Transactions are displayed as Garbage values in TH language
Hi All,
Please help with my below problem.
Users when loggin in to Th language are seing garbage values against Transaction names in Menu.
I tried to check the role which is giving this acess in TH language and it gave the below message when i displayed in PFCG.
"Text Does not Exist in TH Language.Text for this role Exists in Language EN.User Transaction SE63 for translation".
I checked that description for some transactions is displayed correctly in TH. But some others are not displayed correctly.

Not every single piece of text is translated in SAP... that why when you install a new language you choose a language for supplementation so when you find a piece of text that is not translated automatically is shown in the supplementary language.

HTML help file showing garbage value for french language
I want to show Help/Tips in my Java application.
The required help file is simple an HTML file which I am showing on a JPopupMenu using JHelpContentViewer editor.The problem is when I want to show this in Fench language a particular character is displaying garbage value.
But I open the same HTML help file in a browser (i.e internet explorer..) its showing me the correct value..

F1 Help content are displayed in english instead of the language logged in
Dear all,
The SAP version is ECC 6.0 unicode system.
we have imported chinese language and we logged in to SAP using chinese as the logon language.
when my end user press F1(perfromance assistant), the help contents are getting displayed in English.
We need the help contents also to be displyed in chinese.
Do I have to perform any other imports or any other steps to be done.
Kindly help me in this issue.

For Chinese, Help is English..
Generally Help is in English or German.
If you need any specific language u need to install SAP Help in specific language on the application server and do help configuration in the system.

MySQL transactions are not enabled
Hi,
We cannot connect to a MySQL 4.0 database with dg4odbc, although it previously connected ok when using hsodbc on 10g (we are now on 11g R2). Unfortunately, the MySQL database is part of a commerical software application, so we cannot make any major changes to the MySQL database or upgrade it to a more recent version.
The error we get when trying to connect to the dblink is [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Transactions are not enabled, option value SQL_AUTOCOMMIT_OFF changed to SQL_AUTOCOMMIT_ON {01S02,NativeErr = 502}.
Is there anyway to get past this error message. We are using the MySQL 3.5.27 ODBC connector. Both Oracle and MySQL are on Windows Server 2008 R2.

There have been some issues with DG4ODBC and the 3.5 driver accessing MySQL v4 so do you know if the MYSQL v5 drivers can be used with MySQL v4 ? This may be an option if possible.

Diff values are displaying in VAT report_S_ALR_87012357
Hi experts,
Our user is trying for VAT report in t. code S_ALR_87012357, different values are displaying in Tax base amount column and Deduct Input Tax as
Wrong Report:
Tax base amount : 303.40
Deduct. Input Tax : 19280
Gross amount : 19583.40
Correct report should be:
Tax base amount : 303.40
Deduct. Input Tax : 75.85
Gross amount : 379.25
Here deduct. Input Tax is showing very high values as 19280/- but should be 75.85
Please suggest is there any solution?

Display planned depreciation values for depre areas
Hi,
I have 2 depreciation areas, 01 for book and 04 for local depreciation.
How do I display the periodic depre values for 04 in asset explorer posted values tab if I don't want to maintain a derived depre area?

if area 04 does not post, you will not get any info on the "posted" values tab. Simply because this area does NOT post to G/L then.
Only parallel depreciation areas, or real depreciation areas which are part of the definition of a POSTING derived depreciation area get also period values stored, this is the exception. But a standalone real depreciation area, which does not post and which is not parallel will not store period depreciation values.

Year values are displaying with comma ex: 2,013

We are Using OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0 , In the time dimension hierarchy, the year values are displaying in the reports with comma separator i,e., 2,013
I want to remove the Comma in the year value of hierarchy.
Could you please help me anyone to achieve this.

Y/t - graphic: discrete values are displayed continuously
Whenever I want to display discrete values in a y/t - graphic, they are displayed continuously (adjacent function values are connected)
See for example:
The lower graphic should show the following discrete function:

But as you can see, adjacent function values are connected. I couldn't find out, how I can change that. Hope someone can helb me!

Old values are displayed when i click the back button of the browser
Hi all,
I am having a INPUT screen having 2 textfields and a "Confirm" button. When user enters values in these textfields and clicks on "Confirm" button, another CONFIRMATION page is displayed where these values are just displayed as h:outputText. But when user clicks the back button of the browser previosly entered values are getting displayed in the INPUT screen. My question is how to remove these values or set to null on click of the Back button of the browser?

