Transfer Attempt Warning Event ID 1155

Does anyone have any idea why I keep getting warnings such as the one below? I have checked all of the restriction tables but everything looks good. Any ideas?
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: CiscoUnity_ConvSub
Event Category: (14)
Event ID: 1155
Date: 2/25/2009
Time: 1:42:31 PM
User: N/A
Computer: UNITY
Description:
Transfer attempt for Call Handler: SA(extension: 2803) failed on port 5. Possible reason could be the dial plan on the phone system does not allow this dial string: 2803. The dial string used was taken from the Call Handler's Contact Rule: 'Standard'.

Does this seem to happen only for calls that are transfered to an ACD group?
If you can narrow it down to a specific call handler or notice that it is happening very frequently for a specific call handler, try adding a comma or two to the dial string to see if this reduces or eliminates the problem.
This is definitely shooting at the hip type troubleshooting, but many integration issues like this are timing related. There is a post-dial delay setting in UTIM but this would affect every call for that telephone integration. So adding a call to a particular call handlers dial string is less intrusive at this point in the game.

  • Disabling Warning: Event id 2887 ActiveDirectory_DomainService

    Hello togehter,
is it possible to disable this bloody warning?:
    Event ID: 2887
    Event Source: ActiveDirectory_DomainService
    Event Type: Warning
    Event Description:
During the previous 24 hour period some clients attempted to perform LDAP binds that were either:
    (1) A SASL (Negotiate Kerberos NTLM or Digest) LDAP bind that did not request signing (integrity validation) or
    (2) A LDAP simple bind that was performed on a cleartext (non-SSL/TLS-encrypted) connection
This directory server is not currently configured to reject such binds.  The security of this directory server can be significantly enhanced by configuring the server to reject such binds.  For more details and information on how to make
this configuration change to the server please see http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/LinkID=87923.
Summary information on the number of these binds received within the past 24 hours is below.
You can enable additional logging to log an event each time a client makes such a bind including information on which client made the bind.  To do so please raise the setting for the "LDAP Interface Events" event logging category to level 2 or higher.
    Thanks for your helps
    OWA

    Hi,
To fix the error and enhance the security of your network, please consider configuring the domain controller to reject unsigned LDAP communications. Meanwhile, client
computers that currently rely on unsigned binds or LDAP simple binds over a non-Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) connection will stop working if this you make this configuration change. You should first identify all the client computers
    that are using unsigned binds.
When unsigned binds occur, the domain controller will log Event ID 2887 every 24 hours, indicating how many unsigned binds have occurred. If you want to learn specifically
which client computers are using unsigned binds to the domain controller, you can enable diagnostic logging for LDAP Interface Events.
For more information, please refer to the following link:
Event ID 2887 — LDAP signing
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd941856(WS.10).aspx
In the meantime, you can ignore this warning if you do not want to force all the clients using LDAP signing.
    Thanks.

  • Using warning events in combination with temporal reasoning

    OPA settings and environment settings
    OPA version
    10.3.0.77
    OPA Project properties
    Rule language: Dutch
    Region: Netherlands (Dutch)
We are using temporal reasoning to make decisions. Example: 'Decision X' is initially 'uncertain', from 01-01-2012 'true' and from 31-12-2012 'uncertain'.
Now we want to use an warning event in case Decision X is uncertain between a certain relevant period, for example between 01-01-2012 and 31-03-2012.
    something like
warning("decision could not be made") if
decision is uncertain between 01-01-2012 and 31-03-2012
    Is this possible?
In case it isn't possible, is there another solution for this problem?
    Thanks in advance.

For the purpose of this explanation, 'Decision X' is 'the person is happy'. Here's an idea to try...
Create a regular rule which checks whether 'the person is happy' is uncertain at any point in the specified interval:
the warning message should be triggered if
IntervalSometimes(2012-01-01, 2012-03-31, it is uncertain whether or not the person is happy)
Then create a Warning event rule, e.g.
Warning("Decision could not be made.") if
the warning message should be triggered
You could combine these two rules into one rule, but it will be easier to test if you add an intermediate attribute, e.g. something like 'the warning message should be triggered' I used above.
For more information about the IntervalSometimes function, search on "IntervalSometimes" in the OPM Help.
    Cheers,

There is precious little information on nvidx.dll.  That may indicate malware.  I would run malwarebytes just to eliminate the possibility

  • How do I transfer complete iPhoto Events on a MacBook Pro to Aperture Projects on an iMac?

