If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:
"MESSAGE_TYPE_X" " "
"SAPLRSSM" or "LRSSMU36"
"RSSM_OLTPSOURCE_SELECTIONS"
7. Tried with BD87 in ECC and BI also.

    Hi,
    Transact RFC error
tRFC Error - status running Yellow for long time (Transact RFC will be enabled in Status tab in RSMO).
Step 1:  Goto Details, Status get the IDoc number, and go to BD87 in R/3,place the cursor in the RED IDoc entroes in tRFC
queue thats under outbound processing and click on display the IDOC which is on the menu bar.
Step 2: In the next screen click on Display tRFC calls (will take you to SM58 particular TRFC call)
place the cursor on the particular Transaction ID and go to EDIT in the menu bar --> press 'Execute LUW'
(Display tRFC calls (will take you to SM58 particular TRFC call) ---> select the TrasnID ---> EDIT ---> Execute LUW)
Rather than going to SM58 and executing LUW directly it is safer to go through BD87 giving the IDOC name as it will take you
to the particular TRFC request for that Idoc.
    OR
Go into the JOB Overview of the Load there you should be able to find the Data Package ID.
(For this in RSMO Screen> Environment> there is a option for Job overview.)
This Data Package TID is  Transaction ID in SM58.
    OR
SM58 > Give * / user name or background  (Aleremote) user name and execute. It will show you all the pending TRFC with
    Transaction ID.
In the Status Text column you can see two status
    Transation Recorded and Transaction Executing
Don't disturb, if the status is second one Transaction Executing. If the status is first one (Transation Recorded) manually
    execute the "Execute LUWs"
    OR
Directly go to SM58 > Give * / user name or background  (Aleremote) user name and execute. It will show TRFCs to be executed
for that user. Find the particular TRFC (SM37 > Req name > TID from data packet with sysfail).select the TrasnID (SM58) --->
    EDIT ---> Execute LUW
    Thanks,

  • Transfer(IDocs and TRFC) error when use infopackage to load data from R/3

I create an infopackage to load data from R/3, when start immediately ,there is no data transfered. The return error is :
      transfer(IDocs and TRFC): Errors occurred
request IDoc: Application document not posted
Does anybody know how can correct this error?
    Thanks great.

    Hi Yimeng,
Check in SM58 transaction code in R/3 and see if any LUWs are stuck there. If so you can execute them manually and complete the data load.

  • Error in Transfer (IDOC and TRFC )

    Hi experts
I am getting the error in Transfer (IDOC and TRFC ) Info IDoc 1 : Sent not arrived : Error posting data to port" when I am trying to Upload data by executing an infopackage.
    Pl. advice.
    Thankls in advance
    Dinesh Sharma

    Hi Dinesh,
This latest error code E0 266 & is really a Basis one (BC-MID-ALE); not BW.
If the error occurs all the time then please do the following.
Firstly, please ensure that the relavant RFC destination is set up as per SAP Note 613389. The use of a logon language is a must.
Secondly, please also add the value of SCP2 as well as SCP5 to the role of the RFC user as per Note 784381 (SCP2 isn't mentioned in the note but please add it anyway) - This should resolve your issue.
If you only see this error sometimes, then set the flag in tcode OYEA as per Note 784381.
    Hope this helps,
    Colum

  • Transfer (Idocs and TRFC): Errors occured

    Dear All,
data extraction from R/3 into BI is working for small number of records. for huge number of records it ends with error,
i have adjusted info package setting DataS. Default Data Transfer but did't work. on the R/3 side i can see "transaction recorded" on tcode SM58 and the job successfully completed
please share me your experience on this issue,
    With Regards,

Okay then I would think that there is some cofiguration issue related to communication between two system. Can you check below:
    1. SM59 - RFC connections are wroking fine?
    2. Any stuck Idoc or failed idocs in WE05/WE02- just trigger the infopackage and have look at WE05 and monitor the idocs. It may happen that you are able to recieve the Idocs but not able to send it back.
    3. Configuration in WE20 for partner profiles in ECC system for your BW system. mainly outbound parameters message type RSSEND. Check if is as transfer immedeately.
    4. Try executing your datasource in RSA3 with same exact selections as you pass from BW.
    5. Check if you have any short dumps in ST22.
    6. Check logs in SM21.
    7. Try running infopackage for the same selection from past when you know it worked fine.
    Please let me know findings.
    Thanks
    Amit

  • IMAP message list and search missing messages

I access an IMAP server from my MacBook and iPad. When I look in folders on the server other than the inbox, the MacBook shows all the messages but the iPad is missing many. When I compare the two, the iPad has all, one-for-one, for the past four days or so. Before that, the list on the iPad is spotty. I have touched the update and download more messages buttons.
Searching on the iPad also misses messages, but different ones. I can search on the iPad for messages I see on the Mac, and sometimes find them, although they don't show up in the message list (for example, the message from about five days ago, immediately before the last message which shows up consistently on both the Mac and iPad). In other cases, I can do a search on the Mac and iPad, and the Mac will show more hits from the search than the iPad.
So, mail on the iPad, at least with an IMAP server, is unreliable. Is this well-known? Will this improve on iOS 4.2?
    Thanks for your help,
    ==Leonard

