Transfer HU from consignment to own stock

Hi,
I am trying to post a goods movement using VLMOVE, to transfer a HU in vendor consignment to own stock. Vlmove contains a field special stock, but is disabled?
Any ideas?

This is a bit tricky. I managed to find the way to do it. SAP documentation does not help. May the in the HU course it is taught.

Calculate price variance= goods transfer from consignment to own stock

Hello network,
i hope you can help me. We activated the business content (purchase data). The project is now on test stage. Now we want to calculate a price variance after the goods transfer from consignment stock to our own stock. Normally we compare the price from the purchase order with the standard price in material master data. The problem is that there is no price in a consignment purchase order! Have you got an idea how to fix the problem, probably get the price from the info record?? And if that could be possible, how can i do it?? Our IT specialist says, the extractors aren't able to do this.......

long time ago you posted this issue - anyway, have you been able to solve it? I am at a very similar point and I'm thinking about an extension of the data source 0INFO_REC_ATTR with a new z-field "ZPRICE". I would then fill it in the R/3 user exit for extraction of master data and combine the info record with the rest of the data needed like material master or stock.
Have you found a better way?

Consignment to own stock

Hi,
While doing stock transfer from consignment to own stock for a material ,I am getting following error
"Account determination for entry 1000 AKO not possible".We have maintained moving average price control for the material.
Also we have activated negative stock allowed in both vendor as well as own storage location.

This transaction is used in Inventory Management in the case of withdrawals from consignment stock or when consignment stock is transferred to own stock if the material is subject to standard price control and the consignment price differs from the standard
price.
check if material is maintained as std price and ther is variance of inforecord price and material Price.

Transfer posting from consignment blocked to unrestricted blocked

Hi All,
I need a movement type to move stock from consignment blocked to owned blocked in one step.
is there any way to change either movement type 325 K or 411 K ?
I know I can do it using 2 movement types, but I need just one.

You can only create new movement types by copy of existing movement type, hence you cannot do in one step what is not designed that way by SAP.

Can I use the File Adapter to transfer files from/to my own PC

Hello,
Would it be possible to set tu the file adapter to send or receive files from my own PC's file system?
For example I would like to transfer a file from my PC to PI instead of using PI's file system?
Can I do that?

If your PC has Windows-based system, SAP XI is Unix-based, you have a problem: Unix can't connect to UNC-path - Unix doesn't understand path like this "
mywindowspc\myfilesharefolder\", and Windows can't mount unix-drives. There are has a tool that can mount Windows UNC-file-share on NTFS like dirive UnixFS - but this tool is not freeware and has a problem when you switch off your PC without unmounting your Windows-dirives on Unix system. You can use a SAMBA, but Admins doesn't like to install this to Unix...
So, if you want to use a File Adapter you can set only FTP path, create FTP-site on your own PC, and so on...
Another way to send information from/to your own PC is "Plain J2SE Adapter Engine". This is a standalone part of SAP XI, you install it on your PC, configures URL of XI pipline, sets local folders to transfer from/to your PC, masks and types of your files, time to sending, any rules and DOS-commands for "before/after sending and receiving" and so on...
In case of sending files from PC to XI, files transforms to XI-payload inside this Adapter Engine and then goes like XI-message to pipeline... When you send it back, payloads come to this Adapter Engine and transform to files on your PC.
I used this Plain J2SE AE on my working notebook for checking sending messages to many different XI Systems.

Create Transfer Order from TR - Consignment stock

Hi,
I've implemented vendor consignment stock in SAP. However I cannot get it fixed that when an TO is created from an TR that a TO is created for the material which is a part of the consignment stock.
Is it possible to make a TO automatic (with LT04) that also creates a TO with consignment stock as a source bin?