I take the MacBook Pro with me on trips and will download images from cameras to iPhoto, typically on a nightly basis.  I will always delete the clunkers, but will also do some preliminary iPhoto or Aperture editing when time allows.  At the end of the trip, I want to move the trip's 'Event' from iPhoto over to a 'Project' on the iMac.  I hope to avoid either exporting them to .jpgs then importing them onto the iMac (would lose the original version and any post-processing versions) or doing a Migration from Mac to Mac (very time consuming and leaves cleanup to do on the back end).
Are you aware of methods to simply transfer an entire Event and import it as a Project so that I can still have original versions of images and be able to do more sophisticated editing in Aperture on the iMac?
    Thanks much.

Install Aperture on the MBP. Then it's a simple process:
Export the Event as an Aperture Library. Copy it to the iMac. Import the Library to the main one there.

  • How do i transfer my iphoto events to an external hard drive and have the pictures remain within their original events?

How do i transfer my iphoto events to an external hard drive and have the pictures remain within their original events? Every time i try it splits up all of my pictures one by one. You'd think you'd be able to just drag and drop the event, but no such luck. Help!!

What version of iPhtoo do you have?
To export the photos in an event use the file menu == export command - see the user tip on exporting for the available options
TO use your iPhoto library on an external drive
Moving the iPhoto library is safe and simple - quit iPhoto and drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity to the external drive - depress the option key and launch iPhoto using the "select library" option to point to the new location on the external drive - fully test it and then trash the old library on the internal drive (test one more time prior to emptying the trash)
And be sure that the External drive is formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) (iPhoto does not work with drives with other formats) and that it is always available prior to launching iPhoto
And backup soon and often - having your iPhoto library on an external drive is not a backup and if you are using Time Machine you need to check and be sure that TM is backing up your external drive

  • When I transfer photos as events, they change their order from iPhoto on my Mac, how do I stop this?

When I transfer photos as events, to my iPad they change their order from iPhoto on my Mac, how do I stop this?

    Thank you for your response.
I am sorry I should have said Image Capture not Previews. The files end up as duplicates on my desktop or in Pictures. I was told by someone that the same thing happens in iPhoto as well as not being able to select which photos to save and that using Image Capture should be better.
My iPhoto is version 8.1.2 and Image Capture is 6.0.1.
    Thanks

  • BUG: File History fails with no warning- Event ID 201

I apologize for the long post but I want to summarize everything I've learned about this so far, as it looks like a critical bug.
I am unable to get File History to backup my files with Windows 8.1.  I set up a 1 TB USB HDD as the target drive and it seemed to run for a minute or two, and then quit completely without any warning.  It created two empty folders on the target
HDD, but no data was backed up.  I then clicked "Run Now" to try and get it going again, but nothing happened.
Under "Advanced Settings" I opened the event log, and saw an Event ID 201 was created each time File History attempted to run: "Unable to scan user libraries for changes and perform backup of modified files for configuration C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\FileHistory\Configuration\Config".
I've pasted the entire error below.  The "Event Log Online Help" link opens to "Page not Found" on TechNet.
A Google search revealed other users are experiencing this problem, too (links below).  Some people have been able to solve it by excluding libraries and/or moving all of their data out of the libraries then replacing it one folder at time, running
FH, and repeating until they find the "offending" file by error 201 occurring.
There are reports of similar problems with Event IDs 202, 203 and 204.   A similar, but separate error is "Unusual condition was encountered during scanning user libraries for changes and performing backup of modified files for configuration C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\FileHistory\Configuration\Config".
Based on others' posts, the problem appears to be a bug in how FH handles files/folder names that are similar,
contain unusual (but legal) characters, and shortcuts ("reparse error").   The second bug is, regardless of which Event ID, that
FH does not alert the user when it fails, so you have no idea your files are not being backed up.  Even if you are able to eliminate the problem once, there is no guarantee that it won't happen again.  Once error 201 occurs, File
History is dead in the water and unfortunately since Windows 7 File Backup was removed, there is no alternative data backup method available.
If anyone has an idea of how to solve or work around this problem (i.e. under exactly what filename conditions FH fails), please post.  I have Windows 8.1 installed on drive C, Windows 7 on drive D, and a data partition E onto which I moved all my Libraries.
The Win 7 and 8.1 libraries are in separate folders and not linked in any way, so 8.1 is not trying to back up 7's data.  However, the partition arrangement does not appear relevant.
    Thanks!