In MC26 I am getting below warning for Incom. Returns, Gross returns, Net Returns 1, Net Returns 2, Returns items, Returns Qty
Incom. returns: Updating with date field VDATU can be set up restrictively only
Message no. M!208
Diagnosis
While updating the key figure Incom. returns the data field MCVBAP-VDATU for the period determination is used.
Updating via MCVBAP-VDATU causes a different result online as for statistic data set up. Online, MCVBAP-VDATU is filled with the current date (SY-DATLO); during set up, however, it is filled with the creation date MCVBAP-ERDAT of the item.
By using VDATU document changes you can see in the statistics that this type of 'delta updating' cannot be reproduced by a statistic data set-up. During the set-up the data is updated in different periods as in online updating, thereby causing the change history to be lost.
Procedure
Be certain that this is the type of updating you want.
In MC26 the Credit Memo Update Setting is VD Billing document and Type of Updating is A Cumulative updating
while as in Credit memo pricing procedure there is no subtotal. How to maintain it in Pricing procedure and in MC26 because in MC26 after pressing the change button the system is displaying the following message "Maintenance of SAP standard updates not allowed"

Display only positive values for a particular Keyfigure
Hi..
(Sorry, I accidentally posted this also in Datawarehousing forum, actually it related to BeX forum).
For a particular column(keyfigure) in my report, the user wants to display only positive values.
I used the formula from the one of the forums
(Keyfig > 0)* Keyfig.
This displays only positive values in the column as required. But, the result for this column is also affected. As the result is negative, it shows, zero in the result for this column.
Is there a way in which the result will not be affected by the formula?
I went into the properties of the particular keyfigure and chose Calculate Result as -> Summation.
It throws out the following error message
'Calculating result as...' was not executed
Message no. BRAIN141
Diagnosis
The function 'Calculate Results as ...' could not be used in all
instances.
The recalculation of a result cell always occurs based on the set of
detailed cells subordinated to this cell. This is the most detailed
level of the drilldown. Therefore it is not posible to recalculate in
hierarchical lists. The calculation of a results cell is not performed
if a cell or column with an expand symbol is assigned beneath it.
Otherwise the newly calculated result is changed every time one of its
lower-level nodes is expanded. This is not supported for technical
reasons and would also only confuse users.
Note, however, that calculating with "Suppress Results" is always
executed because the restriction described above does not apply in this
case.
NOTE:
The query shows the keyfigure values for a selected title, for profit center and territory hierarchies.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

LEAF(keyfig) gives all values "zero" for that particular column including the result.
NOT LEAF(keyfig) gives all values "one" for that particular column including the result.
So, ur formula gives the same values as of the present column values.

Comparing transaction summary against target revenue values
Hi,
We have a powerpivot model that contains transactions and revenue amounts by year, quarter and product. Each product has a defined revenue target for each year and quarter, which are contained in a lookup table.
We've created a pivot table that does a simple summary of total revenue of transactions, summarized by product, year and quarter. We want to also display a column that shows the target revenue for each product, by quarter and by year, which is available
in our other table.
We've been able to successfully "lookup" the target revenue values however, we are unable to get the information to aggregate successfully for each quarter/year and product due to the fact that it is pulling the target value for each transaction.
Below is a mockup of a pivot table that we would like to see. We have been able to get the summary by quarter/product for each transaction really easy. What has proven to be challenging is getting the target revenue information to display. The closest result
we have been able to achieve is by doing a lookup on the revenue target data and displaying the "max" value, which will correctly show the max by quarter. However, the subtotal and total amounts for the targets are using the max value, and thus not

Not to display the null values from data base
Hiiii.
In a jsp file i have ten check boxes.The jsp file is mapped to a servlet file for parameter requesting and to
store it in DB.
The unchecked box values has null values.All the values are store in a Mysql DB table.
Again i have to display it in a jsp page from table.
The problem am facing was,how can i display only the values in a row.it must not display the null values and the crresponding column name.
Or any other way is their like below
How i can retrieve only the selected check boxes from tht jsp file.and store in backend.

Need to display the Stock Values at storage location level - 0IC_C03
Hi All,
I am developing Stock Movent Report on 0IC_C03 - Material Stocks/Movements.
I have more than one storage location for plant. Stock quantities are calculating at storage location level and Stock Values are calculating at plant level.
I have no issues with quantities. Only problem with Values.
2LIS_03_UM is not picking the starage location, so that the revaualtion values are falling under unassigned nodes. When i set filter on storage location these values were not showing as they are under un assigned nodes (#).
I want to get the Stock Quantity and Stock Values at Storage location level in my report.
I found that soulution for that is Applying SAP Note : How to Realize summarized display of stock values on storage
I have done development as per the document. But when i run the Query it is going to debug mode first and then it saying This program cannot display the webpage
Can any one faced the same situation, Please help me if so.

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
What you can try:
Check your Internet connection. Try visiting another website to make sure you are connected.
Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
