Production department have received material from warehouse by transfer order and produced the material ,After that finished material need to transfer to warehouse for that what is the order we use?

you need to make the receving storage location for PRD as WM managed.
it will automaticlly create a transfer order after your confirmation.
after confimration , it will got to cogi and from there you can do your transfer order work.
i hope these are standar thigns.
you dont have to worry much.
setting for that, spro>Enterprise Structure>Logistics Execution-->Assign warehouse number to plant/storage location
once the storage location is WM manged, all movement need to go through WM process, ie transfer order and all.

When you say Order --> Warehouse/BIN. I am assuming the put away will happen only when the GR from Production Order is done. IF that's the case then what Vivek suggested you should work. If thats not the case then I am assuming Warehouse has to be maintained as work center and then you need to have an inprocess inspection (Inspection Type 03) active for that work center in your routing. Do let us know if there is some other way you are looking to map this.

Incorrect UoM Conversion on Transfer Requirement from Production Order

I have a Question on a Production Order that created a Transfer Requirement. Looking at the Components of the BOM within the Production Order, I have a Material where the Issue Unit of Measure is QT and the Base Unit of Measure is EA, with a Quantity of 1. In the Material Master Alternate Unit of Mesaures, the Conversion is setup so that 1 QT = 1 EA. The question of why the 1 for 1 conversion is not relevant, as this is just how the material was setup and I know it does not make any sense. When the Transfer Requirement is created it is showing that 1 Qt = .25 EA. I am unable to locate where this conversion is coming from. We do not want to lose visibility of this part number, as creating a new part number with a Base Unit of Measure of QT would fix the problem.
Is there anywhere in configuration where there could possibily be a Conversion? I have looked at Control Cycles and the Reference Operation Set and do not see anything.

Closing Thread as there has been no responses but I am still looking for a solution. The only possibility that exists at this time is the material was copied from another material and the UoM Conversion was 1 QT = 4 EA on the Copy From Material. I can not see where any changes were made to the unit measure conversion for the new material. The only other possibility is the Production Order was manually converted to the new material incorrectly.

Transfer posting - Production to Warehouse (HUM)

Hi,
I would like to do a transfer posting from the Production storage location to the Warehouse what is a Handling Unit managed storage location.
I think the following steps should be done:
MB1B(creation of transfer posting from production storLoc to WH storLoc) with a 311 movement type
an inbound delivery should be created at the warehoude (configuration needed)
or with
VLMOVE (a HU should be created at the source Non HUM storage location first).
Could somebody help me with this question.

Stock transfer from production area to wm area

Hi WM experts,
I want to configure stock transfer for production area.
I mean after completing production, initially we keep in production storage bins. From there we move the stock to WM storage area.
can someone give me the complete configuration steps with movements type we use to transfer stock from production area to wm area.

You can do transfer posting from production storage location to WM storage location.This will create posting change notice which you can look in material document.
This posting change notice can be processed in LU04 for TO creation.
Confirm TO do complete putaway.

Create Handling unit after receiving finished goods from production

Hello,
My client's requirement is that they do not want a TR or TO to get created at the time of Production order confirmation and neither they want to create the Handling unit at the time of confirmation.
They want to move the material from production to warehouse as one Handling unit after multiple confirmations. They want to create Handling unit manually after the receipt of materials.
What is the process of creating Handling unit after we have FG (multiple batches).
After creation of Handling units, my client wants to ship the same Handling unit out to customer.

Hi,
If I understand right - customer wants a simple transfer of finished goods from production to warehouse, and latter pack into handling units.
Possible scenario:
1) Assign production order to non-WM and non-HU storage location. Post GR for production order using transaction MIGO (mvmt. type 101) for a whole quantity produced for production order.
2) Setup packing table in IMG (Logistic General > Handling Units > General > Setup packing table> ...) --> packing table is a functionality for packing goods into HU - it takes goods from predefined source non-WM/non-HU location, packs them into HU and places them in target WM-HUM location.
2) Maintain packaging instruction (trans. POP1 and POF1) to automate the packaging quantities.
3) Run packaging table by HUPAST, select your table and pack.
4) Packed HU ends up on WM-HUM location.
This process can be done either in SAP GUI (HUPAST) or you can build it in RF transaction and run it with mobile RF scanner (ABAP development required).