Below is a screenshot of the Transfer requirement:
Item 1 (1100-0002-0000) is a non-consignment material and item 2 (5800-0001-0001) is a consignment material which is stored on a consignment location.
With Tcode LT04 (Create Transfer Order from TR) it is possible to create a TO for a TR.
After clicking enter, the following screen appears
When I click Generate TO Item the system automatically creates a TO for material 1100-0002-0000. However the system cannot create an TO for material 5800-0001-0001. It gives the following screen. With the notice that the system cannot find the source storage bin.
The goal is that the TO is automatic created (just as for item 1) for this material. Thus the material can also be picked directly.

I have problem in goods movement type 453 (Transfer posting to own stock from returns from customer)
it picking from from profit center from in material master under sales:general/plant tab but we need picking from based on account assignment group in the material maser sales org.2.
Other movement types are picking from based on account assignment group only . for that what i can do please help me on this.

In Co controlling are the automatic account assignment is only the default and it on the Priority.
if you think what is picked up from the mm is wrong.
the best way out will be to go with the substitution rule.
based on the movement type use the rule.
hope this is clear , assign points.

MB1B is not good, because I have to transfer each material separately with 411E.

I need to create a transfer order from transaction ME21N. It is not a normal transfer order but it will be a trasfer order from stock K (consignment).
At the moment I am not able to create it.

Hi Matteo,
I'm not very familiar with consignment.
When you have consignment stock on your premises, it is owned by your vendor and when you take some pieces from it, you have to pay for these parts.
When you want to move your consignment stock from one plant to another it means that you withdraw material from the consigment stock (physically) and because of this the ownership of the stock changes. Henceforth there's no point in speaking about consignment stock since the stock has become your own stock (physically, due to withdrawal).
That's why I think you should move it first to your own stock (in SAP) and after that you could realize a plant to plant transfer.
This is only my idea , so please ask the others to confirm it, and please feel free to post this thread on the material management forum (SAP ERP - Logistics Materials Management (SAP MM)).

It is not possible to make a transfer posting from one vendor consignment stock to another vendor consignment stock. This function is not supported in the standard system see also Note 362032.
Up to Release 4.6C, the same applied for transferring consignment stock 'plant to plant' - see Note 13006. The concerns discussed in this note still apply, so in general we do not recommend this type of stock transfer. As of Release 4.7, however, it is possible to make such postings and this is supported provided that the consignment info records are identical for both plants. As of Note 610896, the system tests whether the net price is the same in both plants and if not, it issues the error message M7395.

What is customer owned stock?
from my point of view it is any stock that you and others sold to this customer. not in your system at all.
If you want to get it back to your promises, then you have to create a customer return.
The customer return goes into return stock, this does not create any financial postings.
But if you transfer the retun stock into own stock, then you create an accounting doc with value (quantity * price / price unit)
You cannot create stock for a valuated material without any financial document

Excise Transaction Type for consignment fill up / stock transfer

When i post excise invoice on account of removal due to sales (through J1IIN), SAP pulls uses DLFC excise transaction type. Following entry is posted at the time of J1IIN:
Excise Duty paid A/c.. Dr
   To Excise Duty payable (Basic + ECess + SHEC)
My requirement is, when i post excise invoice on account of removal due to consignment or stock transfer, SAP should pass following entry:
Excise Duty paid on consignment A/c.. Dr
   To Excise Duty payable (Basic + ECess + SHEC)
Excise Duty paid on stock transfer A/c.. Dr
   To Excise Duty payable (Basic + ECess + SHEC)
For this, i will have to create different GL accounts and assign it to "CENVAT SUSPENSE" in excise transaction type table.
But i does not know which excise transaction type does SAP uses for consignment fill up and stock transfer. Please suggest.

1.basic settings-create subtransaction type.
create subtransaction type
cf-consignment fillup
st-stock transfer
2.account determination- Specify Excise Accounts per Excise Transaction
copy DLFC and name it as DLFC and cf and also st.
3.account determination-Specify G/L Accounts per Excise Transaction
copy dlfc and maintain DLFC and subtransaction type cf and also st.
change the gl account for cenvat suspense for st and cf combination.
