Hello everybody
I finished SRM installation and when I go to SRM browser web page, any transaction is possible, even if the role for the user is administrator,I  click to process purchase order and the system only duplicate the page but not display the Po creation page, this occur for all transaction.
Please is there some configuration that must be done to solve this problem?
Thanks
Nilson

Hi
Will describe minimum entries:
1) Execute Txn SM30
2) Give Table TWPURLSVR and click on 'Maintain' button
3) Click on 'New Entries'.
Logical System : ENter your SRM system's logical system (e.g. SRDCLNT100)
Web server: Enter <server host>:port (e.g. sa123.us.gdc.com:44000)
Web protocol : HTTP or HTTPS (whichever is defined for your server)
Save

  • Transaction types(PO types) not visible on SRM 7.0 portal

    Hi all,
We added transaction types in the SRM 7.0system.But these are not reflecting in the SRM 7.0 portal.
Under Purchasing role ->create Documents -> Purchase order .
Once I click on the purchase order it is giving a table with columns PO type and PO desc.
and showing a message the table does not contain any data.
But SRM consultant added the transaction types(PO types) in the backe nd.
    Is there missing configuration steps?
    Thanks and regards,
    Rajesh

    Hello Rajesh,
    Few more pointers, if works:
    1. Check the roles, sometimes security restricts role by document types.
    2. Extended classic scenario is activated.
    3. As a standard, there are 3 purchasing tabs in SRM 7.0 for buyer depending on portal roles, ECC, SRM & harmonized role (ECC & SRM), Check if you are trying to create PO in SRM/Harmonized role purchasing tab & not in ECC. Easiest way to check is you will have shopping cart POWL visible in SRM purchasing tab.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • Contract price not appearing in SRM PO

    Hi
I have created a Contract in SRM of type Purchase contract. I have entered the per unit prices in the contract. When i create a Purchase order with reference to the contract, the contract price is not being picked up. Also the price is not being picked up in shopping cart.
If we use conditions for Price in contract the net price field in BBP_PD does not show the net price but displays the gross price. Need inputs to rectify the same.

  • ECC Transactions in NWBC Browser SRM 7.0

    Hi,
    I´m SRM 700 SP08.
I dont have Portal Netweaver and now I´m using Netweaver Business Client. I would like to show ECC transactions in my NWBC too.
I have created a role ZTEST with role menu:
    MM01
    MM02
    MM03
In Target System i have my destination (Backend System).
My user have this role, but I cant see the transactions MM01, MM02 and MM03 in NWBC.
I need to do something more?
    Thanks,
    Pedro

    Hi Pedro, Iñaki
I´m using Netweaver Business Client for SRM. I need to show BI reports also. These BI reports are in different system.
The launchpad is configured such that it shows SRM reports in one section and BI reports in the other section. The problem is SRM reports get executed while BI reports do not. It states that the Query does not exist in the server. The queries exist in BI but I don't know how to change the reference, i.e. how to tell the system that the BI query is in the BI environment and not in the SRM.
Any pointers regarding the issue will be of great help.

  • SRM 5.0 External Catalog is not working in SRM 7.0

    Hi,
I am  facing an issue with External Catalog. It is working fine in SRM 5.0 but not working in SRM 7.0. I added the returntarget parameter and HOOKURL but still no luck. The parameters I have entered are
    http://www.xxx.es/punchout/sap/ocipunchouthtml.aspx?username=xxx&password=xxx
    USERNAME     XXX   Fixed Value
    PASSWORD    XXX   Fixed Value
    retruntarget    _top    Fixed Value
    HOOKURL                 Return URL
The issue is that when I directly put the catalog URL in browser, it takes me to correct page from where I can shop but if I click the same link through SRM 7.0, it is navigating to some other page of vendor catalog from where items can't be added to shopping basket.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks,

