  • Transfering calendar and photos from on iPad to another iPad

Need to transfer calendar and photos from one iPad to another iPad.  I backed up the original iPad 2 to my PC using my iTunes account but when I restored the backup from my PC onto the new iPad 2, the calendar and photos where not transferred.

If you haven't already set up iCloud on the iPads and turn it on to sync Calendars.
Copy your photos from one iPad to the computer and sync them to the other iPad.

You don't transfer Apple ID's from one device to another one. You sign out in the settings, )the App Store and iTunes if necessary) and then sign in with the other ID.
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Apple ID>Sign out. Them sign in with the other ID. You can sign out of the app store and iTunes as well by going to the featured Atab in the App Store and the music tab in iTunes, swipe to the bottom and access the Apple ID in there.
You should have erased the iOad before you gave it to her in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. That way she could set up the iPad as new with her own Apple ID.
Be aware of the fact that if you use each others ID's in order to download past purchased content to your own iPads, you will lock yourself out of your own ID as you will have associated your iPad with the other person's Apple ID.
In other words, if you sign into your wife's ID on your iPad so that you can download an app or an album so that you don't have to pay for it again, you will lock yourself out of your Apple ID for 90 days.

  • I lost my itunes media folder how can I export the photos from my ipad to another location

I lost my itunes media folder and also my iPhoto files. I have the majority of the photos from iPhoto library on my iPad. How can I get them from my iPad to another location. Like exporting them to a folder on an external drive. Is this possible. I know I can move photos I've taken with the ipad to a new iphoto, but how can a get the old iphoto photos from my ipad to a new location? I'm basically starting over. Don't ask what happened. It was horrible.

An external drive? Not sure that there is any way of doing that. There are a number of WiFi transfer apps that should let you transfer the photos back to the Mac itself. Look at some of these.

  • How do I transfer the data from one iPad to another

How do I transfer all of the data from one ipad to another one?

The best way IMO is to sync each iPad with your computer. Having all your stuff backed up on a computer is a good idea anyway. Just read how many folks here are trying to recover lost stuff that could easily be copied back from either backup or iTunes on the computer.
Sync both iPads to the computer. Transfer all photos to the same computer. Then sync again selecting which items you want on each iPad.

How to export  photos from one iPad to another

Sending the photos over WiFi might be the easiest way for you to accomplish this. The Wireless Transfer App should work. You will both have to download the app on your own devices. Read about it here.

  • Transfer kindle books from one iPad to another?

I have an iPad 2 and have gotten a new iPad. I use a kindle app and wanted to know how I can transfer books that is on the device, that I deleted in my amazon.com library?

Are you saying you actually deleted the books from your amazon account itself? There's no way to transfer books from one iPad to another. I'd suggest consulting Amazon.

  • TS4403 How do I transfer photos from one ipad to another ipad with Icloud

I have photos on my Ipad and I have bought a new ipad. Now I want to transfer all those photos to my new one. How do I do it

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
If you took those photos with the iPad, the easiest way is to use Photo Stream. If you have it activated on the old iPad, just open Photos > Streaming (on your new iPad), press the Edit button, select the photos you want to transfer and transfer them to the new iPad).
If those photos were transferred from a Mac or PC, just connect the new iPad to that PC or Mac and sync it on iTunes, so it will get all the photos

  • How do I get photos from one iPad to another

I have brought a new ipad2 and can't seem to get my photos from my old iPad? I thought they would come through iCloud?

Make sure you have uploaded your photos to your computer, then sync them to the new pad.
If you are not using a computer, there is an app called photosync that will transfer them from device to device.  Buy it one, load it on both pads, and do the transfers.
The cloud only deals with your most recent photos via photo seam, and won't work for transferring a whole library.
If you do not have a computer, and have a lot of photos that you care about, you should investigate some other form of cloud storage, such as drop box, or the soon to be released google drive.   A pad is not a real safe long term storage solution. ( same comment for documents etc.)

  • How can I transfer purchased apps from one iPad to another?

    Hi all,
We just got a second iPad.  Previously our single iPad was registered under my Apple ID.  My wife downloaded lots of apps for the kids on our old iPad.  Now I want to associate the old iPad with my wife's Apple ID, but be able to keep all the kids apps on it that were previously purchased under my apple ID.  I don't really want any of the kids apps on the new iPad - especially since I will usually have it with me at work.  Is there any way to do this?
    Thanks.
    NM

You can't associate purchased apps with another Apple ID. The apps are tied to the ID that was used to purchase them.
If you sign in on the iPad with the ID that purchased the apps - then you can download them again using the ID that is associated with those purchases.

  • How do I transfer app data from one iPad to another?

    Hello.
I have an iPad 2 and am getting an iPad Air 2 (might get the Air 1 based on some of the issues I've seen in the forums!).  I have several apps with data (VPN info, system logins, ip addresses & games with levels reached, etc).  How do I transfer over the data inside the apps when I purchase my new iPad?  I know that all of my apps will follow my apple id, etc, but does the data?

Like the other poster indicated, you can use the backup to do that. BUT do make sure you understand what will be backed up and won't be!

  • How do i send a photo from my iPad to another person's yahoo account?

    please answer

If it just goes to the outbox, that usually means that the email account is not configured correctly.
Do you have the outgoing password set in the email settings?
