    Hello BRF Experts,
We are created a BRMS connector expression, but when we tried to save it in a transport request, we obtain tha following message errors:
Might be an authorization problem; check Hot Package / S_CTS_ADMIN

    Hi Romina,
Thanks a lot for the info. I did take a look at the issue and found a bug. I will ask a colleague for a correction (note).
Can you pls create a customer message for us. Then we will attach the note to it.
Just copy & past this text into an attachment and create the message on component BC-SRV-BR.
The problem is that there is an SOBJ entry for the obsolete table FDT_EXPR_4002 but not for the table FDT_EXPR_4003.
There is a chance of a precorrection with transaction SOBJ
Position on FDT0000 and use the piece list button.
    Insert FDT_EXPR_4003 to the list.
Must be repeated for FDT0001 with table FDT_EXPR_4002S and for FDT0002 with table FDT_EXPR_4002T.
The note will contain further explanations.

  • Releasing Transport Request Error.

    Hi all,
I have created the Query Objects under a Transport Request in Development System and has to be transported to the QA system.
One thing i have observed is, when u create a Transport request for an Object.
Two Transport Requests will be created,
    For Example,
If "A" object is assigned a new transport request 1, two Requests will be assigned to this Object "A".
Those requests would be 1 and 2.
But here 1 request is empty and 2 request is holding the Object "A".
So while transporting the request 2, even since 1 is assigned to the object, even it should be transported,
but im gettin the following message as below and hence the Transport cannot be done,
"Task 1(TR 1) is unclassified and does not contain any objects,
As soon as you include objects in the task/request, the SAP system automatically assigns a type to the task"
So can any1 plz help me out what was the error and my next steps to be followed.
    Thanks,
    Sowrabh

    Sowrabh,
It's like creating Task under one perticular Request no...
Go to RSA1-Transport comnnection _ Drag the query you are intended to transport and check whether all objects are under same request..If not change the Owner of the object to you userid and then try to create a request..
    Cheer's

  • Checking Transport requests present in two different clients.

We have around 200 transport requests that have been transported by consultants from D01 to R01-client1/client2 and I need to check that which transport is present in which R01 system client.. i.e. a) how many of them are present in client 1, b) how many are in client 2 and c) how many are in both. We can check the logs of every transoprt through SE10 but Is there any quick/automated way of checking mass Transport Requests status ?

    Dear Raichandi,
Please follow the below steps to get the desired information.
    1. Login to D01 (Dev client) to find the released transports..
    2. Execute transaction SE01
    3. Go to "Transport" tab
    4. Give User as "*"
    5. Select "Request Type" by tick mark as Customizing Requests and Workbench Requests
6 Select "Request Status" by tick mark as "Released" only
    7. Click on "Display Button"
    8. It would display all the released transports requests.
    9. From here you can copy and paste all these requests numbers in the spread sheet
(CTRL + Y) then use Mouse to select the requets, (CTRL +C), and then paste it in exel sheet.
    1. Now Login to the R01 (QA client) to find the import status of the release transports from D01.
    2. Execute transaction STMS
    3. Click on "Import Overview (F5)" or the Truck Symbol.
    4. It will take you to the Import Queues for the Import Domain D01.
    5. This is the option where you can select the Queue to see the desired information for Quality/Stag/prod system.
    6. Now double click on the required "Import Queue" for R01 (Quality system).
    7. Now Go to  "Import History or (CTRL+ F7)"
    8. Change the Filters as required (may be for time interval or remove any filter on client -Clt)
    9. The import History will display all the Imported requests in all clients in one system (SID), so for your case it will display requests for R01/client1 and R01/client2
    10.  Copy  the same in the spread sheet...
    11. Do the VLOOKUP to find which are not imported in which clients.
Please provide the feedback if it works.
    Thanks,
    Vinod

  • TRansport Request Error

    Hi Team,
I am facing a error while importing a transport request. Whenever i import a request , i am getting a popup showing Predessor transport need to be imported . But my predessor Transport request is already imported.
Can you explain this why I am getting this POP?It is happening with all request whose predessor relationship has been defined.

    Hi,
Please make sure that there are no other requests from different projects. If this is not the case then you will find option Ignore Predecessor Relationships in STMS while doing import with this you can ignore predecessor relationship. But you will not get this option if there are any transport of different projects where predecessor relationship is defined.
    Thanks
    Sunny

I dont think there is any such TCode which ll delete your all transport request at a single scratch, you have to delete all your transport request one by one by using SE09 or SE10.

  • Check Transport Tool error

    Hi,
We are having a problem when checking the transport tool for our PRD system from the domain controller which is DEV system. Our landscape is this:
Our DEV system/server resides in one location, the QAS and PRD server resides on another location which has different network than DEV. Is that possible to configure the transport management system with that kind of landscape? And if it is okay for a transport route to be generated for the three systems?
When we check on the transport tool for PRD system from domain controller, we are getting inconsistent output. Please see attached screenshot.
    Hoping for a prompt response.
    Thank you!
    Regards,
    AJ

    Hi Deepanshu,
Yes i have configured it by including PS3 and QS3 in the domain system of DEV (Domain controller) and approved it their. but when i do the distribute and activate TMS configuration, QS3 and PS3 is interrupted. Please see below error:
And i again checked the RFC connections it is all working fine.
But when i check the transport tool for PS3 it says below error:
    Thank you!

