iPod Agent: http://www.ipodsoft.com/index.php?/software/ipodagent
YamiPod: http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/

Transfer various files from an iPod to your computer
Step 1. Download and install Syncios iPod Transfer on your computer.
Step 2. Launch SynciOS iPod Transfer and connect your iPod to computer.
Open SynciOS iPod Transfer and plug in your iPod to your PC’s USB port.
Step 3. Import & Export files from PC to iPod or iPod to PC.
Here, we will take music as example, click My Device on the top of the left-hand panel to enter iOS managment section. The left-hand panel lists all your file types of your device , unfold Media tab, highlight Music on the right panel, then you will find those options: Import, Export, Delete, New Playlist, which enables you transfer music between your iPod & PC freely and easily! Are you associated with the developers of Syncois? I ask since there are many apps that do the same thing and you just started a discussion.

I have recently been given an iPod touch, and I am wanting to transfer the music from the device to my itunes library and/or computer before restoring the iPod to factory settings. What is the easiest & cheapest (preferrably free) way to go about doing this?
That music and anly other media on the iPod does not transfer with the iPod hardware,
Go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all conent and settings to erase the iPod and set up the iPod with our account and your media.
Tunes pourchases are locked to the account and y ohave to know the password to use them/transfer them to the computer -
I'm trying to transfer the files from my Ipod touch to my new computer. It is saying that not all of the files will be transferred because the computer isn't authorized. I have authorized it several times but it keeps bring up a previous apple id that I had but when I try to log in using that id it tells be it is no longer vailid and then it stops and won't let me transfer any files. Any suggestion are welcome. Thank You
The computer has to be authorized for the account that purcchased the media.
What error message are you getting when you try to lauthorize the computer for that account?

I have a new iMac. How do I transfer my files from my iPod into Itunes?
How do I transfer my music files from my Ipod to my Imac? It appears to be simple to sync the Imac to the Ipod, but how to I put what I have on my Ipod on my new Imac?
You can't do that because the music is synced to a computer. You can however move an iTunes library from an old computer to a new one.
BTW please complete your profile, it is incredibly difficult to help someone when there is no information about their system. If you don't know how please click Profile Update. After setting up your profile it will show in your next thread. -
Can I transfer music directly from an iPod touch 4th generation to an i-Phone 4?
Hello,
I would like to know if I can transfer music directly from an iPod touch 4th generation to an i-Phone 4. All the music I have is in this iPod, since I had my music stored in a portable hard drive that broke.
Thank youAll the music I have is in this iPod
Sorry no, but if you have synced your iTunes purchases from the iPod to your computer, connect the iPhone. From the iTunes menu bar click File / Transfer Purchases From iPod...
iOS: Syncing with iTunes
Or, if you are a resident of the U.S., have iTunes 10.3 or later, and iOS 4.3.3, you can re download the music directly to the iPhone.

I am trying to transfer music files from one PC to another using homeshare and although I can view the music as a shared folder I cannot initiate the "import" process. I have iTunes 11.0.1.12 on both computers so the help screenshots do not help as such
Then stop trying to use HomeShare and use one of the other options listed in the document from which your question was posted.

Issue to transfer music files from itunes to iPhone
hello
when I want to transfer a music file from itunes to the iphone. the iphone is visible but can not be selected to copy the file in there.
Worth noticing that similar transfer worked fine on a different MAC. In both cases, the option synchronised was not ticked

Is it possible to transfer song ratings from an ipod to a computer's itunes
Is this possible? I rate my songs when I'm listening to them and tend to listen to songs through my ipod rather than through itunes and was wondering if I can transfer the ratings from my ipod to my computer. Perhaps I'm missing somthing, but its really rediculous that this isn't a clear function that you can carry out.
Welcome to Apple Discussions. If you configure
iTunes to update your iPod automatically, any rating
changes you make to songs on your iPod will be synced
to iTunes the next time you connect your iPod.
I'd just like to make sure of something before I enable automatic updating. I have made all of my song ratings on my ipod, not my ITunes library. I'm asked to confirm that I want to replace all existing songs/playlists on my ipod with the ITunes library. Won't that wipe out all the existing song ratings currently in the ipod?

Spaces Glitch- looking for advice
I've been running Leopard on 5 machines for about a month, and I've noticed this weird thing on all of them. Essentially it has to do with some kind of glitch where Spaces makes applications become "detached" from their windows,. It normally happens

I am mostly done building my new site in Muse. It is a terrific program. Best web design I have ever used. And I have used many. Anyway, my industry is not too advanced. Believe it or not, according to my logs, there are still many visits to my site
