Transfer of upgrade and IPhone

My husband's company is going to assume liability on his phone so I want to transfer his upgrade to my phone which I can do online, but it wont let me choose the Iphone Help?

I noticed yesterday when the iPhone was available that I could have used the VZW hub as a upgrade to get it at the cheaper price. However when I got hom to do it, the iPhone sales stopped.
So I called today and the guy I spoke with said that wouldn't have worked as the hub is a VoIP phone while cellular is wireless. So my question to you is did it work for you?
If so then that was a loop hole in the system otherwise if it didn't work I am not surprised. He tried to do it on the phone with me with no luck as it said the upgrade you are trying to do is for VoIP not cellular.

on your new iMac start iTunes and log in to the iTunes Store (Store menu) using the same Apple ID as on the broken old Mac.
Then authorize this new Mac and select the iTunes Store. On the righthand side, you should see a section labelled Music or similar and below that a link to your purchased items. Clicking that link sends you to a list of all items purchased with your Apple ID.

I had an apple ID under my email address and had an icloud plan for an iPhone. We gave the iPhone (with my email address) to my daughter and she has her own iPad as well. I was able to set up her iPad with her own email address, but I cannot figure out how to get the iPhone off my address to hers so I can purchase another year of icloud for both devices. If I try to do a transfer it won't let me cuz her email address is not a new one.
I have no idea how to get my address off and hers on!

As James says, make sure that you are using the IMAP servers for your email. You will need to check the help pages for your email provider to get the correct settings in all your devices. POP really doesn't fit the needs of todays mutiple access, always on internet, so you are better off moving to IMAP.

Transfer iTunes Library and iPhone Sync data from old iMac to new Macbook Pro

I bought a macbook pro in September last year, previous to this I had an iMac. This has all my music and iTunes stored on it.
Is there a way to transfer my iTunes over to my new Macbook Pro and sync my iPhone as if my phone thinks it's the same computer, so I don't have to restore my phone or set it up as a new one.

Yes.
Simply copy the entire /Music/iTunes folder from old computer to /Music/ on new computer.

ITunes videos (wrongly) too big to transfer to iPod or iPhone

When I attempt to sync videos (movies or TV shows downloaded from iTunes Store), iTunes reports that the transfer cannot be completed because there is not enough room on the destination device. Regardless of which videos I select, or how many I select, iTunes says they amount to 19.2 GB when, in fact, my selections are always less than 5GB. I have plenty of room on both the devices I've attempted to transfer to (iPod and iPhone), and have restored both of them to try to fix the problem, so I'm guessing it's a problem with iTunes. I have just upgraded to Iphone 4S after my Iphone 3G failed and I am trying to transfer the infpormation. Swisscom tell me they cannot help but when I connect the Iphone 4S to my computer noting happensd it does not bring up my itunes account as the 3G ?

swisscom say they cannot help it should go to your account and select the phone under devises but I canniot get a screen to do this can anyone help

How can I get missing contacts, notes, calendar dates and reminders that are just on my old iphone onto the iCloud for transfer to my new iPhone upgrade? Half of my contacts, notes, ect. were on my iCloud so have happily moved to my new iPhone but the rest are completely resistant. For example, on my iCloud I have 14 missing contacts starting with the letter A alone, however they are happily viewable on my old iPhone 4S and won't budge over into the iCloud.
There are also 3 notes missing yet still acessible on my onld iPhone 4S, the list goes on.
Your help would be most appreciated. Thank you so much.

I am trying to upgrade my iPhone via my macbook but the following message keeps coming up and the download does not work

Please advise how I can transfer these files, I am not sure what files are in question.

okay I've done everything regarding the transfer process (via file>transfer purchases) and syncing, so everything on my iPhone device seems to have been transferred to my iMac... however, I still get that message ("There are purchased items on the iPhone..."), trying to upgrade the iOS Have tried several times the same process of hitting transfer purchases via file, but nothing seems to make that message go away! Would have been nice to know which files I actually do need to transfer, which I don't get any info on of course...

This has worked for many folks according to the feedback I have gotten:
Un-sync all your music to remove it from the device, then restart (hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go). Now re-sync your music.

I am having trouble in the app store after upgrading to iPhone 5 and iOS 6

I am having trouble since upgrading from iPhone 4s to iPhone 5. The "restore" feature never completed after activation of the new phone (it was close, only "find my iphone" app did not complete - it looked like it is forever trying to download). But now, when I have tried to update apps, or even purchase new (free or paid) apps, the store does not let me. It flashes error messages on my screen so quickly they cannot be read (the first is something about signing in to the store with an apple ID). I have seen other similar threads and have tried logging out and into the app store from the settings menu.
I also cannot get any of my music to transfer to the iPhone (from the icloud). It seems to be trying to but I just get the spinning wheel of death.
Any thoughts or help out there would be much appreciated.

First thing I would recommend is to check your downloads queue to make sure there is not an interrupted download per the following Knowledge Base article:

If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
2. For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
3. Enter your account name and password if prompted.
4. Tap the blue download arrow to resume.
If you can't complete the download on your iOS device, you can download it in iTunes on your Mac or PC and then sync it to your iOS device. You can also transfer purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer.
For Apps, you can also try tapping on the application icon to resume the download, as outline in this featured discussion:

Try tapping the App, so that it changes to Paused instead of Waiting, then tap it again to resume the install.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
If that doesn't do it, try resetting or restoring the iPhone.