  • Special G/L transactions not defined for bills/exch.and down pmnts ERROR

    Dear Experts,
I am trying to park document via F-63 - Invoice Parking - General  to park  down payments made to vendor using following details in initial screen for F-63:

    SGL Ind ________A
after pressing enter key the system prompt error message that is:
Special G/L transactions not defined for bills/exch.and down pmnts
    Message no. FP030
    Diagnosis
You have selected a posting key with a special G/L indicator of type 'Bill of exchange', or 'Down payment'. Document parking is not defined for special G/L transactions of the type 'Bill of exchange' or 'Down payment'.
    System Response
Document parking cannot be carried out.
    Procedure
Select a different posting key or special G/L indicator. If the posting is a 'One-time posting' to a rent contract, select a different transaction type or post the document directly.
HOW CAN I PARK DOWN PAYMENT DOCUMENT FOR VENDOR. KINDLY PROVIDE SUITABLE SOLUTION.
    REGARDS

    Dear,
Your special G/L "A" is set as Down Payment/Down Payment request, this is what cause the error.
To meet your requirement just go to FBKP select special G/L "A" enter your chart of accounts and go into properties, change
Special G/L transaction types to Others from Payment/Down payment request.
Advances can be created as Special G/L transaction types Others
If parking is utmost required by you then according to me you should create two special G/L for Down Payment. New created should be used for parking and default by SAP you can use with functionality like F-47, F-48, F-54.
System is stopping you because down payment functionality is provided exhaustively in SAP so you should follow that.
Please analyze the process exhaustively and implement to smoothen your process.
    Regards,
    Chintan Joshi.

  • Creating a query that provides a default transaction type for those transactions not categorized?

How could I create a query that provides a default transaction type for those transactions not categorized?
    So assuming I have:
    * Transactions table (with transactions)
    * Categories table
    * transactions_categories table - allows to allocate multiple categories (with a percentage)
     - tranactionID
     - categoryID
     - percentageAllocation
    * Usage is such that only non-personal categories have been applied through out data.  So there is a lot of transactions with no categories applied
    Aim:
    * Want to create a query that creates a list of all the allocated amounts, so would include as columns:  transaction.tDate, transaction.tTitle, categories.name, allocatedAmount(calculated from percentage * transaction amount)
    BUT:
    * How could I include in the query, the entries that cover all transaction that haven't been allocated, to a default category "personal", where the allocated Amount would be 100% of the transaction value
    * And also (if it were possible), for transactions that have been categorized but not for the complete transaction value (say only 50% was allocated to a category), how to to cover this off to.

To default the value of the category:
    select IIf(IsNull(Category),"Personal",Category) as Category,IIf(IsNull(Category),"100%",PercentageAllocation
    ) as PercentageAllocation from [yourtable]
What do you want to put the values of these ones:
And also (if it were possible), for transactions that have been categorized but not for the complete transaction
value (say only 50% was allocated to a category), how to to cover this off to.

  • Transaction not authenticated. payment_status= pending_reason= result=

Hello, all! I am using a third party merchant to help process payments and send download emails. In my sandbox enviroment, the setup works flawlessly. I am using my wife's paypal account for testing purposes when purchasing from my business account. When payment completes, I receive notification and the payment is in my wallet. However, the testing account never receives the download email and does not return to my download page. Instead, this is what is on the screen... Transaction not authenticated. payment_status= pending_reason= result= Any ideas, why? It's driving me crazy. I believe my business is verified, but the testing account isn't completely confirmed. Thank you for your thoughts.

    Hi,
If you would like to maintain status reasons, you will need to go through the following customizing steps:
    1) Define you reason codes into a "code group profle" (also called "subject profile") for catalog A2
SPRO > CRM > Transaction > Settings for activities > Define activity reason > Define code groupe profiles
    2) Then assign you profile to each status
SPRO > CRM > Transaction > Settings for activities > Maintain transaction cust for Act. > Assign status and subject profilefor each transaction type.
    Hoe that helps,
    Kind regards,
    Nicolas.