Hi, thanx for the post. It helped me to fix my Problem with file history.
In my case it was the spelling of some files. I'm German and we have some Special chars like ä,ö,ü and ß.
The "Problem" is that You can spell These also in a different way for example "ä" is same like "ae" and "ß" is same like "ss" .
If I Name one file like "groß.txt" and the other one "gross.txt" file history won't work! I don't know why, probably MS conversts the Name in the background or whatever - but this really
    sucks!
Even more that You don't get informed! Only when checking the eventlog - and not even in the "normal" eventlog - You have to go to "Microsoft-Windows-FileHistory-Engine/BackupLog" - well, how often does one look up this??
I think file history is quite useless in this state as it does not inform the user about Problems with the backup. And I really don't want to get "informed" when I Need to restore some files...
    Cheers

  • How do I transfer iMovie 11 EVENTS to an external hard drive so that I can delete them off my macbook pro to make space

How in the world do I transfer iMovie events from my event library into my external hard drive? There is no option for that. Even when I select "copy" an event, and then go to the external drive and want to paste it, there is no paste option.
The only time I can transfer footage from the laptop to the backup drive is if I drag and drop an imovie PROJECT file, and along with it click on "copy projects and events"
But most of my events are not projects, and I just want to move my event videos off the computer.
I feel like it shouldn't be this hard and frustrating to figure out.

  • I just got a new iPhone 5.  The sales person helped me transfer some of my photos from my Mac back to my phone.  Now, my iPhoto on my computer doesn't seem to be working.  Photos are there in photo stream, but I can't transfer them to events.  Help!!!

I just got a new iPhone 5.  The sales person helped me transfer some photos from my MacBook Pro to the iPhone.  Now, I can't get iPhoto to move photos from Photostream to events.  Help!

Make sure you have iPhoto's Photo Stream preferences set as follows:
What happens when you drag photos from the Photo Stream window in iPhoto onto the Events icon in the left hand pane?  That should import the photos into the library.
If it doesn't thenTry the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
         User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).
or with Lion and Mt. Lion from the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
    Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder
3 - launch iPhoto, reset its various preferences and try again.
NOTE 1: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto.  You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.
NOTE 2:  In Lion and Mountain Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

I am working on Offline approval of Shopping cart and Purchase Order to blackberry. I wanted know how to transfer the error/warning message to black berry.
    Thnks

For Account Assignment WBS element, budget check warning message. Expectation is that even if the shopping cart/PO is exceeding the budget, shopping cart/PO should be allowed for approval with the warning message. This warning message should be displayed in the blackberry.
The Budget check warning message for WBS element from ECC should be displayed in offline approval email.
I wanted to know how can we manage this situation

  • VMSMP warning event id 28 on 2008 R2 with Hyper-V

I am using a HP ProLiant DL380 G6 with a full install of the 2008 R2 Datacenter, the only role added is Hyper-V. There is 4 integrated NICs on the server, I also added a Quad port adapter. One nic is for the host, the rest is dedicated to virtual machines
(no config on the host OS - apart from disabled Offload). All virtual networks have not checked the box for allowing the host OS to share the adapter, all machined using dynamic MAC-addressing. All Hp agents installed - apart from HP network config utility.
All virtual machines works pretty well, but all of them have short stops in network traffic. One virtual machine is a terminal server (or Remote Desktop Server) serving 10-15 users. All users are pretty annoyed with the fact that the server often stops responding
for a few secs, and then continues as normal. Sometimes the server disconnects the RDP connection and the users have to log in all over again. Another physical server is running Backup Exec - but all backup jobs ends up with a communication error to remote
agents on virtual servers (sometimes also the host has these errors).
The system log is filled with this and simular events:
Port 'SWITCHPORT-SM-6B477375-B522-4704-9998-79103BFE3F34-3-1' was prevented from using MAC address '00-15-5D-0F-30-08' because it is pinned to port '187215F7-4AC9-4ACF-8'.
I have double and triple checked the mac address config, but all virtual machines have unic addresses - and none colliding with any other adresses on the network. The switch in place is a HP ProCurve gb unmanaged 24 port - seems to work OK.
All these warnings in my host's system log seems to to actually log an error - as the VM's loose network connection at the same time as the log is generated.
As most search engines are focusing on the duplicate mac adress problem, I am having a hard time working this out..
    Any ideas?