Goods receipt from production through scanner

My client does the partial confirmation at the end of every shift. So this means that there will be Finished goods on the production floor for multiple production orders at the end of the shift.
The requirement is, they want to send the materials from production floor to warehouse in two step process for multiple production order and for multiple confirmations. First scan will be done by production floor worker and second scan will be done by warehouse worker to complete the process.
Please let me know the process, how to achieve this and how will the system determine the destination bin in case of goods movement from production floor to warehouse.

Hi,
In Standard SAP and RF transaction,
If GR is done for the order, system will generate a TO to place the stock in the warehouse bin, based on the stock placement strategy (thro stock placement indicator) it will search the correct bin location.
So TO will be generate automatically then you can scan the TO to confirm it through RF gun, warehouse staff can confirm the TO by scanning it (LM03).
If you need the GR to be done by the production staff by scanning the order number, you need to go with the development, so in the RF gun, they can scan the order and enter the qty to be received and in the back ground TO will be created and warehouse staff can scan and confirm the TO.

Transfer data from one database to another

Hello,
We have an application which uses an Oracle 9i server database. On this server we have two databases ( one for test and one for production ).
From time to time it's required to transfer data from production database to test database.
The steps followed by the ones which made the transfer are:
a) drop the user schema ( the one which contains all data)
b) recreate the user
c) import the data ( using import utility )
d) compile invalid object ( what this will mean I don't know)
It's not possible to delete only the content of the tables and then import data from a dump file? In this way the steps c) and d) will no longer be required. If this is possible can you tell me if is there a command which will delete all data from all table ( almost 2000 tables)?

I think ..following a,b,c,d is the best way to maintain consistency. you are just thinking about the data in the tables, but what about the changes in views,procedures,functions etc....

The simple answer is - Yes it is possible, put different standards on the material master for the different valuation areas.
next question: how will the account for the difference?? Price variance? Uplift? where will that post?

Transfer of non-valuated materials from ECC to SRM

I kindly request your help with an issue that I am facing.
The scenario is as follows :
1. There is a non valuated material X (material type UNBW).
2. MRP run happens and generates a PR with account assignment U.
3. Transfer report BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER is executed in order to transfer the PR to SRM.
4. The PR reaches SRM, but the SC is not created instead in SLG1 there is an error thrown, "No account assignment exist. Enter an account assignment".
5. In the backend now If I try to change the PR i get the error " 6Q204 (Procurement profile 36 cannot be changed).
Is this scenario supported ?? i,e, transfer of non-valuated materials from ECC to SRM.
Kindly let me know if you have any idea on this.

Transfer content of BO XI 3.1 from production to test

Hi all!
I have separate production system BO XI R3.1 FP 1.3 and a test system BO XI R3.1 FP 1.7.
After a crash I tried to use the import wizard to move the content of production to test. When I create a biar file with the Import Wizard under 1.3, this file is not recogized within Import Wizard 1.7.
Is there another way to copy all items within the BO XI server?
I tried with the Live Cycle Manager - but failed, as not all objects can be choosen for transfer.
Can I use the repository database from production and copy it to test? How can I change then the CMS server settings?

So here the solution:
1. Open CCM
2. Stop Server Intelligence Agent (SIA)
3. Open Properties -> Configuration -> Specify
4. Copy from existing Datasource (Prod) to new Datasource (will be overwritten/Test)
5. Check change Clustername to define the new clustername
6. close
7. Open CCM
8. Add new Server Intelligence Agent (last option - don't recreate)
9. Provide "Name and Port" : SIA2 port: 6410 -> on second register port: 6400
10. Define Datasource (Test) - be aware of your production environment had auditing enabled you need the specify also an audtition database in Test too.
11. Start the new entry within CCM for SIA2
12. If everthing was okay, delete the existing node within CMC Website
13. in CCM delete the obsolete entry for SIA - if not possible you need to hack the registry entries for services under Windows /currentcontrolset .. service is listed as BO120SIASIA
I have my test still running, but if anything changes I will post them here.

To transfer stock in one step between plants belonging to same company code use movement type "301" and using transaction code "MIGO". IF you like in two step it helps to monitor stock in transit use movement type "303" and "305".
303 Transfer posting plant to plant in two steps - removal from storage
305 Transfer posting plant to plant in two steps - placement in storage
to transfer stock between plants of diffrent company code go for stock transpor order using tcode "me21n"
