Transaction type 148: affiliated company indicator not allowed

I am trying to create new transfer variant for intercompany asset transfers, but when saving I am getting error AC768 Transaction type 148: affiliated company indicator not allowed'.
Interesting, transaction type 148 is not used in any of the existing transfer variants. Even if I don't change anything in any variant I am still getting this error message. I switched it off in t-code OBA5 (after adding it in OBMSG), but I am still getting that error message and I am not able to create new transfer variant.
Is there any other option that to modify this transaction type 148? It is standard so I don't want to modify it.

please go to transaction OABE and try to tick the Gross transfer indicator. kindly provide feedback if it solves your current error.

Perhaps you have maintain the account determination, just double check and ensure that both fields KTVZU (Acquisition from affiliated company) and KTVBAB (Clear.revenue sale to affil.company) is input with an appropriate account.

I keep getting the following error message during the upload in iTunes Producer: ERROR ITMS-9000: "Files of type audio/x-m4a are not allowed outside of widgets. then it names the file as an m4p file. Everything works beautifully on the iPad through Preview, and validates through iTunes Producer up until the attempted upload. If you've been able to accomplish this, please let me know how you prepared your audio files. Many thanks.

Today I received the same error that you all have been discussing. I tried selecting the DRM
and this did not work for me, though I'm glad it did for some. Here's what I did as a work-around. . .
Since iBooks Author did not have a problem with Videos, I simply used one of my video programs, ScreenFlow to turn the audio into a video file m4v. I added an image and extended the length or timing of the image to span the length of the audio file. Then exported as an .mov. I then opened QuickTime and opened the file and exported the file to iTunes.
You can use iMovie, Camtasia or any other progam that will allow you to export the audio as a movie file. Does this make sense? I hope this helps, at least in the short-term.

Getting a odd error. This code was working perfectly before a SQLServer upgrade.
The linked database is working, I'm able to pull up data from it in separate queries just fine.
I'm getting the following error.

can anyone spot the issue? I've tried sever variations of the same code, but still get the same thing.

It is not a good idea to use string dates for predicates in WHERE clauses.
Use DATETIME or DATE in predicates.
If you are not interested in the time part of DATETIME, use DATE datatype.

Thank you so much! It's updating now. I'm hoping that once the update is finished that it will sync like normal as well. Of course I'm still a bit confused/concerned about how it refused to update on it's own, but for now that's not a problem. Hopefully from now on there won't be any more problems.

But since I was updating I thought I would make a couple more improvements. I clicked disable portrait and made my pictures a little bigger to fit the whole page. But now I keep getting this error for multiple sound effects throughout the book. No. Each book is a stand-alone entity. It doesn't matter if the same audio file appears in another book.
From what people have reported here, it looks like there is a bug in the submission system. Other than trying the suggestions posted in the linked-to thread, I don't think there is anything you can do to fix it.
I would submit a bug report to Apple though. Quite a lot of people seem to be affected by this problem, and if they hear about the same problem from lots of different sources, that will (presumably) elevate the importance of fixing it.

It is because some transactions to be posted directly to Gl and some through sub ledger, so you can look at the transaction code for configuring/ using the special gl indicators.

Mvt type 313 Q via delivery not allowed

Hi,
We have a scenario in our priject where the material (project stock) has to be moved from a srorage location to the customer site which again has been defined as a storage location. For this we have enabled the stoarge location to storage location transfer stock transport order functionality. Now when I create a new STO (sloc to sloc transfer) document type UB a new delivery type XYZ to which mvt type 313 has been assigned gets determined properly. Then I create an o/b dely using Txn VL10B.
The problem starts here. When I try to do the GI I get the following error:
Update control of movement type is incorrect (entry 313 X X Q L _ P)
Message no. M7226
Diagnosis
The system could not find entry 313 X X Q L _ P in any of the movement type control tables.
Procedure
Cancel current processing.
Contact your system administrator.
Action to be taken by the system administrator
Check in Customizing for Inventory Management under Copy, Change Movement Types whether the entry is contained in the Update control view for the movement type.
If the entry is missing, proceed as follows:
For standard movement types, this means that the given process is not supported using the present data combination. Do not create any entries without prior arrangement with your SAP consultant. Otherwise, incorrect postings may result.
For customer-defined movement types (beginning with 9, X, Y, or Z), this may mean that they have not been fully defined. Delete the movement type and re-create it by copying a standard movement type.
This error is because of the mvt indicator L determined for which we do not have entry in update control in OMJJ. If I do this mvt 313Q and 315Q without a dely document it is allowed.
Is there any other way to work this out? Is there a way to add entry 313 X X Q L - P to OMJJ update control?
We need to have the delivery document as the material is crossing country borders when it moves from one sloc to the other.