  • Help on Transport Request Error

In a client System while transporting from development to quality the following two errors ended with number 8
Please could you give cause and Solution
    1.     ABAP Dictionary Activation (manually the checked the tables and tables were activated)
    2.     Generation of Programs and Screens.

    Hi,
While transporting the Tables , we have to take the special care.
See to it all the data elemnts , domains are activated in the dev server.
While transporting the programs , screens etc we need to check whether all the dependant includes function modules etc are transported together.
some times the data elements ,Function modules etc may not be present or active in the quality server.
To find out that, you can check the log in the quality server.
Or in the dev server you can check the activation log for each server.
Feel free to ask any other info..
    good luck..

  • Business Content objects transport request error

    Hi gurus
We have installed the Business content for CRM in development. Now we have moved the business content objects to Quality, but the issue was all the objects went and they are in the unassigned node. First time the infoarea for the respecitve objects were not selected. In development already the info areas were there, so i didnt select the infoareas for quality. But in quality nothing is existing. So my question is if i select the objects again with thier respective info areas, will i get the objects again aligned in proper order in quality. As already objects are there in unassigned nodes in quality will effect the next transport.
    please help me regards
    vijaykumar

    Hi,
<i>So if i collect the objects again for transport with the respective infoarea, will i get the objects from unassigned nodes to the respctive info areas.</i>
    It will definately works.
    By the by:
And also collect respetive Info object Catelogs also.So that Infoobject sits under proper Info area.Otherwise you will get same problem with IO(what you got with Cubes).

    'unimplemented function REPC_OR_DELETE DOCUMENTATION'.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
This is more related to the BASIS side,
still have found one solution in one of the thread. Still contact you BASIS administrator for it.
    Solution.
Is the error pointing at TP or R3trans?
In this phase, we get error coz of r3trans.
Please try following the note 206168. which tells you to change the r3trans.
If you have changed the r3trans earlier, then try using the same r3trans as provided in the kernel CD.

  • Tcode to look for a transport request number

    Hi all,
I have to look for request number details .I dont have access to SE01 . How can i look that details?

    Hello Priya
The standard transaction for finding transport requests is <b>SE03 </b>(choose option <i>Requests/Tasks -> Find Request</i>).
If you are not authorized to call this transaction try to execute the underlying report <b>RSWBOSSR </b>using transaction <b>SA38 </b>(menu <i>System -> Services -> Reporting</i>).

  • Critical objects in transport requests

    Hi,
I know that's possible to check transport requests and detect if they contain critical objects, previously mantained in table TMSTCRI. But my question is if it's possible to block requests that contain this objects and prevent an import in the production system, for example.
    Regards,
    Joan
Edited by: Joan Baptista Altadill Elías on Feb 10, 2009 4:15 PM

    Ji Joan!
... but you can prevent the release of such a transport request in the source system by maintaining the table with cirtical objects and by setting parameter CHK_CRIOBJ_AT_EXPORT into your transport profile.

  • Error in FM DDIF_NAMETAB_GET when deleting BI objects via transport request

    Dear all,
when importing a transport request in which several types of BI objects are deleted (Infocubes, DSO's, transformations, routines, DTP's, query elements, infosets, process chains). The import terminates only when transporting from acceptance to production with return code 12 due to an uncaught exception:
Transporting from development to acceptance did not raise this exception.
The ST22 dump (see below) refers in the "contents of system fields" section to a DSO, and to post-import activities. The DSO and the associated tables could not be found (rsa1 & se16), since they are deleted as desired.
Some of the relevant notes that I have found do refer to DSO related problems, but they all indicate to install SP19 which we already have installed (BW 7.0 Patch Level 23)
Could you please assist in pointing out potential solutions based on the information from the ST22 Runtime Error below?

    Hi All
We are also experiencing this same error when transporting deletions of multiple objects.
Although the transport was cancelled in the destination system (production) it appears to have largely deleted all objects successfully except for DSOs.
The DSOs still appear in the table RSDODSO (via SE11) but are not visible anywhere else.  When you try to view the DSO via RSDODS a warning appears saying "DataStore object to be deleted by transport -> delete only allowed".  If you try to delete them in this transaction the same ABAP runtime error as the transport appears.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

  • Error in creating Transport Request for a view table

    Hello all,
I have an ECC IDES 6.0 system named EC1 and another one which is ECC EhP4 IDES named EA1 which I have just installed.
One of my requesters has a view table named ZVAITM_TBLE in EC1 and she wants it to be transported to EA1.
So I created a workbench transport in SE10 and included the following:
    PgmID = R3TR
    Obj = VDAT
    Object name = ZVAITM_TBLE
But when I press enter, I encountered the following error:
No object definition exists for Customizing object ZVAITM_TBLE
    Message no. TK427
    Diagnosis
The Customizing object R3TR VDAT ZVAITM_TBLE is not defined in the tables of the Change and Transport System.
This means that you cannot use the Transport Organizer to edit it.
    System Response
    The function terminates.
    Procedure
First check whether the name of the object is correct. Then you (or the system administrator) should check the object definition, to ensure that the object was created correctly (transaction SOBJ).
If the object does not exist, then create it or delete it from the request/task.
I am new to transports so I have no idea how to proceed.
    Please advise.
    Thanks a lot!
    Cha Cha

    Hello Cha,
Kindly open this custom table using SM30 and try creating a transport request from there.
    Regards
    Vivek