I did an experiment with the IMAP server I have which stores the mail in mbox format in the home directory of the Linux server I have a login to. I can drag messages in any order I want from the inbox to a folder, and can verify that in the mbox file, they are stored in the order I dragged them in. Yes, those messages are shown in the iPad message list in chronological order, regardless of the order I dragged them into the folder.
But, earlier messages are not shown in the iPad message list in the order they are in the mbox file or chronological order. Well, they are in chronological order, but with big time gaps. For example, the iPad shows a message from April 6 followed by April 1. But, I can see on my Mac that I have many messages between April 1 and 6. They do not appear on the iPad.
Ah, I think I see something. Some of the messages in this mailbox are log files with timestamps at the beginning of the line. The iPad mail program appears to be taking the time from the first line in the body of the message rather than the timestamp in the mail message envelope.
No, it just got stranger. I selected another mailbox, and then went back to the mailbox with the log files I was looking at before and the order of messages has changed! Now there are messages from May where there were messages from April. Still might be the timestamps in the body of the message because those are the first messages shown in the list after the last non-log-file messages.
Now there are messages missing between April 30 and May 4, where I can see that the messages exist by looking in the Mac mail program. I can see that all the missing messages on the iPad are the ones for which the body starts with a timestamp.
Perhaps the iPad has trouble with an IMAP server using mbox format.
Another complication in my case is that the messages in the mbox file are not stored in the order they were received. I suspect this is because I copied them there, using Apple Mail, from previously being stored on my Mac. That is, I had all my mail On My Mac, and then selected all the messages in the folder and dragged them to the IMAP server folder. That put them into the mbox file in an unusual order. But, on the Mac, they show chronologically, regardless of the order stored in the file.
The iPad also does this, for recent messages (which don't contain those log files with timestamps), but the timestamps in the body of the message may be confusing it.

  • Regarding Idocs and  their corresponding message types

Go to "jdk/include" on your drive and take a look at "jini.h". Note, mapping of C type to java types may be different for 16,32 or 64 bit machines. Using jinit, jboolean and others is recommended. On the other hand, if you are sure you won't use your C code in 64 bit or 16 bit environment just forget about it and assume int is java int, long is java long, signed char is java byte and so on. Pointers are more tricky - read carefully jini tutorials.

  • Problem with IDOCS transfer and TRFC

    Hi,
when i load data , the load is sucessful but i am getting error at  Transfer (IDOCS and TRFC)  , This is happening daily .load is sucessful and the data is moving to the target ,but i am unable to understand why this error is being encountered ? does anyone have idea abt why this is happening ?
    Regards,
    Roja.

    hai roja,
Transfer of records takes by Idocs and trfc's between source system and B.w system.u are getting error at transfer idocs and trfcs means that data is still in the source system i.e no transfer takes place due to some error. In details tab u can see that idocs and trfcs are in yellow in colour.click on the scroll down at transfer idocs and trfcs in details,by doing this u can see all the idocs like Request idoc,idoc1,idoc2,.........
see which idoc's are in yellow in colour.
suppose if the idocs are in yellow in color means it indicates that either idoc or trfc are hanging in the b.w side or source system side.
    how to process these idocs?.
go to source system and by using the T.code:bd87 u can see all the idocs in the system.if any idocs in bd87 shows some error(i.e in red color),process them by selecting the particular idoc and click on execute process tab which is there on the right hand side.
    To process the trfc:
Data transfer into BW takes place via Idoc and as LUW (Logical Unit of work). These LUW`s get transferred as TRFC`s. Sometimes due to any system issue, these TRFCs might get hanged either in the Source system or BW system.
suppose if there is no idoc error means go and check the trfcs in sm58.there u cans ee the trfc states i.e executable and recorded.if the trfcs are in recorded state for a long time means u have to process them.Place the cursor on the TRFC that is to be reprocessed and goto menu Edit --> Execute LUW. Go back to the process monitor screen and give refresh for the data load  it can be found in the details tab that the TRFCs  were processed and data load would have proceeded to next step.
    Hope this helps u...assign points.......

    sri

  • Error while loading master data (Displaying warnings like missing messags)?

    Hi,
loading is successful but request is not in green.
it is appearing in yellow colur.
The warnings message(yellow in colour) is:
"Data package 1: arrived in BW; processing: Data packet not yet processed."
    Error messages like:
    1.Extraction (messages): Errors Occured.
2.Transfer (IDocs & TRFC): Missing messages or warnings.
Data package 1: arrived in BW; processing: Data packet not yet processed.
    3.Processing(data packet): Warning received.
    Data package 1: Missing messages.
Please suggest the solution what needs to be done.
After reloading also the same errors are getting displayed.