313 is a manual movmement which does not even allow a Q special stock.
deliveries operate with automatic movements starting with a 6

The goods receipt for the stock transport order takes place using movement type 101 and can, if required, refer to the purchase order or to the delivery. If a purchase order item is flagged as a returns item in the stock transport order, you can post the goods receipt of the returns in the issuing plant with movment type 671.
Possible special stock indicators:
E, Q
For the special stock indicators E and Q and for purchase orders assigned to an account, you must ensure that the quantity is not posted to the stock in transit of the receiving plant.

Changing Period Indicator not allowed in numbering series setup

I need a little help to solve thi s issue.
Today i create a new posting period for year 2015 (sub peridos => months)
After that, i try to change the period indicator in ADMINISTRATION => SYSTEM INIZIALIZATION => NUMBERING SERIES, but at the update, i receive an error message like:
SERIES ALREADY IN USE -Name of the series- [Message 3535-9]
Before update to 9.0, every year i was able tio change the period indicator in Numbering series setup.
Have some advice??

For the highlighted row n. 8, i try to change the period indicator from 2014 to 2015.
Updating, i receive the error "NUMBERING SERIES ALREADY IN USE [Message 3535-9]"
I'm sure this operation was possible until the 8.82.

I have seen that here are discussions about the error, but I could not find a satisfying solution.
I put ONE audiofile in a media widget and now I am stuck for hours trying again and again to deliver the ibook first time.
Even after deleteing the page and the audiofile still Producer complains about it. that is really weird.
I unchecked all the drm boxes, sitll the same.
I really like to avoid building up the entire book of 124 pages only for a workaround.

I had the same problem. Someone at apple support sent me the following instructions and it worked to successfully deliver the package that kept getting the same error. By sample book they mean your complete book. Here are the instructions :
1. Open the sample book .iba file in iBooks Author
2. Click "publish" from the toolbar
3. Save the file and click Publish. The program will export and save the book as a .itmsp package in the location you selected.
4. iTunes Producer should automatically open once you have clicked Publish -- please close iTunes Producer
5. Find the .itmsp package in the location you selected
6. Control+click the .itmsp file in a finder window and select "Show Package Contents"
7. You should see the .ibooks file in the package -- this is the preview file that will need to be uploaded via iTunes Producer. You can drag the .ibooks file to your desktop or save it to any location of your choosing
8. Open iTunes Producer and click "Open Package"
9. Find and open the appropriate package
10. Under the Assets tab, choose the sample .ibooks file under the "Upload Publication Preview" section
11. Make sure all the metadata is filled out correctly and click file > save and deliver

Asset Dr Transcation Type 100
To, Vendor Cr
while saving the above document i am getting an error Transcation type 100 is not possible (Posting to Affiliated Company)
to explain further my client are using Trading Partner Concept, may be that is the reason document is not getting posted
In Transcation Type I tried to change Post to affiliated Company then system allowing to post the document, but in real sense we should not give post to affiliated company at Transcation Type
can anybody help, is there any alternative to go ahead

When there's a trading partner in the document, you need to use a different transaction type for external acquisition.
Have you tried this? (I've used this one. without chaging document type setting)
150 Acquisition from an affiliated company
Difference from Transaction type 100 is posting type. 150 has a posting type of 'Post to affiliated company' whereas 100 has not.

Transaction type field not copied into FLAGLFLEXT or FLAGLFLEXA

Dear all,
I would like to run a query on the transaction types used for posting line items. (initial balance, changes on the account, ending balance). However if I look into the totals table (new GL: FLAGLFLEXT or FLAGLFLEXA) I see the field transaction types present, but it has not been filled in.
Can anyone help me with finding a solution for this. Two possiblities:
1. How to get the transaction type into the totals table. The field is present, why is it not filled? Customizing?
2. How can I build a simple query from another table to see the transaction types used

The transaction type is there in BKPF, which you can use to link to FAGLFELXA. The common key is BUKRSBELNRGJAHR.

Service Request - Transaction type not appearing in IC Webclient Pop-Up

The service request transaction types SMRQ and YMRQ do not appear in the webclient pop up when i click on Create Service Request.
All the other transaction types are working fine.
I have checked the entries in --> SPRO--> Solution Manager --> Capabilities --> IT Service Management --> Transactions --> Specify several transaction Types.
The entries are SERVICE_REQUEST_TYPE / Seq No 1 / Field Value YMRQ

second check if you have below setting in wizard or confirm in transaction type in SPRO i.e. channel CRM UI

When i try to create the order i see the error as item category and MRP type of the material is not allowed.
I checked in Vov5 table, i could observe that Schedule line category is maintained.

Please assign the Item Category ZJTI and MRP type (for eg: PD) assigned to the schedule line category in IMG under Sales and Distribution--> Sales ---> Schedule line -->Assign schedule line
