MIRO transaction related

Hi Experts,
How can i capture multiple vendors for a particular purchase order in transaction MIRO through BADI Invoice_update.There can be a situatin where a particular purchase order can be linked to multiple vendors ( due to change in address), if the scenario exits i want to throw a pop up message that multiple vendors exit for this purchase order and when the user goes to post this MIRO,and the related vendors should be available under F4 help in invoice party ,how can i do this with this BADI.

while doing material transactions in transaction open interface iam getting above error......Kindly help me as i am struck here and it is high priority issue and need to be resolved as soon as possible..

Change Layout transaction SCAL / SCA6_D - Year Overview ECC 6.0

Can I change the layout of transaction SCAL / SCA6_D to "write" layout and not ALV layout?
I would like return the leyout as ECC 5.0. Is it possible?

When you change the std settings that time you have to create your own variant and save in that variant and then enter that variant in variant filed and remove the use std settign check mark then you will see your fields are nothidden any more
about the pricing tab i can't help you because we are in ECC 5.0 so i don't know what u r taking

Error in Transaction launcher - CRM 5.0 / ECC 6.0

Hello all,
I am trying to pull one ECC 6.0 transaction into CRM 5.0 IC webclient through launch transaction.
When I click the link in the NavBar, I get the logon box for ECC system but after I enter the logon details below error message is getting displayed.
The transaction call failed
Reason:: Function module EWB_PROC_CREATE does not exist
But this FM exists in both CRM and ECC systems.
Any ideas about this error message?

I am not sure about the EEWB extensions.
Initially I created a launch transaction using BOR method the path of the ECC logical system is given as below.
http://ssever:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CRM_CIC_RABOX
But now I've changed the path as: http://ssever:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CCMP_RABOX
and it is working now. I am able to pull the transaction from ECC although some other data flow issues are there.
So looks like there is some issue with the serivce CRM_CIC_RABOX in our system.

Warning Messages related to Reconstruct Availability Control for Project

Hi Gurus,
In Transaction IM52 - Change Original Budget for Investment Management Program, after changing the Budget Values of Investment Management Position and when we check the transaction for error, we get Warning Messages, the warning message is as follows:
You Must reconstruct the availability control for Project P.000XXX.
We tried to reconstruct the Availability Control in Transaction CJBN and again checked for errors in IM52, then also we get Warning Messages.
As these are only Warning Messages we can ignore and save the modified budget values for the Investment Management Program. But we want to know whey these Warning Messages are keep on cropping up inspite of reconstructing the Availability Control for Project.
You inputs on this will help us immensly.

I am also facing the same issue.
Even if i am having enough budget, while making a PO, the system says " Budget exceeded".
i could processs the PO, after performing CJBW (deactivate), CJEN (refresh) and then performing CJBV ( activate availabilty control) for that project.
This is repeating everytime i make a PO. is there any permanent solution?
Even after performing all the above, if i check in IM52, and check for budgets (perform from menu), the error is " You Must reconstruct the availability control for Project P.000XXX"

Transaction Launcher to open an ECC transaction

Hi Experts,
My requirement is to launch an ECC transaction VA01 from CRM Interaction center.
1. It should open the VA01 screen with the Order Type populated, say for example 'OR'.
2. When I click on Continue, it should show the creation screen with the sold to party defaulted as the confirmed BP ID.
I have done the folowing steps till now.
1. I have created an ECC Object as a copy of Object TSTC. I have implemented the method Execute( Synchronous option checked). I have added two parameters to the execute method one called as SoldToParty with reference to KUAGV-KUNNR and the other SalesDocumentType with reference to VBAK-AUART.
2. I generated, implemented and released this object.
3. In the CRM system, I have configured a Transaction Launcher with reference to this BOR Object. I gave the parameter for Object Key as VA01 and the SoldToParty as the current customer and I have hard coded the value for the SalesDocumentType.
4. I have configured the Logical Links and added it to the work center.
Now when I click on the logical link, it opens up the ECC transaction but nothing is defaulted in the VA01 screen. I debugged the PREPARE DATA FLOW METHOD. The correct parameters are passed.
Why am I not able to see the defaulted parameters in my transaction. Please help. Thanks in advance

Hi Raman,
The links talk about generic tranaction launcher. My requirementis to default some values in the ECC transaction.
I found this link with the steps to default values:

It is said that "Redefine the method EXECUTE to read these parameters and perform the required action. In your case you could call the transaction using a BDC table, or set the SPA/GPA parameters before calling VA01".
I am not sure how to do this.Do you have an example of the EXECUTE method?

Cross-System Copying of Transaction Types from CRM to ECC

Hi Gurus,
We have a requirement where we need to create followup transactions from CRM to ECC.
eg:- We want to create a Sales Order in ECC as a followup transaction to a Service Ticket in the CRM.
1) So please guide what needs to be done inside CRM.
2) Is there some specific list of ECC transactions which could be created as followup to a CRM transaction or any ECC transaction can be created as followup.

You need to ensure that transaction type and item category of ECC and CRM are in Sync. Maintin followup of your transaction type.

Basically, the same transactions are used. I don´t see a different treatment until now.

Trigger Transaction code from BW to ECC

I am looking for a procedure for automation where in i need to trigger a transaction code in ECC as soon as the process chain starts in BW. so this is from BW to ECC
The results of the Tcode in ECC needs to be store so that later they can be validated with the BW report once the process chain is complete

1) Define a Custom ABAP Program (eg : Z_EVENT_RAISE)..........call the FM : BP_EVENT_RAISE or RSSM_EVENT_RAISE..........and trigger an event towards BW .........specify BW as RFC destination...........
2) Create a R/3 Job in SM36>> use the Program Z_EVENT_RAISE ......
3) In BW schedule the PC..........and in the Start variant use this Event..........
ABAP code to trigger Process Chain (Weekdays)