    Hi
You can go to the source system . In SM58 check for the tRFC's. Execute the tRFC's manually and see if this helps you to proceed. You need to check for tRFC's for your BWUSER who has executed the load. Also check in SM50 on the BW system to see if you have enough BGD processes available to run the loads. These should be ok for you to start

  • Error when extracting data from ETL - Missing messages and missing InfoIdoc

    Hi All,
We are using BW 3.0 and extracting data from other source systems through Informatica Powercenter (ETL). The system is working fine but when we try to extract data on 31st Dec , we get the following error. Only this load gives the error and all the other load to other data targets are going fine. All the data are one-to-one mapped from ETL to BW.
Error messages from Monitor -Status tab:-
       "InfoIdocs missing; external system
Diagnosis :- InfoIDocs are missing. The IDocs are created in BW with non-SAP systems as source
systems that transfer the data and metadata to BW using BAPIs. Since the IDocs are missing, a
short dump in BW probably occurred.
System response:  No selection information arrived from the source system"
Error messages from Monitor -Details tab:-
Missing message: Number of sent records,   Missing message: Selection completed
    Highly appretiate your suggestions.
    Vinod.CH

    Hi Rathy Moorthy,
Thank you very much for your reply. The source system connections are OK and we are able to load data to other Data targets from ETL, we have issue only with this this particular load. The load extracts data and I have loaded the data from ETL to PSA and have checked the data content and it is correct. But when I update the same data to the target I get this error. I have also tried to update from PSA to target and also directly from ETL to target.
    Appretiate your suggestions.

  • Missing IDoc and recurring IDoc errors

    Hi,
I would like to ask for a help or any ideas on below case.
We encountered almost everyday a number of generated IDoc errors and the number increases everyday. All of these IDocs has Status "51" (application document not posted) and  description "EDI: IDoc 63120 does not exist, please check data".
This IDoc errors does not happen before. It only started when the IDoc 63120 was missing and we can't find it already. We don't know why this is missing and we really need to get rid of these recurring IDoc errors whcih increases almost everyday.
Your response will be helpful in solving my problem.
    Thanks in advance!

  • Missing messages and other recent Mail.app quirks

    HI,
Although I've read through many post on this issue, I haven't found one that seems to apply to my situation. And, the process seems really confusing... so I thought I'd ask you guy's.
I rebuilt my inbox's last night, and:
    1. 1 of my 2 POP inbox's is now empty (except for a couple new mails today). There were about 150 messages.
    2. My .mac inbox is receiving mails, but first the little spinner thing wouldn't stop spinning, and has switched to a blue clock looking thing that's stuck at about 10:30 (may have moved to 11:00 now?).
    3. Drafts don't seem to be saving.
    4. Seems that the audio feedback is gone or was gone (the sound is up and the speakers to work).
    5. I was getting a strange error message when sending that I didn't write down (something to do with the Trash and 0 space or something).
I've been on this new machine (OS 10.4.5) since November with no Mail.app (2.0.7) trouble at all (I moved from a TiBook that had once had Panther on it). And, I didn't let this last Security update install. I had been trying to resolve some POP SMTP server issues, but went with .mac with the "reply to" option (I'm stuck in a hotel in southern China), and I did lose one email that I had just sent... which prompted the rebuild of the mailbox's. Still can't find that missing email- but I did get a reply from the person I sent it to.
There weren't many messages in that now empty inbox, but they were the important ones (which I think I located in Library > Mail folder thanks to you folks).
I can survive with issues 2 - 5 above if necessary, but I'd really like to deal with the missing message problem.
Should I just "import mailbox's" back in and hope it all works? Will I lose those new mails from today? Can you offer me any advice?
Sorry if I rambled on too much (too much spare time on a Sunday morning in China), and thank you in advance for any thoughts,
    Guy

    Guy,
Different answers for each file. The CachedData1 is a leftover file from an IMAP or .mac account -- Mail no longer uses that method of caching, so delete.
The two MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded are used with each POP account, and are still valid file types -- however, one of them should be modified each time you access your POP server -- check the dates modified again.
The two files named to begin with Incoming are leftovers, and probably must simply be deleted. They resulted in the mailbox where you found them when a message had been received (even if by transfer) and that mailbox was not opened prior to the conversion. In Panther, and earlier, these files would disappear when the mailbox was opened to view. It probably is only one or two messages -- the Incoming_Mail file can be read with TextEdit to confirm.
I think the Envelope Index Journal results during an incomplete indexing attempt Mail has made at some point, was meant to be temporary -- I am not entirely sure about this, but I do not have one.
The time out on port zero is one I need to research -- although I have seen a few reports, and think there is some explanation, I cannot remember as I write this.
There is an ongoing issue with .mac and continuation of the indicator for activity -- I see this on my iBook G4, but not on my G5. Useless needed for Offline use, set Mail Preferences/Accounts/Advanced to Don't save all message and attachment for Offline viewing, which may help. I hope this one get addressed in some future update.

i have created a Z Idoc and didtributed the mode from system A ....I can see the distribution model in system B
However i cannot see the custom zidoc / message type in sys B.. Do i need to create the zidoc again in sys B

    Hi Tarang,
at least ou need the required partner agreements and you should have a processing function for inbound IDoc. To implement this, the full definition of IDoc including Segment definition should be present in receiving system.
Just look at standard IDocs and do as they do.