Hmm, I am still not able to get this working correctly.. After enabling mac address spoofing, the messages are no longer warning messages, only informational:
The MAC address '00-15-5D-0F-30-0E' has moved from port 'D5D16391-4A0B-43AF-8D75-9A9DBBF4638C' to port 'D827152D-A4E0-41B6-AA5D-E33963330607'. And it is filling my system log with similar events. Anybody have a clue WHY?
But the short stops in network traffic is still there, all my backup jobs fail. I have tried to set static mac addresses on all virtual nics - I even removed all the virtual network cards from vm's, deleted them from the host and started all over again.
That is - I created new virtual networks and added new nics to each VM. And there is still this problem that I cannot seem to find any solution for.
The funny part is that I have used this setup with several customers using a singlehost-solution without any problems anywhere else. That is using both Hyper-V and VMware.
I am running out of options here....
    Anybody?

  • OpsMgr Warning events (Source: HealthService; Event ID: 1207)

    Hello,
Literally hundreds of the following Warning messages are being generated per hour on all 5 nodes in one of on of our MSCS 2003 clusters:
     Source: HealthService
     Event ID: 1207
Description: Rule/Monitor "Microsoft.SystemCenter.ACS.Forwarder.PrivateBytesThreshold" running for remote instance "Microsoft.SystemCenter.ACS.Forwarder" with id:"{D2FF9A37-D5BF-9968-6B7E-EE6D90001DDE}" will be disabled as it is not remotable. Management group "X".

The interesting thing is that the “id” cycles through the following set of GUIDs:
    - {ABDAAE46-AE0A-C645-FC82-0315D143ED6A}
    - {53200CAA-9766-E6BE-689F-D458F569484A}

    - {FCF20CB2-1A6A-6812-F024-E7FFFB296373}
Though I’ve managed to find the associated rule in an exported copy of the Microsoft Audit Collection Services Management Pack, the only thing I’ve managed to accomplish is to confirm that the rules are indeed not “remotable”.  Having recently learned this to mean they cannot by run remotely against agentless systems, I believe that it has something to do with the virtual servers found on the node in question.  It is likely that each distinct ID represents a separate instance of the ACS forwarder service.
Also, though we do have another cluster with the Audit Forwarding service running (on both nodes), only one of them is generating the very same warnings.  Consequently, my guess is that this might be a bug related to the Microsoft Audit Collection Services Management Pack.
Is my understanding of the problem correct, and how do I go about resolving this issue?
    Thanks,
    Larry

    Looks like a bug.
The forwarder discovery is targeting Windows Computer.
Cluster virtuals are instances of Windows Computer class.
Therefore - this discovery runs on the node, and the virtual - and if it discovers the forwarder is enabled - it will populate the "Microsoft Audit Collection Services Forwarder" class with cluster virtuals as WELL as the node.
If we would have targeted something like "Agent" or written the discovery to exclude cluster virtuals then this wouldnt be a problem.  You should file this as a bug on connect.microsoft.com.
If you would like to fix it - it is pretty simple.  Just find the discovery:  "Microsoft Audit Collection Services Forwarder Discovery" and then create an override - to disable the discovery, for a Group.  Then create a group of the WINDOWS COMPUTER objects that represent your virtuals.  (Hopefully you have a good naming scheme in place for virtuals).  Then - once this explicit override is in place to disable this discovery - you need to run powershell cmdlet - Remove-DisabledMonitoringObject.
Once you run this with the explicit disable in place - you will see your virtual cluster instances disappear from the Forwarder class - and will no longer try and load these workflows.
At least - I think that will work.  :-)

  • How can I transfer my photos/events to other Mac Devices?

I seem to be stuck here.....I have two iMac's and an Macbook Pro (all 2009 or newer) and on my primary desktop I have all of my photos organized into events and everything on iPhoto.
Now, I want to transfer all of those photos/events onto my other Mac computers.  I have an external hard drive but when I try to copy the photos to the hard drive, it does that but it can't copy them in the events they are in.  It just copies every photo I have to one big folder, complete mess.
Is there an easy way to do this?  I simply want to take all the pictures in my iPhoto on the computer downstairs and transfer them to my other iMac and Macbook Pro while keeping them organized in the "events" and "faces" and "places" folders as they are on iPhoto on the primary.
    Thank You!

Kinda new to this so pardon me but how do I drag the iPhoto Library itself?  Where is that located?
Actually....I think I may have it.
That iPhoto Library icon, just drag that to the external and then transfer it from the External to the other devices "Pictures" folder??  Then I should be able to just start iPhoto from the toolbar and it will all be there?
