from CIC0 to service process (Custom Transaction type), user is creating service process from CIC0.
There are two fields (In Contact details) u201CReasonu201D and u201CResultu201D. These fields need to b e copied into the service Process (Transaction: CRMD_BUS2000116)
Please let me know how to copy these two fields.
    Regards
    David

Use crm_copy_badi to enhance copying between documents.
in configuration of copying between your 2 documents create routine 9* for copying.
This routine should also be pointed as badi's filter.
Then it would be launched when creating follow up between your 2 documents.
    Regards
    Radek

  • Appointment in service process - BUS2000116

    Hi All,
I need to attach the appointment details while creating the service process transaction of business object BUS2000116.
I am using BAPI : BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI for creating my service process transaction.
I however know APPOINTMENT is the interface parameter for appointment creation. But I want to know how to use it.
      The Appointment types are :
    1. SRV_RFIRST     - First Response By
    2. SRV_RREADY   -   ToDo By
    3. LEASCONTCHNG -  Changed On
How do I use enter the values for these appointment types.
    Regards,
    Arul jothi A.

    Hi Arul.
You should fill one row for each appointment you want to insert
Make sure you fill at least following fields
REF_GUID       if you have filled that in the HEADER_INS structure
REF_HANDLE  (if you don't have the REF_GUID you should put a number in here, as also
in the HEADER_INS-REF_HANDLE, for example 0000000001).
make sure - these fields are identically filled in APPOINT and HEADER.
REF_KIND      'A'    (I assume your appointments are relevant on header level)
APPT_TYPE   <Name of your Appt> (Would be SRV_RFIRST for the first response)
Then fill the TIMESTAMP_FROM or the DATE_FROM/TIME_FROM with the values of your appointment
Last you put an 'A' into MODE (A for creating, B if you want to update an existing entry)
    Regards,
    Timo

  • Analysis Services Processing Task - Error processing

    Hi all,
I have a SSIS package containing an Analysis Services Processing Task. In case it fails, I want to insert the error messages in a table. I have create an SSIS package that fails because of dimension values that are not in the fact table. The package fails and
shows a number of errors in the debug window:
Error: 0xC1000007 at Create Cube, Analysis Services Execute DDL Task: Erreur interne : L'opération n'a pas abouti.
SSIS package "Step 2 - Create Cube.dtsx" finished: Failure.
However in the error list window there are 0 errors and 0 warnings.
So, why doesn't it show an error message in the error list when the package clearly fails. And how can I get the error messages from the log into a table? Thanks in advance.
    Hugo

Error list does not reflect what is getting to be logged, it is more for package validation.
But the same errors will show up in the status, and the output window.
Furthermore, if your log is table bound (e.g. the sysssiserrorlog) and in the log config you chose to log the OnError events then these will be captured automatically.

We created the service order with same items directly not as fallow up document to quotation PR created with out any fail.
As per my analyses above error because system unable to find out the Internal order to create the PR hence we created service order as a fallow up document of the service quotation.

     Dear Gurus,
Thanks for your update. we checked as per your suggestion but the issue is PR is not determining the IO while creating the PR.
We used the different item cat in quotation and service order system generating the PR, But our Clint want to use the same item cat in the both service order and quotation.
If we created the quotation after that service order with the service line item and spare part line item system creating the IO (internal order) but PR not generating.
Please help me in this scenario what should we do.
    Best Regards,
    Prakesh.
