Transfer of time from CO to PS

Hi,
I have a poblem, We are using CATS timesheets to record time. The problem is that the cost rate had been wrongly maintained in KP26, the rates were changed in KP26 after 1 week. The time in CAT2 was how ever already enteres, The utilization now gives us data with the previous rates. Is there any way we could refresh the data with fresh cost rates without re-entering the timesheets.

Hi,
A user having admin authorization can go into the CATS and make necessary changes.
For example: A user has entered his time on 18th of Feb, the time is approved and transferred to CO.
Now a use with admin rights should go and delete this time and transfer the data again to CO (using CAT7 or CATA)
Then rebook the time again for the date and transfer it.
Thereby the old entery is reversed and new entry will taken.
You can see all these changes in CATSDB and CATSCO tables.

Apple does not provide a way to do that, presumably because it would be such an invitation to fraudulent transfers.
But if you have some unique extenuating circumstances, I suppose you could place a request to iTunes Customer Service and see if they will make an exception.

If you see Devices in the big list on the left-hand side of iTunes, it should show the name of your iPhone right below it. You can right-click (or hold ctrl and left click) on the name of the iPhone there, and choose "transfer purchases from iPhone".
If you're on iTunes 11, you won't see the big list of the left until you go to the View menu at the very top (where you see iTunes/File/Edit/View/etc) and choose Show Sidebar. Then do the same thing: right-click or ctrl and left-click on the iPhone's name below Devices and "transfer purchases from iPhone".
It'll ask you to authorize the computer for your Apple ID if you haven't yet; to do that, you just type your Apple ID and password in when it asks. If it says you are not authorized but doesn't automatically give you an option to do so, then you can go to the Store menu at the very top and choose "authorize this computer".

It depends on what you are really asking here.
QT 7 Pro can create video flies that can be burned to a "data" DVD and can even playback the video from a DVD on a computer if properly encoded but QT 7 Pro is not a DVD "authoring" application nor is it a DVD "burning" application.

ITunes often does not transfer "time" from CD

ITunes often does not transfer "time" from the CD -- comes across as "Not available." Other songs on the same CD transfer OK. If there is a "Not available" notation in iTunes, my iPod is unable to play song. Have I "lost" all the previously transferred songs that have "Not available" times? Anyway to recoup them?

There are two parts to this:
1) It may be that you should have an Apple Education Support person helping you with this. If you have enough computers for this to be a problem, you may benefit from a Server, a site license, and an occasional visit from an Education Support Specialist.
2) The brief answer, if you want Individual Apple_IDs to control each computer, is to buy new copies of Mac OS X under those new Apple_IDs and re-download and re-Install. Mac OS X is customized to the Apple_ID before it is downloaded.

If you have iTunes 11 on your computer then you can enable the left-hand sidebar on it via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC - when connected (and if your computer's iTunes is up-to-date) your iPad should then appear on that sidebar under a 'Devices' heading :
If you select the iPad on that sidebar you can then use the Movies tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync that film to your iPad's Videos app.

Error in Transfer Time from OTL to BEE

Hi Gurus
I am getting an error "The query returned no results." when running the Transfer Time from OTL to to BEE, for a single person.
I have the preference Evaluate Rules to No and the profile option "OTL: Transfer to OTLR" to "BEE Only".
I have the "Changes Since" parameter to the default 999 days from sysdate.
Any ideas, what must be causing this.

Hi Tim -
Heres what I did, slightly diffrent from what I did earlier
1. Set the preference "Time Store Approval Periods" to "Weekly Periods - Starts Sunday" (the seeded recurring period)
2. Preference "Time Store Application Set" is set to "Payroll"
3. Preference "Time Store Approval Style" is set to "Approval on Submit"
4. Preference "Time Store Retrieval Rule Groups" is set to "XXX Retrieval Rule Grp (Payroll Only)"
This retrieval rule group is tied to a Retrieval rule which is tied to a copy of the std retrieval process "BEE Retrieval Process" with application set to "Payroll"
Using Authorized Delegate page, entered time for an employee for 01-FEB-2009 to 07-FEB-2009.
After timecard submission, see the timecard status as approved. So far so good.
But when I submit the "Transfer Time from OTL to BEE", it still errors out with "The query returned no results".
My Parameters to this program are
Start Date: 01-FEB-2009
End Date: 07-FEB-2009
Retrieval Transaction Code: XYZ3
Batch Selection: New
New Batch Reference: XYZ5
Status in BEE: Unprocessed
Changes Since: 13-MAY-2006 10:21:12
I also ran the OTL_Diag script for HXC_TC for the person_id and 3rd parameter as 01-FEB-2009.
I found something in there, which I am wondering may be causing the Issue.
On the html report output, on the section "HXC_TIME_BUILDING_BLOCKS - Other" for the scope "APPLICATION_PERIOD"
on the "Application_Set_Id" column, the value is null.
But if i look at the other building block sections like HXC_TIME_BUILDING_BLOCKS - Detail/Day/Timecard the "Application_Set_Id" column is having the value of 5 which corresponds to the Application Set "Payroll".
Could this be the Issue? If so What would be causing this?

iTunes automatically syncs voice memos to your iTunes library when you connect iPhone to your computer. This lets you listen to voice memos on your computer and provides a backup if you delete them from iPhone.
Voice memos are synced to the Voice Memos playlist. iTunes creates the playlist if it doesn’t exist. When you sync voice memos to iTunes, they remain in the Voice Memos application until you delete them. If you delete a voice memo on iPhone, it isn’t deleted from the Voice Memos playlist in iTunes. However, if you delete a voice memo from iTunes, it is deleted from iPhone the next time you sync with iTunes.
You can sync the iTunes Voice Memos playlist to the iPod application on iPhone using the Music pane in iTunes.
Sync the Voice Memos playlist to iPhone:
1. Connect iPhone to your computer.
2. In iTunes, select iPhone in the sidebar.
3. Select the Music tab.
4. Select the “Include voice memos” checkbox and click Apply.

How to transfer multiple pdfs from email to iPad ibooks

Is there any way to transfer multiple files from email or imessage to ibooks on an Ipad?
currently email opens each one then have to click on top to open in ibooks. I have over 50 files and expect more to come. I have tried hooking up ipad to the macbook that sent the files and put into ibooks that way, but it would require syncing all my media files.
Icloud and airdrop have failed me miserably for PDFs transfer to my ipad.

I don't know if this will help you, but for PDFs on my IPad I use either Note Taker HD or EverNote. Both are available at App Store. However each one is a pay for app. Note Taker HD app is a one time fee. EverNote is monthly. There is also
FileApp Pro. These are the apps I use. So I have immediate access to any and all PDF's in a second or 2. Note that these are my personal preferences only. Hope this helps. Cheers.

I am trying to transfer my songs from an old to computer to a new computer on iTunes with Ion products

I am trying to transfer my music from an old computer to a new one. Nothing I recorded from Ion (I have spent over 2 years on this, so I am almost in tears thinking I have wasted 2 years) is showing up on the new computer. When I put a burned CD into the old computer, it lists title and artist. When I put it in the new computer, it shows up as "unknown." It seems that I have a whole lot of unknown files I transfered, but they do not show up in Itunes. To make matters wose, what did transfer (not Ion recorded items) is there multiple times. Some things are there twice, some six times. That makes no sense.
Can someone please help?

One way is to Drag and Drop the Entire iTunes Folder from your Old Computer to an External Hard Drive...
Then Drag and Drop the Entire iTunes Folder to the location of your Music on the New Computer...
