Transfer 3g microcell to another user

I recently discontinued my AT&T service. Within my most traveled area, I just couldn't seem to get a good enough signal, so changed to another company. I have a 3g microcell unit that I had in my house and it gave excellent signal as long as I was in the house.I have a friend about a hundred miles away that has problems in his house. How can I reprogram the microcell so that he can use it? Can it be transferred to his account?

Transfer of projects to another user

i am a new user of logic , problem I am faced with is when i tranfer a project folder via e-mail with an added recorded instrument track (drums)to my guitarist , he can open the project but cannot hear my track and vice-versa ...
we can see in the BIN that there are locks ...or exclamation points

The file path for the related audio files will still be the one for your computer so he will need to change it accordingly in his Project settings.
I don't know if you've already done this, but using 'Consolidate' under the file menu makes sure that all relevent files are copied along with any instruments and related samples - there are options in the file dialog box - just to make sure everything is available to the recipient.

Transfer macbook pro to another user

How do I transfer my Macbook Pro to my son so he can use his own Apple ID. Right now, it comes up with all my settings. I tried re-installing the OS. But, It still requires my own Apple ID and retains my apps etc.

It's possible that the water caused your hard drive directory to be corrupted when the logic board shorted out. You may want to try repairing the now-external drive with Disk Utility's Repair Disk routine. If it reports making any repairs, run it repeatedly until it reports that the disk "appears OK". Then try Migration Assistant again.
If that fails, then perhaps the disk itself was damaged by the spill. You could go one step farther and try using data recovery software on the drive:

Transfer itunes store balance to another user

I was given a gift of $40 for the itunes music store, I am unable to use it. Can I transfer this balance to another user?

I am not entirely sure that this would work, but the only way i would know of to try would be to go to the itunes store and on the right click on "redeem". This brings up a list of options and in the top right hand corner i believe it says something about giving a gift on itunes. If you then chose the option that says e-mail gift certificates you may be able to give it as a gift to someone and have it draw out of the credit you have, but i must warn you ive never tried this and i am not postive as to weather it would draw out of the credit you have or if it would come straight out of your account. Its just a theory but its one ive never tried, but so far no one has come up with anything else so i hope i helped in some way.

In Mail Preferences/Accounts/each GMail account, set up the SMTP Outgoing Server for each account separately, going into SMTP name/edit/Advanced and specify the Username of each account. The Outgoing servers must be two different servers, authenticated by the Username and Password of each.
Otherwise, the GMail SMTP server will change the from address to that of the account where the SMTP server was setup.

How can I access the movie made as another user? Even if I copy the project on my desktop, it does not open in IMovie when I am the user.

Your best option would be to use an external drive to make the project available to other users on the system.

Transfer iweb website from one "User" to another on same computer

Hi there, I've been building two websites using one .mac account. Now I need to send one of the websites to another .mac account so they can be completely separate from each other.
I created another "user" on my computer so that way I'll have only one website loading each time I open iWeb determined by which "user" I have open on my computer.
Here's the problem...how do I get the material from iWeb to transfer to this new "user" I created? I chose "PUBLISH TO A FOLDER" and then dragged that folder to the SHARED FILE, and then dragged that folder onto the new user I created...but when I open iWeb on the new user it doesn't display anything from that Folder.
Where do I put the material from that folder so that iWeb will read it when it opens? I can't find an "import" button, or anything like that.

iWeb stores your data in a domain.sites2 file in Home Folder/Library/Application Support/iWeb.
Copy this file and paste it into the equivalent location in the other user account.
Make sure you give this user "write" permission.
